The pictures of this hotel don’t do it justice - is a lot more modern and larger than it appears. Our room was fine; clean and had everything we needed (except for an iron but we loaned one from reception for a deposit). All of the communal areas (reception, dining room, outside spaces) are modern and clean. The pool area is lovely, with a nice big main pool and the pool bar is modern and well stocked...

A short walk away is the beach, turn left past the nudist beach & there's a great beach with sunbeds available. The larger pool is quieter with less children.

We loved it here. Its well located, close to the main resort, and a moderate bus trip into Kos. It had a friendly atmosphere, and we ate well. The beach is just a short walk.

We had a fabulous holiday everything about the place was spot on. It was clean, the food was lovely, the staff friendly. A special thank you to Casey who always had a smile and really looked after us at the pool bringing us drinks. Will definitely go back.

A Great Hotel. Very clean hotel, rooms cleaned daily, friendly and helpful staff, food is very good quality and fresh. All inclusive drinks are a good alternative to top brands, you can always buy top brand drinks and cocktails are very reasonable prices.

Accommodation was nice,pool is freezing but just the job to keep cool. Food is average, bit repetitive, offering some strange choices. Staff are brilliant, especially the ladies in reception and the waiters

We picked this hotel due to its private beachside location and proximity to Kos town, as the bus runs every 15- 25mins. The hotel was superb, excellent rooms with sunset views, superb food at both the gorgeous beach taverna or in the hotel restaurant. I cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they really make you feel like family. Highly recommended.

Nice Hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast, the beach was very nice, all in all, everything you expect from a hotel in this price class. The only silly thing was, that you had to pay extra for the air condition. Just take more money for the room.

Amazing and friendly staff, always been ready to help or give an advise. The rooms are clean the same as swiming pool and other facilities. Good and quite location, just 15 min walk distance from beaches. Has been a pleasure for me to stay there.

Nice hotel with affordable prize. Location is perfect if you want to visit Kos City (~30mins walking) or go for the beach (~10 mins walking). Rooms are spacious and very clean. Cosy family run resort, the rooms are very basic but are clean and tidy. When my parents showed me the first time the hotel I taught It was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen but I was so wrong. The hotel was incredible the food was the same and the best part is the staff. Valeria was the best of all. Bonus tip: if you see a cat go pet it because you will have a very little chance to see it again. I think you should give this hotel a chance because you won’t regret it.

We had such a great time at Kalimera Mare. The room was very clean, the food was very delicious and the staff is very polite and attentive to our needs. We hope to come back here if we will visit kos next years.
