Particularly liked the bbq’d food at lunch time! Cleanliness - unbelievably clean, everywhere, all the time Kids club and entertainment - either in the day for a break from the pool or in the evening when they put shows on and a disco for the kids

The staff in general is amazing, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The therapist at the spa, Sam, is incredible - we’ve booked a couple of massages because he is an absolute expert! Thanks again for everything!

We recently visited as a family of four with 2 kids aged 2 and 4 and I can confirm the hotel is brilliant. Stand out items for us: Food - we went all inclusive and all meals were really good quality

The shows were on a purpose built outdoor stage - couldn’t have asked for better. Special shout out to Lydia who was particularly brilliant. It’s about a 15 min taxi journey if you fancy kos town for the day

I would especially like to thank Maria Zatrbouti and Lucy at the reception — their warm smiles and solution-oriented approach truly made our stay more enjoyable. It was a short but unforgettable holiday

Great experience and family friendly. Everything you could need at the resort. The food was delicious and the spa was wonderful. Lots of activities to do for both adults, couples and even the children

Which we did use, as I always do when travelling abroad. We didn’t require any pool towels as we had brought our own. But again this was all detailed in the information leaflet

Make sure if you have a late flight that you book the shower room well in advance even the day you arrive as they don’t always have a room free and each family get it for half an hour so once it’s fully booked that’s it

Check in was fairly straight forward although we had 3 groups all same surname and in one booking which was a bit of a challenge for the new staff. We were also given the wrong safe key so had to go back and change it

Again this didn’t bother us as it was clearly very clean. The double bed was huge probably queen size. Spare pillows in the wardrobe we also used. Reception area Nice air con, pleasant area to sit and have a drink

They would benefit from having more space around the areas where the food is as it can become very busy with people coming from all directions to get food

Very good. Good value for money. Shame all in French, lots of entertainment good food...but cocktails need to be reviewed, fruit cocktails please !

The bathroom, the sleeping room amd the terrace was extremels clean and was cleaned every day. The breakfast aswell as the dinner were really good and there shpuld be something for every taste

Overall a very good experience, especially for the prize we paid. We will try to come back next year

While I get beer, wine and cocktails, I do not get water and juices (which come from a concentrate anyway). Whatever you choose to drink, you have to pay a hefty price for. All in all, the hotel is gorgeous and lovely

The men were super nice, polite and courteous to everyone, yet the women seemed to prefer some guests over others. This included welcoming them loudly from the doors; - all drinks during dinner are paid

We loved that the food has shown it's greek influence and not just the ordinary continental stuff. This hotel offers half-board only, so you have to pay for drinks, but we think the prizes are fully ok

We didn't use the pool, but the beach was cozy and clean and even though it is divided from the hotel from the small coastal road, this wasn't really an issue. Sunbeds were comfortable and clean

Great hotel, very stylishly furnished and in a perfect location. It takes less than 2 minutes to get to the beach and there are also many very good, inexpensive restaurants, supermarkets and bars nearby

just was a little disappointed when we checked out before 12pm we spent a day on the beach then went back to hotel to shower but had no towels, so asked receptionist for 3 towels and she gave us 3 tiny floor mats to dry ourselves with ? Felt really insulted after a lovely week spent there and spending lots off money and that's all she could give us

Great hotel, beautifully decorated! Great individual style instead of 5 star resort for 300 people. Highly recommended for people who would like to explore the island while staying at a beautiful place.

You can order drinks or food at the restaurant bar and spend the whole day on the bass. Close to the crowded beach, tigaki is just a salvation! The staff is very friendly and helpful

Beautiful area of the bar, hotel and restaurant. I was pleased with the pool behind the hedge - no wind, no street noise, only the splash of water, umbrellas and cool sun loungers

The staff are the best part of this Hotel they really are all very friendly and helpful. The Rooms are very clean and are serviced daily. They are spacious as apartment rooms go and the balcony is a good size

This is a difficult review to write as the staff are great, the pool area very good and many aspects are excellent

The apartments are spotlessly clean with clean sheets and towels changed regularly. The buffy breakfast is really good, either continental or English and you can eat outside on the sunny terrace, or eat inside

But, a shower that was mostly cold, a breakfast that was decent but not ever having baked beans and only doing fried eggs every third day may seem petty but just edges this hotel away from being excellent

Breakfast was okay but could do with bit of variety and bit more fresh fruit but it was adequate. Hotel was good value for the area and only around 8 mins walk to the beach or the town

Would still go back as mostly very good

From the moment we arrived we were looked after by a Happy team. Nice size rooms with balconies Great air conditioning Big renovated bathrooms. Breakfast was plenty of choice and quality

Lovely hotel run by lovely people. We spent almost 2 weeks here and did not get tired of the fresh and yummy breakfast and dinner buffet. Easy access to nature and beaches.

I emailed ahead about my very specific food allergy and all the kitchen, restaurant and bar staff were amazing with me ,helping me every day making sure I knew what I was eating, and being patient with all my questions

it's kept impeccable in cleanliness and the food on site is amazing! The beach is perfect, the location is perfectly situated on the outside of the main *****, which is easily accessible by cheap buses, taxi or on foot! We did not want to leave

I want to say a big thank you to the chef, who on more than one occasion made me something separate, so I didn't miss out!! This was incredibly kind

The rooms are good and functional, cleaned daily and a good size. We had a bungalow for 4 of us. The air-con is extra, as is the safe. We didn’t need air-con until later in our stay and it cost us €15

The food was all really good and everything else was well priced. Nice remote quite location close to the beach but only a few minutes by taxi or bus to Tigaki which has plenty to offer

The pool area is clean and the pool itself not too cold, as they can sometimes be. A good size meant that it was never overcrowded. In addition, we never struggled to find a free sun-bed

We spent a week here in June -25, as a couple. To be honest, we had not that high expectations from the very start. We read about this hotel before coming here, and some of the reviews weren't all that good

We had a very relaxing holiday, the hotel is lovely, very clean, fresh towels and sheets everyday. The food was really good, there was a choice for everyone, vegetarian food was plentiful

Following day we talked to this lovely woman in the reception, who immidiately got us another room to look at and see if we wanted to change to? The new room was totally different, much better in any aspect, so we changed rooms

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Just be aware that the Bedroom Tax needs to be paid in cash, which we weren't aware of. All in all we had a great time & would return without hesitation

The Salt Lake walk is a must & takes around 10 minutes to get there to see the Flamingoes. We would not hesitate to go back. If you like peace and relaxing, then it's the place to go

The lamb and meat dishes were delicious. There are lots of nice walks around the hotel & the bus stops outside of the hotel. It is very handy to get into Kos City

Booked a swim up room which is a must :) they are really good rooms. Also it was our wedding anniversary and they decorated our room, such a lovely touch

Overall good, but if you want to go there book a swim up room, so quite clean and really good for the price

I read some reviews before flying out to the hotel and was not sure we had booked the right place however they were WRONG beautiful hotel and the staff are so helpful and friendly all the reception staff couldn’t do enough for you also the car hire next door

We booked very last minute for a 3 night stay. We were able to upgrade for 2 of the nights to one of the luxury swim up room, which was incredible. Clean, comfortable and everything worked as it should

There was a slight smell of drains coming from the bathroom, but with the door shut and air con on it wasn't a problem. The main hotel block room was noisier, but was still the same standard of room

Overall it was a nice, clean hotel in an excellent location it’s just the food was disappointing. I also would recommend to try the music bingo at the nightly entertainment as it was a big hit with my family!

We arrived late in the night and they had a picnic made up for us which was lovely and unexpected! Unfortunately the food wasn’t the best however they did have something different every night

Also you could tell the drinks were watered down especially the alcohol after 9pm I could taste the difference in the wine. Rooms cleaned every day and plenty of fresh towels although the maids do tend to call early

Main pool was busy during the day but there did seem to be enough sun beds although it did look abit cramped to be honest. Staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything especially the reception staff

The beach is a 5 min walk and 10 euros for 2 sun beds and umbrella. Also the lady had plenty of beach toys for the kids to choose from for the day

Snack menu was minimal and disappointing they only had baguettes and cake during the day when the restaurant was closed
