Wonderful hotel in Beautiful and cozy Portaria. Nice space in the rooms very good breakfast. Nice and clean pool. Very polite and helpful staff. In The village portaria wich is a walk of 7 min a lots of restaurantas... Can really recommend. I stayed for 3 nights.

Spent 7 days here. Was a good stay with some shortcomings. First was the pool, open relatively late (11 am) and available to outsiders which made it very noisy during the weekend. Second was the gym, open for some reason after 12 pm, not cleaned (at least for the 7 days I was there), half the machines are broken and closed on Sunday which the receptionist didn't tell us about. Perfect location 3day break Great swimming pool however 11:00 am opening was a half day gone. Staff were attentive in the hotel. Dining room was lovely so was dinner. The hotel picture is not revealing the winding road of 8 KM to reach it from Volos. Nevertheless, we managed to go up the hill and the hotel met all expectations. The rooms are clean and of large size. The bathrooms are nice and had all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting in the dinning room balcony with wonderful view of the Volos area. Rooms a little outdated but the view really made up for all as well as the service and friendliness of everyone working there. Pool was clean and cool and not busy at all for the early June. Great ambience!

A good hotel in a nice setting on the way up to Pelion Mountain above the town of Volos in central Greece , with clean rooms and clean pool and beutifull garden. The price of the hotel is good, but the cafe-restaurant inside is expensive , ideal place For a pleasant stay with good view ! Very good view from the high rooms!!

We have stayed there for 3 nights, the stuff were super nice and answered every request with a smile. The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options.

We spent 2 nights at the Pelion Resort and it was very good. The rooms are big, with a good bathroom and good bed. They have a very good pool (I enjoyed all day!) and their service is very friendly and kind. Everything we needed, they were ready to provide. Also very good breakfast. We would return for sure!

Very nice hotel to stay on top of Portaria village. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Basic breakfast that could be richer for the level of the hotel. The last 300m to access the road is narrow.I give 4 stars because the room aircondition was not operating so well.

The hotel was ok although the bathroom in our room is in need of serious renovation. In our room there was no kettle and cups like the room next door. When we asked about it they said its because the other room was at a different category! The pool should have been heated due to low temperatures. The breakfast was good.

Excellent service from the staff, wonderful views of the mountains and town below, great morning breakfast. The only thing that lowered the rating was the beds were extremely hard and the air conditioner didn’t keep the rooms cool. Although, these are common findings in Greece. Would stay there again.

Very good looking room, very clean, great staff, and a very cozy Christmas environment; what else could you ask for around December? The lobby is a place to have a seat and enjoy a book or in case you have to work, take your laptop/tablet and be productive. They also have a great breakfast!

The hotel’s design is old fashioned. We ordered a room with a mountain and pool views, there aren’t rooms that offers both. The hotel’s overview didn’t mention that the pool is closed. The gym is poor, not a lot of equipment and no air conditioning. The breakfast is nice and tasty.

The service is very good, the breakfast is good, we didn't get to check the spa, the internet on the 2nd floor is very weak.

Beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff, the room was nice with a private balcony and big shower. The pool and pool bar were wonderful with amazing views of Volos harbor and sunsets. Only one person for massage and therefore full and they couldn’t arrange time for me and my wife to get it at least consequently. Very polite staff. Excellent spot right on the beach and very clean. It is also very close to Volos. The only reason I rate it as five is that in my opinion it is less luxurious than a typical five star hotel. For example the quality of breakfast was low to medium. On the other hand it is value for money. The more luxurious five star hotels are more expensive.

There were good aspects here and some not so great. The hotel needs a renovation and our room was tired. It smelt horrible when we opened the door - it was from the drainage. The hotel is good and our stay was pleasant. For the price of it though, I would definitely expect a better breakfast. The road to get to the hotel is a tiny/tight street with big stones that is unsafe. We parked the car and didn't want to move it again because it was scary. They really need to put a traffic light or offer help from the hotel.
