The view is great, the staff are helpful and friendly and accommodating to non-greek speakers, the breakfast is pretty good and includes lots of options, and the lobby / restaurant look nice and fancy

Was a good stay with some shortcomings. First was the pool, open relatively late (11 am) and available to outsiders which made it very noisy during the weekend

Valeni is a beautiful gem of a hotel in Greece! The most comfortable beds and pillows, the warm welcoming atmosphere, the views, the crackling fire with the twinkling lights looking over the view of Volos - all unbeatable! But the best of all are the staff led by their amazing manager Angeliki

Our stay at Valeni was excellent. We stayed in the junior suite. We first went to the spa and then had massages. Both were wonderful, especially because the spa is booked for an hour so we had it all to ourselves

Spiros cooked an outstanding breakfast, with many homemade options, a variety of eggs, vegetables, fruits, etc. The homemade sweets were especially delicious. 10/10 would recommend a stay at Valeni!

The breakfast has everything you need and is served until late. The hotel offers also a good variety of food all day long, which is also a great plus. There is also a jacuzzi - we did not use it though

The Erofili hotel provided us an exceptional hospitality as well as a super handmade breakfast, same is located in the center of Portaria village with all the hotspots in walking distance

Excellent spot right on the beach and very clean. It is also very close to Volos. The only reason I rate it as five is that in my opinion it is less luxurious than a typical five star hotel

The bath was a jacuzzi - one handle on the tub was broken and when I tried to fill the bath the plug floated away and the water flooded the floor. The shower did not have good pressure

There were good aspects here and some not so great. The hotel needs a renovation and our room was tired. It smelt horrible when we opened the door - it was from the drainage

We especially enjoyed the large terrace with a direct view of the harbor and the sea. The room was excellent and maintained daily, the air conditioner worked flawlessly

We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. It is an older hotel but very elegant and clean. I would like to comment about the afternoon receptionist, Sakis I think, he was very helpful and gracious

Car is must there as hotel is located in a small village a bit isolated on the hill and there is not so much things around to reach by foot, while with car there are many nice tavernas and villages around and close to the beach to visit

Near hotel in the village there are 2 small supermarkets to buy necessary staff and also one of the biggest attraction in the area - old Plane tree (>1000 years old) with nice church and cafe nearby

Pleasant bonus of the hotel - potable water, so no need to worry about buying fresh water from the shop. Breakfasts didn't have big variety of choice, but always enough to find basis staff to eat

That is important to mention as when temperature in the area down to the beach where above 35 degree, in the hotel area was 2-3 degrees lower due to location and forest I guess

It’s been some time since I visited Atrium Hotel before and I must say that my staying here also this time was an excellent experience! I would first like to point out the amazing architecture of this hotel, plus the view, as it is located up on the hill above Agia Paraskevi beach

It’s not easy to find such quality and generous portions -as it is a buffet and someone can eat as much as they wish-, at this price range. The value for money is excellent

Every corner of the hotel is so well designed and exceptional! Spending time in the main lounges and on the comfortable sofas made it difficult for me to focus on my reading as I was constantly distracted by the beauty of the space and the stunning view

They were kind to offer us luggage storage on the last day after check out and then facilities to shower (including shower gel and towels) before we had to take our flight back to England

Koukounaries beach is 10min by bus and the town centre 20min. The rooms are very clean with AC of course and the place is quiet night time. We'd happily stay at the hotel, again

The bus stop for the bus that goes from Kokounaries to Skiathos Town is 3 minutes away. I would recommend it to anyone who is planning a holiday in Skiathos
