Fabulous hosts, couldn't do enough for us, very friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

A very priceworthy hotel located in a rather quiet area of Zakynthos. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but I would recommend renting a car if staying here to be able to fully enjoy the area and the island.

The rooms are what I expected, cleaned every day. The service was excellent. And location is great: have few beaches near, a great restaurant and one shop (even if I'm not happy with this one). Very nice place for families and couples. It is closed to Porto Roma beach (less than 10 minutes on foot) and there is also a supermarket just outside the hotel and this is a good point because you have the chance to cook in your room. The last but not the least, it is quite cheap! :)

It is in an amazing location. The owners are hospitable and helpful. The view from at least the 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor that I was amazed at! There is a beautifully landscaped garden on the ground floor and a few parking spaces to the right of the building. The rooms are large, spacious and clean.

Great location and lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Not the most luxurious but don't be discouraged - it was clean and tidy and had everything you'll need for a holiday stay.

Positives: They are picturesque villas on a mountain side with traditional stone houses and beautiful pools from the pool deck. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Negatives: You definitely need a car to access. Individuals must be in good shape to climb the steep, narrow stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms of the villas. We had a private villa (ground floor only) for one night which was adjacent to neighbouring villas. It was clean and spacious in a traditional style. Personally the traditional look with beams made it feel dark. The bathroom was simplistic and a bit shabby. No window in the bathroom and just a window vent. The two rooms were spacious and clean. We have recently come back from a wonderful stay at diamond suites. We stayed in family apartment with two bedrooms and a day bed in the communal bit. We also had our own private pool which was fantastic for the kids aged 5 & 7. We also were able to go to the main bit of the hotel and swim and lounge by communal pool. The sea views are breath taking, we felt so lucky to find such a beautiful location...

We were the first guests this year. Great apartment that fully corresponded to the photos. Swimming pool was lovely. Sunbeds and other seating areas. Beautiful view! Many beaches nearby. Porto Kaminio only 7 minutes by car. Sunbeds available for 1 drink (very affordable). Very quiet neighborhood (luckily). Very friendly caretaker (Christy). This was our third stay at the Belvedere and another great holiday.This time we went with my brother and sister-in-law and they loved the hotel as well. They have made a few changes since last year and the dining room with new tables and chairs is a positive also they have now made a new sun terrace. A few negatives was that the villa rosa was closed,i missed this as we always liked a late night drink...

Our stay at this hotel was not what we expected, there were several issues that impacted our experience. On arrival at the hotel, the initial room we had been allocated had been crossed out on our paperwork. We were told it was a typo and shown to an alternative room, room 203 which turned out to be dark and dingy - think hostel or faulty towers. In room 203 - the air conditioning was broke, wires...

After reading the reviews of previous years, I was expecting an average stay. But I think there must have been a shift in management and a complete rebrand.
