Breakfast selection (something for everyone). Staff very helpful and friendly. Beach is right in front of the hotel across a promenade. Lots of shops/restaurants on your doorstep. Bus stop to Fira a 5 minute walk away

Location was easy to navigate to from the airport, rooms were always fresh and clean and tidy when we arrived back each day, spent a week there. Service was lovely, half board meals were great and breakfast was fab :)

We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot fault it. The room and the hotel generally was spotless and kept that way by an army of wonderful workers, big shout out to Ervis, who is an asset to the team

Marilena on Reception, who couldn’t have been more helpful and finally to Aris on the beach, who was an absolute delight and tended to us unfailingly! Throughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be back! Thank you all

Towels were changed every day and the pool area is peaceful and nice. Water in the pool is little chilly. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was generous and varied

We had half board and ended up enjoying a delicious dinner at the restaurant almost every day. The restaurant staff was also wonderful, and we were very well looked after

I don't mind about the pool is sea water, but I can only take a salty water bath. Positive thinking is it's good for my skin. if you like real sea water, you can take a walk to the famous black sand beach

The hotel was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The food was a buffet with a lovely selection something everyday delicious and fresh thankyou Denis the chef

There were always plenty of sunbeds for guests regardless of which time you arrived, although there were strong sewage smells on occasions, which nobody could identify what was causing it

The hotel is located very much on the outskirts of Perissa and takes about 10-15 mins to reach the beach and restaurants. The resort on whole is very nice, but certainly not 5 star

We were upgraded to a suite with our own private pool, and whilst our room was very nice and clean it was a bit tired and certainly wasn’t the standard of a 5 star suite

There are a lot of bars and restaurant there for you and your friends to have a nice time. Also, Sunrise at the beach was beautiful

Beautiful place to stay nearby the beach. There is free WiFi all across the hotel (pretty good). Two water pools inside the hotel and black sand beach (with beds available) in front of the hotel

Nice place just a few steps from the Sea. Two pools,even a small library / mistery /. If you think about the loosing a weight here - Forget about it !! Just enjoy that Greek special!

The stuff is so nice, every one making sure you have a beautiful stay. Two pools, great buffet breakfast, very nice bar and restaurant. Sakys makes delicious drinks, make sure you try his capirinias 🙂

Lovely hotel. Somewhat secluded, great beach, definitely a great place to stay to relax and unwind. Wonderful staff, everyone was very helpful.

We had a room with a view directly to the beach which was amazing. The room was well cleaned each day and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout

The hotel as Wiifi and it's work pretty well It's a few minutes from a very nice beach There are multiple restaurant in the forefront of the beach

It's a very cozy complex with two huge swimming pool Rooms are clean and neat. There is a convenient store nearby

Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi

We would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend them

Great hotel with the kindest staff ! The pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and has q great location (the bus stop is just accross the street to go to Kamari, Fira or Oia).

Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon

Very nice hotel, the staff very helpful the reception mr sam is professional and very helpful the pool is very nice and very clean, everything is close shop bus and everything you need. Strongly recommend

Beautiful hotel with unbelievable room rates. The room I stayed had mountain view and was overlooking the pool. Everything was clean, liked the blue decor and even their breakfast had great variety

The entrance to the pool is from the terrace, incredibly beautiful and convenient. The location is also great: 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants/bakeries/souvenir shops/ stores. 25 minutes by car to the airport

Room was great, pool was very nice after a long day. Great to also meet travellers and sit around and talk and share a cold one. Location is superb, 100m from Black Beach which has lots of options for food, great place

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food

Comfortable room which was literally seconds from the pool and about 100m or so from perissa beach. Staff was friendly, breakfast needs to improve a little.

Perfect location and a few minutes to the lovely beach one way and Dorians cocktail bar the other way offering excellent cocktails and meals from the next door restaurant

Nice place for a reasonable price. Quite good location - near the black beach and promenade with many restaurants. Tv didn't work in all rooms but I didn't mind. The staff is nice, rooms are cleaned every day.

Friendly, helpful staff who are always happy to assist with anything you need. The breakfast was ideal, fruit, cereal, lovely Greek yogurt and fresh breads, along with meats and cheeses

There's an inside breakfast room and also tables under cover near the pool if you want to eat outside. The hotel itself is halfway between the beach and Dorian's bar so perfectly situated

Only down point is the hotel is next to a main road so some traffic noise HOWEVER the noise really does diminish as it melts away into the back ground. Will love to go back tomorrow! Phil Bowen

Beautiful black beaches around that aren’t packed. Our room was clean & had a beautiful rooftop terrace. The hotel also features a nice big pool with a bar & lounge chairs

We love The Best! We first came here in 2011 and returned in 2024. The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The location is great, close to Perissa Beach which is relaxed compared to other places in Santorini.

Great family run hotel a five minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with basic amenities. Each room has its own terrace with seats and a clothesline

Believe me, you will need it! Beds and parasols in front of the hotel are free but you are expected to buy drinks/snacks from the bar. There is a great pool and an attached bar where drinks are reasonably priced

Great little hotel on the sea front in Perissa. It is run by 2 brothers ( with the help of little brother Vangelis - quite a character! ) and they will do everything they can to ensure you have a great holiday

Safes in the rooms are free but you will need to pay extra for air-conditioning - €5 per day

Gorgeous hotel. Great staff. Nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast always lovely, along with stunning Greek decor, lovely pool and bar area. Rooms always clean and fresh bedding / towels daily. Can't recommend enough!

we stayed here in September we couldn't have asked for a peaceful and more tranquil setting would definitely recommended if you want a holiday away from it all but close to bars and restaurants, the owner Marios (Maurice) was a really friendly guy and very entertaining always happy to help with what ever you wanted to know or do would, definitely would recommend this hotel and could honestly say...

Basic yet comfortable accommodation. Very nicely presented from the outside and only 20 or so rooms so never felt crowded or too anonymous

This is such a unique hotel in Santorini. It’s beachfront, with free access to the stunning black sand beach, a must-see and a wonderful place to swim

The design is exceptional, and the interior decor with its decorative details is outstanding. The food is absolutely delicious, and we loved spending our days swimming in the pool or the sea while enjoying tasty snacks

The suite itself was beautiful, but the service provided by the hotel staff is what made our experience so memorable! Everyone was so kind helpful, and they always greeted us with the biggest smiles

The beach club is very beautiful and well-maintained, but our experience with Bismark was unfortunately disappointing

The hotel is located on an authentic, less crowded side of Santorini, offering a more peaceful atmosphere but still with plenty of options nearby. The service was excellent as well

The villa is very close to the beach and to all of the good resturants. I realy enjoyed my stay and it's highly recommended. I would shurely return here again

Manolis is an excellent host!!! Clean rooms near by the black beach of Perissa, comfortable beds, marvelous breakfast!!!

The villa was beautifully and centrally located in perissa. The beach and restaurants are hardly 200 m away from the location. The view from balcony facing ancient Thera was just great

The bus stop is also only a few minutes walk with public transport available for Fira. I highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely choose to stay here again in the future

Great location for beach, customer service was excellent. Rooms are OK had to change but 2nd was much better. Excellent pool although shaded in parts by trees

Bathrooms very small & poor drainage. When you shower complete floor is soaked & drains very slowly. Pool is very good but not enough sunbeds

The room was fully equipped with everything you needed and over looking the pool was a beautiful sight to wake up to! There is a supermarket for anything you need and an amazing fresh bakery only 2 minute walk down the road too where we spent a lot of time

I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees

Highly recommend although wouldn't say for young children as no footpath from front of hotel leading to beach and very busy roads. Other than this highly recommend for price and location

We really enjoyed our three night stay at this quaint hotel ideally located near the beachfront in Perissa. We stayed in room 25 which is a clean ,nicely designed ,spacious family room

The pool is lovely and a great way to cool off any time of the day. with a bar to have a poolside coffee or refeshing drink

This hotel was our base for 10 nights and it was also our first time ever in Santorini! Black Sandy Beach is a family run hotel located 2 minutes from Perissa Black Sand beach and a 1 minute walk from Bobs Bar bus stop that connects you directly to everywhere on the island

Just stayed here for 2 weeks. Beautiful little place. Room cleaned every day. Everywhere spotless and the staff really helpful and polite. Would strongly recommend staying here.

I am not a particularly big guy, so I can't imagine how people bigger than me would go about their business. The toilet and toilet seat itself was also so small that you had to prioritize (wisely) and wipe standing

I have tried to spare you the gory details, but it was not a great experience. As for the surroundings, you are a stone throw from the beach, plenty of great restaurants around and near the bus stop

On the shoulder season you will also be at the more active part of Perissa. Soundproofing and rearranging of the toilet and it would have been a 5-star review 😉

Very clean! Simple accommodation, w/ bed mini fridge, coffee and beach towels! They also have a very clean pool, walking distance from Perissa black sand beach

We had a late flight out, and were thankful to enjoy the pool, outdoor shower and bathroom while they held our luggage. For the perfect end to the trip, they arranged a taxi transfer to the airport for us

We stopped at Perissa Bay hotel, 5th to 12th May, We loved it! Nice and clean! Right on the beach! Spectacular sun rises from the free sun beds! What made the holiday was the wonderful staff! Taylor on reception went way beyond her job description, to look after everyone! She is a fabulous human being and has an amazing personality and an even better singing voice! Pool is sparklingly clear and inviting; from which you can see a hillside chapel and a wall from the ancient city of Thira. 5 min walk from local shops and bars (of which there is a good selection)

It is perfect for the beach and there is no charge for sun loungers (which were very comfortable) if you had lunch/drinks there
