Spent 7 days here. Was a good stay with some shortcomings. First was the pool, open relatively late (11 am) and available to outsiders which made it very noisy during the weekend. Second was the gym, open for some reason after 12 pm, not cleaned (at least for the 7 days I was there), half the machines are broken and closed on Sunday which the receptionist didn't tell us about. Perfect location 3day break Great swimming pool however 11:00 am opening was a half day gone. Staff were attentive in the hotel. Dining room was lovely so was dinner. The hotel picture is not revealing the winding road of 8 KM to reach it from Volos. Nevertheless, we managed to go up the hill and the hotel met all expectations. The rooms are clean and of large size. The bathrooms are nice and had all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting in the dinning room balcony with wonderful view of the Volos area. A good hotel in a nice setting on the way up to Pelion Mountain above the town of Volos in central Greece , with clean rooms and clean pool and beutifull garden. The price of the hotel is good, but the cafe-restaurant inside is expensive , ideal place For a pleasant stay with good view ! Very good view from the high rooms!!

We have stayed there for 3 nights, the stuff were super nice and answered every request with a smile. The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options.

We spent 2 nights at the Pelion Resort and it was very good. The rooms are big, with a good bathroom and good bed. They have a very good pool (I enjoyed all day!) and their service is very friendly and kind. Everything we needed, they were ready to provide. Also very good breakfast. We would return for sure!

Very nice hotel to stay on top of Portaria village. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Basic breakfast that could be richer for the level of the hotel. The last 300m to access the road is narrow.I give 4 stars because the room aircondition was not operating so well.

The hotel is good and our stay was pleasant. For the price of it though, I would definitely expect a better breakfast. The road to get to the hotel is a tiny/tight street with big stones that is unsafe. We parked the car and didn't want to move it again because it was scary. They really need to put a traffic light or offer help from the hotel.

The hotel was ok although the bathroom in our room is in need of serious renovation. In our room there was no kettle and cups like the room next door. When we asked about it they said its because the other room was at a different category! The pool should have been heated due to low temperatures. The breakfast was good.

Excellent service from the staff, wonderful views of the mountains and town below, great morning breakfast. The only thing that lowered the rating was the beds were extremely hard and the air conditioner didn’t keep the rooms cool. Although, these are common findings in Greece. Would stay there again.

Very good looking room, very clean, great staff, and a very cozy Christmas environment; what else could you ask for around December? The lobby is a place to have a seat and enjoy a book or in case you have to work, take your laptop/tablet and be productive. They also have a great breakfast!

The hotel’s design is old fashioned. We ordered a room with a mountain and pool views, there aren’t rooms that offers both. The hotel’s overview didn’t mention that the pool is closed. The gym is poor, not a lot of equipment and no air conditioning. The breakfast is nice and tasty.

We understood the meaning of the mansion !!!! And if you do a little, you will learn its history! The rooms are spotless, breakfast with great variety and the owner polite and willing for everything! A beautiful old manor house in the traditional style of Pelion (Pilio). The hotel is animal friendly which was a great surprise. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean, and the breakfast available has a good variety (their traditional pie is amazing).

The hotel is nice but need a renovation. The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't function proper. The breakfast is very good, while breakfast you may order Greek coffee also for free. Beach is in 15 min walk distance. Ask the room with the view to the sea. It is very strange for us that the hotel building has an oil gas station inside it from the main street side.

It’s a lovely cafe on a roof of the hotel which opens a view to the sea and mountains! A great place to work and enjoy the atmosphere of the city. As for the menu, you can find good healthy alternatives for lunch or dinner. Prices are not too high, and the personal is quite friendly.

The greatest view you can get inside Volo. Friendly staff. Fried eggs were great, Greek coffee from Agria also. The tables are cute.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were clean, the view was fairly good and the staff were super friendly. The hotel is located in the centre of the town and it is newly opened in the location. The staff are very polite and will guide you through ever problem you face. They have a rooftop swimming pool and restaurant which is very good to hang out in summers.

The hotel was convenient to the train station and Hertz. It is on the edge of the lovely walkway along the sea. The beds were two singles pushed together, not very comfortable. It was clean and a bit dated. The breakfast was adequate.
