Beautiful resort at a beautiful location, everything important within a small walking distance. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort has many amenities and everything works great. Our favourite activity was floating in the pool!

The hotel is good for couples, environment was beautiful, friendly and quiet. The cocktails were good and the food okay. I gave it 3 stars because only a bottle of water was provided on the day of arrival. Bottled water should be complementary and provided every morning. I shouldn’t have to walk the streets to buy water after paying for my package. Nonetheless, it was worth the visit and tour.

This hotel is sincerely the best we have enjoyed. The staff is friendly and efficient. The grounds and rooms are immaculate. The location is incredible and even features chaise lounges with waitstaff service at normal rates. Speaking of pricing; the rates are exceptionally fair and a bargain for what you get.

In general, it was a good hotel, however do not waste your money on the private pool with the room. It was freezing, we are from England and are used to the cold but it was impossible to enjoy. We used it once for about 3 minutes and that was it. The breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and generally a nice hotel. Just don't waste your money on going for a room with a pool.

We had a great week here in Cavo Bianco ! The whole staff from desk to cleaning and bar was always kind and attentive. Everything´s absolutely clean and neat. The pool bar is well-stocked and opened from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm. A lot of restaurants are nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away (all by foot !) so you can do a late walk after dinner without the need of a car.

Unbelievable place! Everything was so easy and Pleasant. The staff were Amazing and value for money was exceptional. They organised everything including moped rental and the food was Amazing!!!!

the property is located in a great area walking distance into fira also they have a bus.

Stayed for 5 days in July of 2016. It's located over a main road of the island, but it's not close to Fira (at least not a walking distance). At the time of my stay they offered a shuttle van to Fira every hour. The breakfast options were amazing, I will never forget their Greek Coffee. The view and sunset is what they are famous for. Expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Recently stayed here with my sister. Ordered a Caesar salad with Parmesan during lunch and the Parmesan had mold on it. The kitchen said that is normal and it’s just the salad. Parmesan cheese should not have mold! Additionally I tried to leave for my flight at 630 am and the front gate was closed. When I tried to ask the front desk to open it, no one was there. Visited the Lilium with my sister July 19th - 23rd and had room 102 pool level and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is excellent and the service and staff are so amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely stunning new resort, (facing east despite being on west coast) beautiful big pool,rooms are Absolutely perfect!
