We had a fantastic two weeks everyone was very polite and helpful. The location was near to everything very flat for people with walking difficulty. The pool bar restaurant was superb and the night bar was excellent the barman could not do enough always making small cocktails for you to enjoy. We would recommend anyone to stay there all the best to all of the staff for making our holiday memorable...

Location is great for this hotel, plenty of restaurants to choose from, a 5 minute walk to the beach. The cocktail bar in the hotel is the best we found, the cocktails were amazing. Great customer service too. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were a little old fashioned and basic but we didn't come on holiday to sit in a hotel room. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Included AC works fine. Walk distance to old town and beach. I would come back to next time.

The 2 holland women are very kind funny and professional. The hotel is very near to old city port and city beach. They kept for us for 2 days big luggages for our trip in Astipalea. Besides of that we had a sudden problem and they allowed us to cancel the reservation without fees. Very very advised!!!!

Small property, close to center of town. Older building, very clean, very safe. Two stories (levels) no elevator. Small basic rooms, firm mattresses, decent size bathrooms . Very good for the price.

We only spent 1 night here. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Although the rooms have a decoration from the 90s, we liked this nostalgia at one point. The important thing was that the rooms were clean and we did not have a problem with this. they let us leave our suitcases there for a few hours on the day we checked out.

The location of the hotel is good and very close to the city center, the cleanliness is very excellent, the quietness is wonderful, the receptionist is very nice, but the mattresses are bad, I recommend it to anyone who wants to take it for one night, no more .

We stayed here 3 nights and was brilliant! Hotel was gorgeous and the pool area was fab. We went to the pool in both morning and afternoon and there was a choice of sunbeds both times. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and included in the price. Close to everything you could want in Kos town.

We here now 4 days. A very warm welcoming. Great bar staff. Thr water in the pool is exactly on the right temperature to swim at any time of the day. Lovely cocktails too.

Lovely family owned hotel. Very lovely friendly staff and owners. Nice clean rooms. Bar and pool downstairs. Only complaint was the noise between the room and the very hard beds. But at the cost you pay, you can't really argue. Location is a small walk from all the main things to see and do.

I stayed a week in this hotel in August 2018 and I had a great time. The price is very convenient and the hotel has everything you need. The owner is very kind and helpful and speaks Italian well.

This is a quiet place only 5-10 minutes walking from the beach. We booked this for a night while on Kos. The man running the place is a very very friendly older Greek man who was very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, and for the price a real bargain. If you are looking for a place just to crash for a week, I would highly recommend this Hotel Hellas.

We only stayed for a couple of nights so the room didn't need to be cleaned so not an issue like in other reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful, there's a great little supermarket close by too, handy for little bits. it's quiet in the evenings (midweek anyway) ... For the price i swear some reviews seem to think they are royalty on a budget... Fully recommended

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable, with working AC and a lovely little balcony. There was also a fridge in the room. Given the high prices generally in Kos, the room was good value. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food but there are lots of great bars and restaurants close by.

The bar and reception staff are what make this hotel so good. Very friendly and helpful. Spent a great 11 nights here with my daughter. Breakfast is brilliant especially the greek breakfast. Fabulous week at pavlos ... location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town ... all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception ... pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach ... rooms not modern but very nice, spacious and cleaned...

This hotel is incredible for the price. The staff they have is simply wonderful, they are friendly and polite, when you have a problem they help you right away. The food is amazing and so are the drinks. The pool is very good and the location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything. It is very quiet and cozy, without a doubt I would repeat many more times.

We asked last minute if there was a room available. The staff are understanding and friendly. Good service and the rooms are neat. It's not luxurious, but you don't expect that from a 2-star hotel. Very beautiful family run hotel. We did not have a reservation but the owner was kind enough to give us his time and help us find the room even tho it was very late. Everyone is extremly nice. Fantastic value for money! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spotless. The location is perfect – about 10 minutes to both the old town and Lambi Beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's a family-run business that really makes you feel at home. Boris and family made our day with their hospitality during our day in Kos! We were able to keep our luggage at their hotel while we explored the island and they even helped us carry our bags and drove us to the ferry station. Truly a WONDERFUL family! Another great holiday spent with friends at the Gaia Village. 4th time in a row visiting it's like returning home. All the staff friendly, helpful, and polite.
