Where to stay with pets in Portaria

Perfect location 3day break Great swimming pool however 11:00 am opening was a half day gone. Staff were attentive in the hotel. Dining room was lovely so was dinner

This is a nice cosy hotel in a lovely location, but it needs renovation. The rooms are nice but they have signs of deterioration. The service is very good and the people are very polite.

Nice location, but the hotel could use an upgrade. For example, TVs have no hdmi yet, so I couldn't plug in a chromecast.

Great location clean hotel and very accommodating staff. Rooms are a bit dated but our overall experience was great.

Great food both for breakfast and dinner. On top of that the rooms had really comfortable beds and a nice restroom. The only negative was that the rooms were a bit small but apart from that everything was really good

Rooms a little outdated but the view really made up for all as well as the service and friendliness of everyone working there. Pool was clean and cool and not busy at all for the early June. Great ambience!

Valeni is a beautiful gem of a hotel in Greece! The most comfortable beds and pillows, the warm welcoming atmosphere, the views, the crackling fire with the twinkling lights looking over the view of Volos - all unbeatable! But the best of all are the staff led by their amazing manager Angeliki

Our stay at Valeni was excellent. We stayed in the junior suite. We first went to the spa and then had massages. Both were wonderful, especially because the spa is booked for an hour so we had it all to ourselves

Great location, quite, in the woods, great view, very nice environment, spacious rooms, very clean. The pool is a great plus, you can swim during the day and you can enjoy cocktails and drinks by the pool at night

The breakfast has everything you need and is served until late. The hotel offers also a good variety of food all day long, which is also a great plus. There is also a jacuzzi - we did not use it though

A small kids playground is available and I think there is also a small football court. Pet friendly to those how are interested. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful in every way they can

A great resort! The houses are well placed, breakfast and in general food served is really good. Plus, they are pet friendly! Totally recommend!

The suite was perfectly furnished with everything you would need. My only recommendation for the suite is to install an actual shower head holder. The restaurant serves great food, beverages, and cocktails

Very nice place with great view. People there were great and the service good. The mansion is beautiful and it’s near the center of Portaria. There is also parking available. Tasty breakfast and nice coffee

A beautiful old manor house in the traditional style of Pelion (Pilio). The hotel is animal friendly which was a great surprise

One of those is the area of the Pelion mountain, whose landscapes alternate between high altitude forests, apple orchards near picturesque villages with stone built houses and small harbors near crystal- clear water beaches

The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had various choices and was delicious (handmade marmalades/sweets eat cetera). The availability of parking just outside the hotel is a plus considering the place!

A nice basis to tour all these is the Belina Hotel in Portariá village. It's a wonderful place to relax and get some rest. The rooms are spacious, decorated in good taste, some with balconies with sitting arrangements

Absolutely perfect hotel, very clean the service is outstanding, the staff very friendly, the garden views are beautiful, I recommend this place for a perfect stay of relaxation

Don't hesitate, you will be utterly flattered at this traditional Pelion style hospitality, also the breakfast is home made with 5 star quality local products

I am sorry that only the islands of Greece are popular tourist destinations. In fact, Greece has some wonderful places to visit in all seasons

Our room was perfect, very clean, comfortable with a biggg bed (we were very much impressed by the sewn embroidery of the hotel's logo on the sheets and towels, very chic and regal) and extremely quiet

We in December as a couple really enjoyed the area, view and hotel. I knew it was an older built hotel but therefore knew it would have more spacious rooms and higher ceilings and parking

As there is lots of traffic in the mountains at this time its good to plan to get going before 10am to any destination

This location is great for the summer months but for the winter as well(it includes a fireplace in the room). Tip: dont forget to visit makrinitsa village

We stayed in a suite that was fully renovated(we were one of the first to sleep there after the renovation) with modern but also a bit of traditional style. The view of the mountain Pilio and the city as well was great

The breathtaking sunset and the balcony offered us a feeling of freedom. you can reach the city and in 20 min. you can reach the top village of the mountain( ski facilities)

Tasty breakfast. We also had dinner here, food is a little bit more expensive than in other restaurants nearby. The room was small and seems to need renovation, however this didn't worsen our overall experience.

Value for money for the dates that I went end of July paying 50€ with breakfast was a very good price

The location is good and if you leave the car in the parking lot of the hotel you can walk your way from portaria to makrinitsa in half an hour. So better walking than talking your car

The only negative is that the room we stayed was very narrow and the suitcase had to go under the bed. The price was good because it is located exactly in the center of Portaria

The breakfast is wonderful both salad and sweet, with handmade Greek products, preserves, cakes and so on. Kritsa, her parents and her daughter are all very kind and helpful

Good location near the village of portaria. On our last day we had to leave very early before the breakfast opens and the staff prepared toast and coffee to go for us. All in all, I was very happy with the hotel

We had the so called “honeymoon suite”, a spacious room with a large terrace and also a jacuzzi, and, following the Covid rules, we had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel spa just for ourselves

Breakfast is available until 11 a. , and you can have it in a patio outside, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was very kind and professional, always happy to help
