I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lotus Center Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was seamless, and we were our room, which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.
The highlight of our stay was the stunning view from our acropolis. Room 401 with a private elevator!
Excellent breakfast in the morning provided by the hotel gave us enough energy to get through the day of hiking beautiful Athens.

We had a really pleasant stay in the Lotus Center hotel. Located walking distance to all major sites. Clean and spacious room and excellent service from all the staff. Special thank you to Tasos for looking after us.

The hotel was amazing, the friendliest of staff and housekeeping, the location is great if you want to walk to the different attractions like the acropolis or the national garden.
Petrous on the reception desk was very kind and friendly, as well as the other men that helped us. They even helped us print some tickets and showed us the easiest way to move in the metro.
Maia, Evangeline and the other lady working in housekeeping/the kitchen were really helpful and nice, keeping every room clean and tidy, and offering delicious meals at breakfast. (Accompanied with a view of the acropolis)

Fantastic location literally 1min walk from Monastiraki metro and on the Piraeus line and for airport. Wonderful, helpful staff, especially Marios who went above and beyond to help me. Excellent spotlessly clean room with view of Acropolis even. Good breakfast too in rooftop restaurant again with great view of Acropolis. Will def stay again. Highly recommended.

Great location, excellent service from front desk staff, good information on local attractions, buses and trains. Would definitely stay there again.

Worst hotel i've ever been.
They are so much more hotel for the same location and the same Price. Please if you read this review RUN AWAY !!
The hotel is so noisy. You can hear everything from the rooms above and next to it. Moving furniture at 5am because they have a early flight, steps all night, phone ringing you can ear EVERYTHING !! It was a true nightmare for the 4 night we stay.
The staff is worst. They arent't humain and think only to the money. They are arrogant,
They disrespected us, took us down. They are not professional and some of the employee at the desk even Insult us and make comment.
Our room was old and damaged. It's absolutly not a 4 stars hotel.

Amidst national crisis due to fires in the outskirts of Athens while authorities urge to stay inside and keep windows shut because of heavy air pollution and ash fall, there was no effort to accommodate legitimate concerns towards the stay. News agencies reported this situation worldwide, yet there was no possibility to cancel or at least reschedule the booking. Responses were always offhand and not very supportive.

Great experience! Location is wonderful, the facilities are new and more than you need, breakfast is tasty but the best thing about this hotel are the staff- super kindly, welcoming, whiling to help with anything!
