Nice place just a few steps from the Sea. Two pools,even a small library / mistery /. If you think about the loosing a weight here - Forget about it !! Just enjoy that Greek special!

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel - the rooms were nice, with great view and cozy terrace. The manager and the receptionists really did try to accommodate our needs and made our stay pleasant and relaxed.

The stuff is so nice, every one making sure you have a beautiful stay. Two pools, great buffet breakfast, very nice bar and restaurant. Sakys makes delicious drinks, make sure you try his capirinias 🙂

What an absolutely beautiful and friendly place to stay. I’d 100% book Meltemi village if we were to return to Perissa. Depending on room, the one we had was on the side of the sunset

So unfortunately sitting on the balcony was rather uncomfortable due to the heat coming from the sun. But everything else was remarkable

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The staff, the service and the facilities all contributed to making our holiday a very relaxing experience

Very nice hotel! Its location is good, it is really close to the beach (no first line to the sea, consider). Hearty but strange service (most of the time you have to look for them)

Room decor, outside space including pools, patios and gardens, is all done with attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble for the brothers and their team. Whatever your need, it is sorted promptly and efficiently

Situated in Perissa, the hotel offers easy access to the famous black sand beach, although a word of caution regarding the lava plate concealed by the sea water, this is very slippery if you are going for a swim in the sea

She had such a positive and uplifting energy and gave us a rundown of what there is to see and do on the island, and even recommended a restaurant off the beaten path that was phenomenal! The resort itself was in a very quiet neighborhood just a 2 minute walk to the beach

The restaurant has a small selection for half board, but it was more than enough - all fresh and delicious local food. Close to bars, restaurants and activity options. We had a wonderful time here!

The location is incredible and even features chaise lounges with waitstaff service at normal rates. Speaking of pricing; the rates are exceptionally fair and a bargain for what you get

The rooms were very modern and spacious. We had our own jacuzzi plunge pool and sun loungers in a private terrace outside our room, which was very nice. The staff were polite and helpful

This can be a bit confusing when trying to find the Meltemi excelsior suites, especially as there is also a hotel called Meltemi Suites in a different part of Perissa

The hotel is less than 5 min walk from the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel shares its reception, pool and bar with Meltemi Village

Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are nice but not worth the 4 stars... Breakfast was modest but quite good.

The hotel as Wiifi and it's work pretty well It's a few minutes from a very nice beach There are multiple restaurant in the forefront of the beach

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout

Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi

We would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend them

There is a Carefour right next to it (3 minutes walking distance). In case u need to rent an atv or a bike, head to Mark Bike nearby. A recommended stay I would say !!!

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby

Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller

Room was great, pool was very nice after a long day. Great to also meet travellers and sit around and talk and share a cold one. Location is superb, 100m from Black Beach which has lots of options for food, great place

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food

This hotel was so good and quite. Location is perfect, in just 100m you can have the beach, restaurants, cooffe shops, bars etc

The bus stop is a minute walk away, the beach is about ten and the large local shop does a pick up/drop off service, so very handy. Quiet area, nice views and a great stay here

We love The Best! We first came here in 2011 and returned in 2024. The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The location is great, close to Perissa Beach which is relaxed compared to other places in Santorini.

Vasilis, the owner, is so kind and always willing to chat or provide insight. This was my third time visiting the island and I like Perissa because it is less crowded than other parts of the island

When we arrived in santorini we got a shuttle and it dropped us off somewhere random one of the workers from santorini breeze came and picked us up at 1am got us all checked in and the next day they went the extra mile with trying to help me get my phone back

The rooms were clean and the staff is amazing at making you feel at home. I really appreciate everything they did for me! I would definitely stay again and i will recommend it to my friends!

I had travelled from milos island to santorini and before i got on the boat i was charging my phone at a near by restaurant I ended up leaving my phone there

Unfortunately, I had to wait around 45 minutes to be checked-in despite the staff telling me that the room would be ready “shortly” and the fact I had arrived at the correct check-in time

Always so fun to stay there! An amazing view of the mountains and everything is always clean and neat! The staff is amazing and so kind. The pool is always so clean and ready to swim in

We spent 2 nights at Villa Dima as a family of 5 adults. The views are breathtaking and the service is incredible. Step outside and you’re in the heart of everything

Margarita serving breakfast daily is so nice and friendly. The daily cleaning service was incredible. If you’re considering booking it, do it as you wont regret it

We have been at Villa Dima with all our family in total of 14 people. The villa provide everyday cleaning service and fresh towel, the beach is just few meters

Santorini is absolutely stunning and Villa Galina was the last stay of our trip. My suggestion is that the signage of the villa be displayed higher up as it can be missed especially where it is currently situated

When we handed back the room key, it was "thank you and goodbye. " Everything we needed to know we asked around and the locals were absolutely friendly

We did not meet any staff and I suspect it was the gentleman mentioned in other reviews was Dimitri in passing as the villa had a power outage

We enjoyed chilling on terrace the most, it’s all in Bougainvillea flowers and it gives a terrace and villa a special charm. The beach is very close, about 100m from the accommodation, as well as market and tavernas

Small things like water bottle in fridge, coffee and tea supply as well as shampoo, shower gels in the bathroom, clean towels and working air condition when we arrived made us feel welcomed

The room itself was in Santorini style, with paintings of Oia, spacious enough for us two. Room cleaning was on daily basis. Mr Yanis was very kind and responded to all our questions

The only thing out of the ordinary was a little bit salty faucet water, but the whole island has a problem with water supply so we didn’t mind it. We hope we’ll come back soon!

We stayed for 1 full week at Sellada Beach Hotel with breakfast included. Everything was really nice. Room was cleaned daily, we had fresh towels everyday. Great and very polite waiters. Totally recommend it!

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is perfect. The staff is excellent and our room/suite was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the sea!

A side note for the staff, they helped us navigate the island and take advantage of some of the cool and unique opportunities in Santorini. When we come back we will 100% stay here again!

i had the best time in Sellada Beach Hotel. Maria was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel was accessible to the beach and the pool area is situated privately at the back

The staff and place were amazing. It was amazing to sit on our balcony with this view every morning. All the kitchen facilities needed to cook a good breakfast every morning. The pool is also very good with a whirlpool.

Well worth the money, loved staying here. Staff are so lovely and friendly. It is right on the beach 1 min walk. Easy to get the bus around the island it is 20 seconds from bus stop, the bus stop is at the roundabout

A sympathetic family run small hotel with nice and continuously cleaned rooms for a decent price. The pool with bar gives the heart of the building. Hopefully they can resolve the drink water in the near future.

Our room (for a young couple) was a bit little, but good services like the fridge, the nespresso machine, the water kettle, and the safe box with key

The hotel looks recently renovated, with one or two little faults due maybe of the really recent renovation, but nothing important
