I've been dreaming of a relaxing summer holiday for a while now and decided to take a chance with Astir, and wow, what a great choice! The rooms were lovely, and so were the pools, the sea water was so warm which is quite a change for us vs the freezing waters of the Portuguese coast

A stunning hotel with a high level of service and a beautifully designed area. There are large pools as well as many smaller ones throughout the property. Direct access to the sea makes it even more special

This is a huge complex, but the staff (especially those delivering drinks to the pool all day) were amazing. There is the largest pool I think I’ve ever seen, and it never felt crowded. Great variety of entertainment too

Pools were just a shade too deep at 1. 3m for our two kids (aged 6 and 8) but it didn’t hinder their enjoyment. The real standout of this resort though was the food. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were all exceptional

The pool was pristine with plenty of comfortable loungers to relax on. Just steps away was the hotel’s private beach, with crystal-clear waters (and a few rocks) - truly a slice of paradise

The rooms are well laid-out and comfortable and are thoroughly cleaned and re-stocked every day. The pools are excellent and never felt over- crowded and the pool-side drinks service was a wonderful touch

A short walk away is the beach, turn left past the nudist beach & there's a great beach with sunbeds available. The larger pool is quieter with less children.

Accommodation was nice,pool is freezing but just the job to keep cool. Food is average, bit repetitive, offering some strange choices. Staff are brilliant, especially the ladies in reception and the waiters

All of the communal areas (reception, dining room, outside spaces) are modern and clean

A special thank you to Casey who always had a smile and really looked after us at the pool bringing us drinks

The pool area is lovely, with a nice big main pool and the pool bar is modern and well stocked; we never had to wait very long for a drink. Staff were really friendly and very attentive

We really loved it there!! The hotel rooms were clean and really cute just as the balcony. The service personal was like always smiling and they did helped you with every single question. They were always kind and funny

Love this place, small family run hotel. Can always sit around the pool. Great prices for beer and food, lovely friendly relaxed multicultural hotel. Great cocktails at around 6€.

Great little hotel, with nice pool area and friendly snack bar by the pool. Bar attached at the front does the best cocktails. Rooms are clean. Air conditioning is extra.

We have just come back from our holiday after spending two weeks at Marianna, this hotel is lovely very clean and in a great location just a short walk from bars and restaurants, bus stops and supermarkets, the food in the pool bar and cafe is very good and very reasonably priced, we had a few drinks in the cocktail bar which is also very good, we were in room 214 which has a nice large balcony from...

Very good for a late check out with separate showers and changing. Room showers a bit small but powerful. WiFi intermittent on occasion. Seems to attract an interesting bunch of clients

Small TV but English language films every night (Greek subtitles) on 2 channels. Adequate cooking facilities for breakfast and snacks. But the staff are the stars, especially Stella

Fantastic holiday what a lovely place to stay. clean well kept complex friendly staff. Theres a lovely bar and pool snack bar that server good food. theres is a shop bike hire and bar next door

Very flat so lots of push bikes everywhere. You could ride right in to Koss town or catch bus just outside hotel for couple of euro

Our favourite which we went to several times both at lunch time and evening was Dana opposite the dancing fountain on the front

10 minutes stroll on Sea front there is the main area of Tigaki with plenty of resteraunts and tavernas

The apartments are basic but comfortable with all you need for self catering although we ate mostly at the bar with food excellent and very reasonably priced. The pools are great and the slide was a lot of fun

The main area of Tigaki was about a 30 minute walk but there is a regular bus and taxis can be ordered. Memories is a good bar to visit and for food I can recommend Sagittarius

The most friendly and welcoming hotel I have ever used. It is a basic 3 star hotel but immaculatelly clean, what they do they do with a smile and to perfection

There are a couple of supermarkets where you can get the basics. Overall a fantastic experience at fili apartments and can't recommend it enough

Had a fantastic 11 nights and just got back home. Paul and Dennis and the rest of the staff were brilliant and made you feel so welcome

The private pool (heated, nice temperature) and outside space was lovely and included an outside kitchen/cooking area complete with fridge and gas barbecue. Louise responded promptly to any queries we had

The private beach and private swimming pool are ideal. The staff keep the place operating at luxury service levels and is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Our 3 year old was treated like family

Taf is a chic vacation dream come true. Premium bohemian aesthetics, perfectly set apart from the maddening crowds yet close enough to town that you can dip in and get your thrills, then dip out in one night

Wonderful pool area, with additional park for kids. Double beds very firm, but otherwise accommodation comfortable. Excellent, family run and friendly service, with well priced, high quality food and drink

The people is fantastic and is good quality end the rooms is very clean and the cleaning lady is fredly!!

Beautiful place a true paradise swimming pool beach 50 meters away and the super welcoming owners always ready to help

Super furnished and well maintained. Rental cars, mopeds and boats with or without a skipper can be ordered directly from the owner. Again any time. This is how vacation is fun.

The Villa is very modern and has everything needed for your stay at Kos. The view on the ocean is very nice and you can walk directly in a Minute to the Beach

He is interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible. If we come back to Kos, Serges Villa will be our first choice

I highly recommend it to you too bad I can't rate above 5 because it's a dream house and great owners

Lina and Serge are very friendly hosts. The apartments are clean and comfortable and located close to the beach. The area is very lovely and looked after.

We spend around two weeks in the country house and had a wonderful time. The bungalows are pretty furnish, but the most time we spend in the beautiful garden and the ocean is only a few meters away

The best host you can find on the Greek islands, and i travel around about 30 years. we went there in 2019 and 2020. we will go back in 2021 of course. lovely houses in a perfect location

The host Litsa is such a pleasant person who helped us with everything from the first moment, especially because we cane with our little son who could play the hole day in the garden

A beautiful chapel on the side of the road, nothing is locked, candles are burning, no one is allowed to take anything here. I give full stars ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Lovely setting close to the beach, private bungalows uniquely decorated, our host and owner was generous and helpful. Recommended

This place is also nice during the corona pandemic because the area is wide open and everything happens outside

We stayed in one of the Premium bungalow, very clean, spacious, with the beautiful pool, all inclusive

The pool and bar area were good - it had a large pool where you could swim comfortably and there were plenty of sunbeds but we did come in October so towards the end of season so was not as busy

However we have visited towards the end of the season so there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The room was clean and had a massive walk in shower and double sinks

We had a superior bungalow which was really spacious on the inside especially for 2 people, and had its own sunbeds on an outdoor terrace as well as a table and chairs which were really handy

There was food everyday as well at the pool bar as well as ice cream and cakes. Food from here was always tasty, and although it was only a set meal every day we really enjoyed them

There were also a child’s pool and a premium area but since we were a couple and had not paid for that then I cannot comment. Food - the buffet was fine for us each day

Nice Hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast, the beach was very nice, all in all, everything you expect from a hotel in this price class. The only silly thing was, that you had to pay extra for the air condition

The hotel was superb, excellent rooms with sunset views, superb food at both the gorgeous beach taverna or in the hotel restaurant. I cannot praise the staff enough

We picked this hotel due to its private beachside location and proximity to Kos town, as the bus runs every 15- 25mins

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars

Garden areas beautiful and balconies on apartment blocks very spacious and sheltered from sun

Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception that can take you to Kos town and that costs €3

The whole place is very well organised, garden is marvellous, there are paths for babystrollers and plants and palms are amazing. Bravo for reusable cups - it makes place seem much more clean and friendly

The lady's from cleaning top class 👌 👏 🙌 😍 👍 Very polite and they do a very very good cleaning. The food is every day almost the same behalve Monday wend is like traditional Greek food. Animation team very very weak 👇👎

I really feel bad to write this review as I do think this is a great hotel with truly fantastic staff but management's decision to dilute the drinks undermines all of the hard work the staff on the floor do and takes away the perks of having an all inclusive holiday

Once again Gaia palace did not fail to deliver another perfect holiday. The hotel is so clean and well looked after. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and the food is delicious

We had a medical emergency which is everyone's worst nightmare when over seas and they supported throughout. Very much appreciated and will be remembered

The food is lovely with a modest selection and we ate well at every meal but the ONLY issue we had was that the drinks were very watered down, so much so that it no longer resembled the drink it was supposed to be, this is for soft and alcoholic drinks which is a pity as that took the cherry off the cake

There is a car hire company in the hotel Reception area, although the young lady here was lovely and very helpful, you will find it is cheaper to book with the same company on line, we save €75 one a three day rental, we picked the car up from the office 5 minutes walk away and then left the keys with the hotel reception when we had finished with it

Very decent hotel and facilities. What makes this stand out is the staff, they are all very friendly, welcoming and you can tell they enjoy their jobs

The top rooms have there own pool and over looks the sea which is wonderful, but are next to the road, very poor design. Not good news if you are a light sleeper and you don't love traffic noise.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Diamond Deluxe Hotel on Kos! We spent an amazing 13 days at the Diamond Deluxe Hotel! I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, who created such a warm atmosphere from the moment we arrived until the day we left

Just a magnificent place! Every little thing about this hotel makes you feel welcome. From the moment you check in the staff is there for you with a hospitality that's out of this world

Each dish is lovingly prepared, offering a fantastic selection of Greek and international delights. An absolute treat that made our stay even more unforgettable

Large, lovely pools, enough sunbeds for everyone and a calm atmosphere. There was a DJ playing good music in the evening at the pool bar, but this did not create noise in the room when going to bed

The pool service 100% - prices normal and all the drinks and cocktails are top. I was not expecting this level of quality but you must consider this hotel

Hotel was fully booked but it never felt like there were too many people and no problem getting a sun lounger at either pool or the beach

There is a mini market just near the pool and you get most of amenities. The room which we got had an amazing view! The room was clean and every day they cleared the room

One of the best experiences we ever had. Let me start from the location. This place is 20 minutes from the airport (Taxi costs 25-30 euros). The reception was super friendly and explained everything upon arrival

Entertainment team are so very friendly and the aqua gym each morning was great. All inclusive drinks are everything we needed and the constant supply of ice cream for the children was amazing

Had a trip into kos town which is beautiful, bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 20 euros for 6 of us. Lovely mix of nationalities and lots of friendly chats in the hotel

Food was fresh, delicious and plentiful… be prepared to not have “English Grub” as you are in Greece 🇬🇷 after all!!! Lots of snacks and drinks through the day in between meal times, I have a very fussy 14year old - happy to report she did not starve and always found something! The pool is freshwater and was quite chilly to initially get in, but once that part is over it’s refreshing and a great way...

What an amazing week my daughter and I had!! The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, the area is quiet and safe… right across from the beach where there are gorgeous sunsets and you can see across to Turkey 🇹🇷 Can also get a boat over from Kos town which is about 40minutes walk, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel or taxis

Who ensured hotel was kept in tip top shape, offering a wide selection of well presented food, that tasted as good as it looked, being an extremely critical foodie, I had nothing to complain about much to the delight of my family!! Only one drama related to an excursion which was dealt with by the TUI rep

The rooms are basic but comfortable and have ample space and all the things you would need to make you stay relaxed and content, comfortable beds, fabulous shower and big balcony, the TV didn’t have many English channels but we wasn’t there to do that

we all agree we would return to this hotel , our first time to Greece and can highly recommend this to people of all ages , in fact one of our most wonderful experiences,thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel miss you

Best 5-star value on a beautiful island with super friendly staff. You’d pay a fortune in other parts of Europe for what you get here. Every pool was awesome, plus the private beach access

Few pools to choose from as well as restaurants - have to give a shout out to The Tavern and Osteria - a Greek and Italian restaurant on site that were both outstanding. The spa is luxurious and well worth the money

The breakfast was amazing! The pools and the beach (wavy) are wonderful as well we lived in 2 different rooms but those did not look like in the pictures

Virus prevention is present in the background and absolutely not disturbing! The hotel is remembering guests even after 5 years! I like to walk the long beach every day (multiple km !), take a bath in the sea to cool down

Loved it! Not too big, not overcrowded. Two times Beachvolleyball per day. Great selection at breakfast and lunch. I especially loved the local coffee prep with hot sand! Best vacation so far!

This should not be 5 stars hotel. 6 swimming pools (also 18+), but main one booked by towels since early morning. Really boring food - one week is more than enough to eat the same all the time

One of the biggest pools I've ever seen & a short walk to private beach (if only the local council would clear the plastic & debris from the return of the very long beach) ??

It was out daughters first holiday abroad and she had a brilliant time. The hotel is beautiful and although when we went the pool was very cold we still enjoyed ourselves

There's a variety of restaurants to eat in and we never got bored of the food. The Greek restaurant was our favourite. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there is the water park right next door too

All the staff were friendly and were extremely good with our 3 year old (especially Arvin in the bar by reception who was always there to help out if she had a strop

We can not thank him enough for helping out and being so lovely. ) We loved our stay and will definitely be visiting again

All household and kitchen appliances as well as the jacuzzi were in good working order, and cleaning supplies were well-stocked

I particularly enjoyed the sense of privacy the property afforded, and it really felt like a home during my stay on the island

The property is large, clean, and well-situated, with ample outdoor space to enjoy the Greek weather

We never had to wait long for drinks in the restaurant and the bars. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pools and all the outside areas are kept scrupulously clean

We were spoilt for choice with food. The Island buffet restaurant provided such a huge variety of foods to suit all tastes and it was all hot and so tasty. Dishes were replenished as soon as they got low

From the moment we arrived, and the restaurant stayed open for us to eat, we knew this was a lovely hotel. The rooms are fabulous and kept so very clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful

A fantastic experience from start to finish. I was there with my two sons for a short holiday and we had a great time. Staff were amazing, food was good, the spa and treatments were the best

Oh Wow, we stayed for a week in middle of October 24, we had the best time, weather was lovely 😍 nights do get chilly if it's windy, all the outside bars, restaurants will give you blankets if you ask

Also recommend visiting Plaka Forest, about 15 mins from the hotel where you can visit wild cats and peacocks living together💙 All in all the best holiday i have ever experienced so far
