Beautiful place to stay nearby the beach. There is free WiFi all across the hotel (pretty good). Two water pools inside the hotel and black sand beach (with beds available) in front of the hotel

Great hotel with the kindest staff ! The pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and has q great location (the bus stop is just accross the street to go to Kamari, Fira or Oia).

Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon

Both hotels charge a similar rate, but you cannot compare them. Drossos is way superior in any aspect☺️

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout

Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi

We would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend them

we stayed here in September we couldn't have asked for a peaceful and more tranquil setting would definitely recommended if you want a holiday away from it all but close to bars and restaurants, the owner Marios (Maurice) was a really friendly guy and very entertaining always happy to help with what ever you wanted to know or do would, definitely would recommend this hotel and could honestly say...

Basic yet comfortable accommodation. Very nicely presented from the outside and only 20 or so rooms so never felt crowded or too anonymous

This hotel was our base for 10 nights and it was also our first time ever in Santorini! Black Sandy Beach is a family run hotel located 2 minutes from Perissa Black Sand beach and a 1 minute walk from Bobs Bar bus stop that connects you directly to everywhere on the island

Just stayed here for 2 weeks. Beautiful little place. Room cleaned every day. Everywhere spotless and the staff really helpful and polite. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Brilliant small bed and breakfast complex, morning starts with a top notch breakfast with all you for ask for , very friendly staff , exceptionally clean , good size room with balcony, very good location beach is 2 minutes walk and the main Street is 30seconds away extremely good value for money, I cannot recommend highly enough

The room was fully equipped with everything you needed and over looking the pool was a beautiful sight to wake up to! There is a supermarket for anything you need and an amazing fresh bakery only 2 minute walk down the road too where we spent a lot of time

I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees

Highly recommend although wouldn't say for young children as no footpath from front of hotel leading to beach and very busy roads. Other than this highly recommend for price and location

The room are very clean and basic which is all we needed. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes

Situated in Perissa, the hotel offers easy access to the famous black sand beach, although a word of caution regarding the lava plate concealed by the sea water, this is very slippery if you are going for a swim in the sea

She had such a positive and uplifting energy and gave us a rundown of what there is to see and do on the island, and even recommended a restaurant off the beaten path that was phenomenal! The resort itself was in a very quiet neighborhood just a 2 minute walk to the beach

We stayed for 1 full week at Sellada Beach Hotel with breakfast included. Everything was really nice. Room was cleaned daily, we had fresh towels everyday. Great and very polite waiters. Totally recommend it!

i had the best time in Sellada Beach Hotel. Maria was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel was accessible to the beach and the pool area is situated privately at the back

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is perfect. The staff is excellent and our room/suite was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the sea!

Although I didn't stay at the hotel itself, I had a great experience at their bar. Perfect for a quite breackfast and coffee by the beach with the most calming music! I was happy to read my book and drink my coffee there

Believe me, you will need it! Beds and parasols in front of the hotel are free but you are expected to buy drinks/snacks from the bar. There is a great pool and an attached bar where drinks are reasonably priced

Great little hotel on the sea front in Perissa. It is run by 2 brothers ( with the help of little brother Vangelis - quite a character! ) and they will do everything they can to ensure you have a great holiday

Safes in the rooms are free but you will need to pay extra for air-conditioning - €5 per day

Room was great, pool was very nice after a long day. Great to also meet travellers and sit around and talk and share a cold one. Location is superb, 100m from Black Beach which has lots of options for food, great place

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food

We love The Best! We first came here in 2011 and returned in 2024. The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The location is great, close to Perissa Beach which is relaxed compared to other places in Santorini.

Great family run hotel a five minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with basic amenities. Each room has its own terrace with seats and a clothesline

Decent hotel near Perissa beach, however although he tries his best Marko's english isn't the best which makes hotel queries or issue management difficult. The pool is clean, restaurant good but value for money poor

Very nice and clean environment, 5 mins walk to black sand beach, the restaurant Mama's food is also very delicious, we were here 3 days in a row and meet the host everyday.

Great place for a holiday, close to the beach and mamas food is lovely. There is alway a warm welcome from Markos and his staff.

It's a very nice place if you are on a budget but want to be still near to the beach! It's nothing fancy but the family who runs it will make you feel at home! They also have a nice restaurant where they cook daily fresh meals, in case you don't feel like moving to get food! For sure recommended!

Unfortunately the air conditioner leaks without changing the water jug each day (which is understandable however notification would have been appreciated)

Location was great, ten minute walk to the beach, and very close to the bus stop to head further on the island. Margarite was unbelievable throughout our stay and couldnt have been more helpful

They make getting to the hotel from the airport stress-free and hotel staff are there to guide you through things you’d like to experience. The bus stop to Fira and Oia are also just a short walk away

Careful in our selection, we researched every top tier property on Santorini and chose Istoria as a “splurge” to celebrate two 40th birthdays

We visited this beach club twice on consecutive days, spending over 300 euros in total. Unfortunately, both times, the waiter Bismark was rude, treating us with indifference and an air of superiority

The beach club is very beautiful and well-maintained, but our experience with Bismark was unfortunately disappointing

The massage at the spa was an incredible experience - the best massage I have gotten! The staff are just incredible and would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. It truly is and feels like a 5 star hotel

Our server, Bismark, was very kind and attentive! It was a great welcome to the hotel experience to start! The rooms are very clean and tended to in the morning and middle of the day

For example, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive from the moment we walked in til the day we checked out

At check in we had a warm welcome and a very informative familiarisation of the location (mini Market ,supermarket beach etc) and the island (where to visit, places of interest) as well as catamaran tours etc which was great and exceeded everything I imagined for a welcome check in

They happily played in it and the sunbeds were comfy. The bar area lacked atmosphere and there's no one manning it being so quiet so you have to ask if you want anything but that's not an issue

After showing our passport we were shown to our room through the breakfast/lounge passing the pool and bar area and through to secluded courtyard making it feel very private and quiet

We just had to get bottled water from the many mini markets close by for our stay to drink and brush teeth etc. The pool area was small but great for the kids when we first arrived

It had everything we needed for our stay and let's face it you spend most of the time outside the room. We had fresh towels & bedding every few days , bins emptied beds made and toilet rolls provided and replaced

The bathroom was small but suffice with shower and shower curtain (our only dislike as they seem to attack you once wet 😆) there was a small kitchenette area too with fridge and sink and table and chairs
