Very nice place to stay on Santorini. The hotel meets all expectations of a 5* residence. Its located directly to the sea/beach of Perissa. In front of the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants

We had half board and ended up enjoying a delicious dinner at the restaurant almost every day. The restaurant staff was also wonderful, and we were very well looked after

Towels were changed every day and the pool area is peaceful and nice. Water in the pool is little chilly. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was generous and varied

Rooms needing updating but adequate for the limited use. Gardens lovely - pool and bar area clean and tidy

A very good place to take a good rest from busy life. You can only drink bottle water or water from the bar or restaurant because the tap water is salty

I don't mind about the pool is sea water, but I can only take a salty water bath. Positive thinking is it's good for my skin. if you like real sea water, you can take a walk to the famous black sand beach

Special mention to the staff Mariana,Elisavet,Vasilini,Cina,Elpnvn, Ahmed and Nikos. Sorry for anyone I have not mentioned. The barman makes the best aperol spritz I have ever tasted sorry I did not get your name

The hotel was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The food was a buffet with a lovely selection something everyday delicious and fresh thankyou Denis the chef

On the negative some areas could do with an update. Bathrooms in the standard room walk in shower maybe?. And the spa area especially the jacuzzi

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel - the rooms were nice, with great view and cozy terrace. The manager and the receptionists really did try to accommodate our needs and made our stay pleasant and relaxed.

Nice place just a few steps from the Sea. Two pools,even a small library / mistery /. If you think about the loosing a weight here - Forget about it !! Just enjoy that Greek special!

The stuff is so nice, every one making sure you have a beautiful stay. Two pools, great buffet breakfast, very nice bar and restaurant. Sakys makes delicious drinks, make sure you try his capirinias 🙂

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout

Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi

Had an amazing stay, the family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a choice of suite upon arrival, can’t fault the place. A choice of beaches; Perivolos and Perissa both within 15 minutes walk

Between 6 of us it cost a tenner a night, it was clean, spacious and everything we needed. It's older and worn but for what we paid I expected much worse. The pool is incredible also and friendly staff

The entrance to the pool is from the terrace, incredibly beautiful and convenient. The location is also great: 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants/bakeries/souvenir shops/ stores. 25 minutes by car to the airport

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food

The staff at the hotel treat you like family. The room is very comfortable, and it is a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach ha the black sand and is fun to walk on. The breakfast is lovely and filling

We were given tips on where to go and helped with renting a car. The car rental place brought our car to the lot in front of the hotel. It is a quiet area and restaurants nearby are good and reasonable

It is a safe area to walk around at night. Save yourself money and stay in Perisa by the beach and take a taxi or rent a car to Fira square. It is much quieter and costs much less to eat in this area

From the moment we arrived to the Hotel the staff made us very welcome and no request was a problem. We were a group of 21 guest and each member felt as though they were treated as VIPs

The hotel is run by a lovely family who are all very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is great with lots of choice and the rooms are very comfortable and all have balconies or terraces

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with so many options! It was the only breakfast we had that actually filled us up and kept our energy up! The hotel is so close to the beach, about 2 or 3 typical blocks, and was peaceful and quiet when we needed a rest between beach and bars

Wonderful place. The owners, a husband and wife were incredibly accommodating. Honestly some of the most pleasant people I have ever met. It’s within walking distance of the black sand beach and a grocery store.

We had an adorable little patio with French doors, a little fridge, a wardrobe, and two sinks. There was a hair dryer, which was helpful, and the room was clean and had lots of natural light

We were a big mess that day and he was so forgiving!! We stayed in a room with three twin beds, and after weeks of staying in hostels we were thrilled to have our own room

He suggested a boat tour for us, which was fantastic, definitely a highlight of our trip, and actually drove us to the bus when we were hungover and running late

We love The Best! We first came here in 2011 and returned in 2024. The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The location is great, close to Perissa Beach which is relaxed compared to other places in Santorini.

Loved our stay at The Best, wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect location in Perissa, a nice quiet area of Santorini with plenty of restaurants, ATV hire & a nice shopping strip along the beach

I visited this wonderful villa and was satisfied! Clean rooms with air conditioning, there are tables where you can sit down with a glass of wine at the end of the day, beautiful garden design, there is a small swimming pool, but even this is not the main thing! The sea is within walking distance, many cafes and restaurants for every taste!

Location is super OK, the hosts were nice and discreet, they cleaned the room and changed towels every day. If I go to Perissa again, I will surely stay there

Five stars hotel and all the hotel's rooms, many friendly owners offer wine or coffee for sunbathing at the pool with a very beautiful garden

Off the beaten path but still close enough to get anything within a 10 minute walk. Host was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Price was spot on for the area.

we lend iron and hair dryer too. The warm water and toilets works really well. You need to stop in the bus stop before the last stop in Perissa, from the bus stop its 5 min walk. Its also 5 min walk to the sea

Great little hotel on the sea front in Perissa. It is run by 2 brothers ( with the help of little brother Vangelis - quite a character! ) and they will do everything they can to ensure you have a great holiday

We stopped at Perissa Bay hotel, 5th to 12th May, We loved it! Nice and clean! Right on the beach! Spectacular sun rises from the free sun beds! What made the holiday was the wonderful staff! Taylor on reception went way beyond her job description, to look after everyone! She is a fabulous human being and has an amazing personality and an even better singing voice! Secondly Harry on the front...

Brilliant bar, with lovely staff. The bar was very close to our apartments and we stopped off for a last drink or two on our way back in the evening

It is perfect for the beach and there is no charge for sun loungers (which were very comfortable) if you had lunch/drinks there

Beach was so relaxing with great cabana beds, umbrellas, food and drink service. We spent most of our time here which was exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, particularly the salads and the fish

The Santorini Platter we had for lunch was amazing! It’s a well run bar, great drinks and Nico, Harry and the rest of the staff are so friendly and not pushy

On the plus side this hotel is easy walking distance of shops and bars etc, and was much cheaper than other hotels we searched for, a good bargain if you can put up with the other problems

This hotel is five minutes walk to the sea where there’s lovely restaurants and bars. The manager Angela is so nice and helpful always happy and the cleaners were lovely but a little bleach down the loo would be good

The location is absolutely excellent. It is only 2 minutes walk from the beach. We had such a varied choice of shops, mini markets, bars, taverns. The hotel room was very spacious, clean and there was ample parking

The room was fully equipped with everything you needed and over looking the pool was a beautiful sight to wake up to! There is a supermarket for anything you need and an amazing fresh bakery only 2 minute walk down the road too where we spent a lot of time

Wow wow wow!! What a place in heaven! We came last week for a week for our delayed honeymoon, as soon as we pulled up we knew this was the best choice for accommodation! Very clean and tidy, fresh towels daily and your room is cleaned

The breakfast was delicious and so many choices, the bar food was great too and on demand! The staff were so friendly and there when ever you needed anything the manager Manish was so helpful and helped us book and trips we wanted to do! We found the location of the hotel was perfect as you are close enough to walk to all the local shops/restaurants and a cheap bus ride away to travel the whole island...

I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees

Highly recommend although wouldn't say for young children as no footpath from front of hotel leading to beach and very busy roads. Other than this highly recommend for price and location

They also have an amazing bakery within the property open from early morning till late night. I've got a little gift when I was leaving too ! :) Would definitely go back !

We had a very pleasant stay at the Marianna hotel. Very good location- close to the beach, restaurants, and the bus station. The owners were friendly, the room and the pool were super clean

We had an older room with twin beds, which is fine and the hotel is typically Greek in this way which is what we like. We only paid around 50 euros per night with breakfast included

Breakfast is buffet style with everything you need for a start to the day. Bread, cheese, meats, eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt and jams. Plenty of coffee and juice on tap
