Great experience and family friendly. Everything you could need at the resort. The food was delicious and the spa was wonderful. Lots of activities to do for both adults, couples and even the children

A Wonderful Holiday Experience! We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Astir Odysseus Kos

Particularly liked the bbq’d food at lunch time! Cleanliness - unbelievably clean, everywhere, all the time Kids club and entertainment - either in the day for a break from the pool or in the evening when they put shows on and a disco for the kids

But this didn’t affect us as we were happy to wait until the evening before hitting the hard stuff! In the bar area and restaurant there is self serve wine and beer pumps as well as soft drink dispensers with fizzy and fruit juices

The accommodation at the hotel was perfect, everything was absolutely fine. The hotel has a beautiful garden, the service and food are excellent. I recommend the hotel to people who like peace and quiet and want to relax

Having booked it and looking for reviews I was a little daunted, however there was really no need to worry about. LOCATION The hotel is set a 3 minute stroll from the beach

They were cleaned every day and towels changed. There was no soap in the bathrooms. I don’t expect shower gel but a small square of soap to wash your hands after using the toilet should be standard and it wasn’t

It’s literally at the end of the drive to the hotel. It’s set in a tranquil quiet setting with nothing around it. The main high street is a nice 10 minute stroll with bars, supermarkets and souvenir shops a plenty

Overall it was a nice, clean hotel in an excellent location it’s just the food was disappointing. I also would recommend to try the music bingo at the nightly entertainment as it was a big hit with my family!

Also you could tell the drinks were watered down especially the alcohol after 9pm I could taste the difference in the wine. Rooms cleaned every day and plenty of fresh towels although the maids do tend to call early

Main pool was busy during the day but there did seem to be enough sun beds although it did look abit cramped to be honest. Staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything especially the reception staff

We arrived late in the night and they had a picnic made up for us which was lovely and unexpected! Unfortunately the food wasn’t the best however they did have something different every night

The beach is a 5 min walk and 10 euros for 2 sun beds and umbrella. Also the lady had plenty of beach toys for the kids to choose from for the day

Snack menu was minimal and disappointing they only had baguettes and cake during the day when the restaurant was closed

We have just come back from our holiday after spending two weeks at Marianna, this hotel is lovely very clean and in a great location just a short walk from bars and restaurants, bus stops and supermarkets, the food in the pool bar and cafe is very good and very reasonably priced, we had a few drinks in the cocktail bar which is also very good, we were in room 214 which has a nice large balcony from...

We had a fantastic two weeks everyone was very polite and helpful. The location was near to everything very flat for people with walking difficulty

Very good for a late check out with separate showers and changing. Room showers a bit small but powerful. WiFi intermittent on occasion. Seems to attract an interesting bunch of clients

Small TV but English language films every night (Greek subtitles) on 2 channels. Adequate cooking facilities for breakfast and snacks. But the staff are the stars, especially Stella

The pool bar restaurant was superb and the night bar was excellent the barman could not do enough always making small cocktails for you to enjoy

Very flat so lots of push bikes everywhere. You could ride right in to Koss town or catch bus just outside hotel for couple of euro

Fantastic holiday what a lovely place to stay. clean well kept complex friendly staff. Theres a lovely bar and pool snack bar that server good food. theres is a shop bike hire and bar next door

Our favourite which we went to several times both at lunch time and evening was Dana opposite the dancing fountain on the front

10 minutes stroll on Sea front there is the main area of Tigaki with plenty of resteraunts and tavernas

The food was amazing, we loved it, there was grilled meat every night, breakfast was lovely; with different types of omelettes, Greek salads, great variety and selection! Staff was lovely, especially Eve at reception, Dimi in the restaurant, Mohammed, they made us feel like home

We stayed in one of the Premium bungalow, very clean, spacious, with the beautiful pool, all inclusive

The only small thing which i have found is very common in Europe is a double bed is 2 singles together but they did move a bit and so created a gap which could be a little uncomfortable but it did not affect our sleep and the pillows were great

The pool and bar area were good - it had a large pool where you could swim comfortably and there were plenty of sunbeds but we did come in October so towards the end of season so was not as busy

We had a superior bungalow which was really spacious on the inside especially for 2 people, and had its own sunbeds on an outdoor terrace as well as a table and chairs which were really handy

We picked this hotel due to its private beachside location and proximity to Kos town, as the bus runs every 15- 25mins

There is a generous space between each house and each terrace is secluded by either trees or a screen while still maintaining a nice view of the olive grove and grass. You feel as if you have the garden all to yourself

Restaurants and supermarket indeed not within walking distance, but this is no problem at all when you have a car. You'll love the peace and quiet and beautifully maintained garden you'll get in return!

Ta Spitakia is just a 10 min drive from Kos/beaches and a 5 min drive from the nearby supermarket. Having a car is a big plus, as riding a bike everywhere is maybe too long (and way too hot)

We thought we would miss a pool, but we didn’t at all! The wind and ample shade provide plenty of coolness. It really is a nice secluded area away from all the busy tourism of Kos

The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bed is nice, there are enough pillows and you are given fresh sheets every day (and fresh towels most days as well)

The hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly, the location is far from civilization, close to the cities. The food is excellent. But no WI FI in the room.

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars

Garden areas beautiful and balconies on apartment blocks very spacious and sheltered from sun

Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception that can take you to Kos town and that costs €3

The infrastructure is a bit basic and the hotel is situated somewhat outside of the main touristic attractions (not very far away though), but the service, the sheer friendlyness of the staff makes up for a lot! The pool is a velcome refreshment in the heat (up to 38°C during our stay) and the hire bikes for 5€ per day are a nice way to get to Kos-city or nearby places

It's a family run place and you can feel it: people are pleased to please the guests

The hotel is in quite a remote location so unless you are going to hire transport, take the bus or get taxis elsewhere you are pretty restricted in terms of choice, but we were more than happy to use the pool bar for lunch snacks

The breakfast is simply stunning and there is a huge selection, both from the buffet and waiter service, so it is entirely possible that you wouldn't need to eat again until the evening after enjoying all of the delights on offer! The cocktails also deserve a mention as they are incredibly tasty and well worth a try ( I recommend the frozen coconut mojito in particular!) Service and cleanliness can...

This place takes your breath away when you walk through the lobby, out through the pool bar and you take in all of the vast pools! The outdoor space is really well designed and it never feels busy around the pools, which feature a mixture of Jacuzzi's, waterfalls and plenty of space for either proper swimming or bobbing around on inflatables

I would thoroughly recommend getting a swim up room, it was amazing! The bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed was huge and really comfortable. Food and drink was of an exceptional standard

There is a range of fabulous accommodation, most of which faces the pool, and we were thrilled to be given a swim up room which got the sun most of the day

Room and sunbed service means that you don't even have to get up and walk anywhere for your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or lunchtime snacks

Two balconies, two bathrooms and cleaned every day. There's a private beach area etc etc. We're already planning on returning this year. Not so much · You have to cross the road to get to the private beach

Breakfast is great and we had a lovely evening meal there (portions are large!) Kos has a lot of very large hotels so did finding a small hotel was a relief! We would definitely recommend it

But the road is not busy and is not an issue. The cyclists are more frequent. Just like most Greek islands, parts of the beach have pebbles. it is recommended to have rock hopper shoes

This small restaurant/taverna is a MUST for any food lover, well worth the effort to visit our highlight of two weeks in Kos. Three years running so 8/9 visits it doesn’t get better

The choice and quality of all meals was so good with sufficient variety we didn't bother eating elsewhere. Although I did have Moussaka twice. The rooms are every thing you'd want

What an amazing week my daughter and I had!! The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, the area is quiet and safe… right across from the beach where there are gorgeous sunsets and you can see across to Turkey 🇹🇷 Can also get a boat over from Kos town which is about 40minutes walk, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel or taxis

The rooms are basic but comfortable and have ample space and all the things you would need to make you stay relaxed and content, comfortable beds, fabulous shower and big balcony, the TV didn’t have many English channels but we wasn’t there to do that

Who ensured hotel was kept in tip top shape, offering a wide selection of well presented food, that tasted as good as it looked, being an extremely critical foodie, I had nothing to complain about much to the delight of my family!! Only one drama related to an excursion which was dealt with by the TUI rep

The staff go above and beyond and I truly can’t wait to return! Was very sad to leave and can’t wait to return one day!! Especially to see the refurb they’re having… Thank you all so much for a memorable and truly fantastic holiday!!

The only negative thing is the lack of vegetation throughout the hotel. With some more pine or palm trees, one will have the feeling that the hotel is in the midst of a park

The Hotel is Amazing. They clean up your room, the food is fantastic, the beds are comfortable and everything looks great. I'd really recommend going there.

Loved it! Not too big, not overcrowded. Two times Beachvolleyball per day. Great selection at breakfast and lunch. I especially loved the local coffee prep with hot sand! Best vacation so far!

Unfortunately, the location of the taverna is in the middle of the hotel instead at the beach, where the beach bar is. The smaller beach at the left wing is quiet and sanddy, although too shallow

The location of the beach bar, above the beach, is perfect but the food there is too ordinary. The view from the room is perfect. You are looking at the small passage between two islands

Fine location to spend a relaxing vacation. Fine restaurants, great food, especially the Greek taverna with delicious Greek food

For anyone worrying about their upcoming holiday because of the odd negative review and change in owners, we arrived last week it's still. oir favorite destination for both us and the children

If I hadn't read the reviews I wouldn't have even know of the change in owners. The restaurant was the same high quality as always, if anything it seemed better and had more salad options

Especially the lady in the shop who is SO kind to our boys even though they accidentally broke something 😵 If you have any requests or problems with anything the staff are very quick to respond and resolve

We were spoilt for choice with food. The Island buffet restaurant provided such a huge variety of foods to suit all tastes and it was all hot and so tasty. Dishes were replenished as soon as they got low

It's an all inclusive so of course they're going to use the same ingredients to ensure less waste, but the variety and quality is as good as it's always been, if not better

We received a fruit platter it was nice but would have liked some savoury items. You get the gazebo for 3 hours but due to the heat we didn’t stay the duration. Pools Infinity pools No sun loungers after 9am

The a la carte restaurants are beautiful with good food. It's a big hotel, yet it feels like a big home- because the workers make you feel like they konw you for a long time

This is a 5* hotel with attentive service, fabulous rooms and the food in the buffet and the Al a Carte restaurants we tried were excellent especially, the Dusk Pan Asian

A drop head shower which was great only downside to the room was the shower flooded the whole bathroom and toilet but no big deal. The pool is fab and climatized so isn’t freezing if the weathers good

It is not suitable for those with mobility issues or children. My only main issue was the lack of information and communication it was not easy to find areas

Cocktails were ok but watery, bar staff would make what you want if it’s not on the menu. We booked a candle lit meal for 300€. It was 7 courses served in the nest the food was amazing

We had the best vacation of our lives at Blue Domes!! We did the best gathering at the hotel's spa!! gymnastics from excellent athletes!!! delicious food every day!! and we saw the best smile in the world on the face of the beautiful Elizabeth in the main restaurant!! A hotel with a great atmosphere. The charming hosts (from cleaners, kitchen to reception] and their hospitality are the 'Diamonds' of this boutique hotel. Dinner is delicate, served as an order 'a la carte'

Great service and rooms but a bit far away from the city. Not too long though, the pool however was really full of chlorine which made it hard to get into. Overall, great experience.

The breakfast was so yummy 😋 the area is beautiful and quiet approx 12 minute walk from Kos Town. It gives lovely countryside vibe

Another plate contained tomato, cucumber and feta cheese Then came another course of lobster tail, scallap and red cabbage. Only problem was that I had no clue how to eat the lobster

By this time I had lost interest in the whole Greek fish meal experience, so much so that I walked out of the restaurant and went back to the main buffet restaurant where I was guaranteed to get a good meal

Very likely I will cancel my bookings for the Chinese restaurant and Asian meal restaurant, I don’t want to have the same feeling. Again , maybe a wrong choice but my heart tells me it is the right choice

The second course was a salad of what seemed like red cabbage , grated carrot , red onion and another and lettuce !!. and muscles, something I don’t like

5 percent alcohol and tasted ok but weak in alcohol. My first course was ok as a starter consisting of olives , a seeded bread stick and various dip

I may have been wrong with my action but I was definitely wrong with my expectation of my experience for the Greek fish restaurant experience

just back from a 2 week family holiday, 2 adults, 1 teenager a 14 year old boy, very relaxing & very chilled, the rooms were a decent size although the bathroom needed an upgrade, balcony a good size, beds were very comfortable & the cleaners were in everyday the kids pool was decent but a bit too much going on for us so we spent most of our time by the main pool which was excellent, no sunbed olympics...

Lacking premium whiskey and ciders, but we will survive I'm happy to see Costa and Jiani again in the bars, some new faces, like the bar manager, who is always complaining and screaming at the staff in front of the long queues every night, not good

For those who complain about the inappropriate stars of this hotel, I tell them that if you wanna feel posh, you have to dig deeper in your pocket 😉 Once again back at home

I had a deep tissue massage with Panos, it's the best massage I've ever had, I would say go for it.. the therapist is professional, he made me feel comfortable from the first moment.

Food was good it's very difficult to cater for lots of people but food was good. Highly recommend more sunbeds as people will always leave towels all day and not use them

A very cozy and lovely place. The staff is very helpful and charismatic. They love what they do and you can see that. Appartments are okay, but nothing too much. But you'll be outside for 90% of the time anyway

Cosy family run resort, the rooms are very basic but are clean and tidy. The room we stayed in had a light fitting and 2 switches hanging off the wall, it just appears that it needs some TLC
