Nice variation of foods, great outdoor spaces with shade, if you don't want to be roasted during the warmest days, and a fun water park (which costs extra). However, in one of our rooms the AC leaked and flooded the bathroom. After two days it was fixed. In the other room the AC leaked from the roof, but it didn't affect our stay. The rooms were clean, but lacked safes, to store our valuables, and there were broken parts here and there in the showers and beds. On top of it all, even though we paid ahead of the trip, they squizzed out a bit extra in city tax and service fee when we checked out. I guess that was to be expected, but still a bad ending to the whole experience. I don't care about the money, but just be upfront about the actual cost of the stay and I'll happily recommend a place. Oh yeah, one of the staff, the man exchanging the towels at the indoor pool was extra friendly. He always greeted us with a big smile and a "Good morning". Give him a raise, keep him around and employ more with that personality!

I used to come here with my parents, we came back every year and I loved it here! After not being there for 5 years, I came back for the first time this year with my boyfriend! The rooms are modern, only a small bathroom, but I don't mind that as you only go there to wash and go to the toilet. We had a leak in the sink and it was repaired the day we went to tell you! Too bad that the parking has also become chargeable as it is not underground or covered, but there is a guard who is always super friendly and always says hello with a big smile and makes us cheerful! Too bad you can't eat anything downstairs after 5 p.m. The restaurant is open until 9:30 PM and after that you can't eat anything, which is a shame for an all-in hotel! Maybe some chips or salami or a dessert or even a piece of fruit downstairs? When you walk in the park you see nothing but children peeing everywhere! Yesterday a child shouted 'I'm going to do pee', he just stood in the public shower in the garden and peed in the shower, the mother had also heard this and did nothing about it! Also that day a child was peeing in front of the entrance to the outdoor swimming pool! Furthermore, there are many parents who let their child urinate anywhere and guide them in this, recently a mother had her child do poop at the entrance to the lake! This is all disgusting and I think it is a shame that this is not more strictly controlled because when you walk barefoot you don't know whether you are walking in lake water or urine, really very dirty and a shame that some people can be so disrespectful while there are toilets in the park! Too bad the swimming pool closes at 6pm, especially in a hotel! Too bad that the play equipment downstairs also has a fee and is not cheap! Too bad that everything that can be fun for older people to do has to pay a fee! This hotel is very child-friendly, but for older people there is not much to do unless you have to pay! Entertainment for older people is also certainly possible, such as water games in the lake or morning exercises,... this used to be the case and is no longer the case! There is also very little to do in the evening! In the evening you can enjoy an aperitif that is free of charge! Upstairs you can drink a cocktail for a fee, which I understand is a fee, but it's a shame that you pay almost 1 euro for service costs! Furthermore, it is wonderful that you have such a large lake and a large garden with lots of shade and certainly enough sun loungers! The garden is watered every day! Tables are cleaned every time! Cutlery left on the table that is unused is usually taken away! The elevators are cleaned often, as are the floors and terraces! It's a pity that the restaurant is always very busy and that many people pick up the food with their hands and then put it back, can attention be paid to this? Hygiene is excellent everywhere and there is a lot of cleaning! It's a pity that almost everything has to pay! The lifeguards do their job very well and keep a close eye on everything

We have already been to the hotel several times in 2018/2019, when the hotel was a very nice place to come on holiday, now we have returned again in 2024 and you would think that the hotel would improve, but this is not it. In the case of eating, for example, they could also open the top part so that there is less crowds and there is a small place, now you have to be there promptly at 7:00 am / 12:00 pm / 6:00 pm if you want to eat at your leisure. If you arrive half an hour later, you have to look for a place to sit before your food is already cold. Then over the large beautiful garden that is located on the beautiful lake, you cannot step from your lounge chair to the lake in your bare feet because if you step into a wet part you do not know whether you are walking and peeing or just water from the lake. is for all parents with children! or you take a potty with you or you buy one, but you don't just let your little ones pee in the grass where everyone still has to go, this is terribly dirty. Me and my girlfriend came from the lake and we always rinse ourselves in the shower where the The shipowners are seated, we have rinsed ourselves, we look back and there is a child urinating in it, this is very dirty and horrible, it is a pity that things have deteriorated so much in 2018/2019, the hotel was top and it was a very nice holiday then, I hope it is right that there something is being done about peeing in the garden and then a few tips the French toast should come back tomorrow now it's always the same and then downstairs don't put anything on the pancakes let people choose what they want on it now there are those nasty jam and not everyone likes that.

The hotel is old, with uncomfortably small rooms. The restaurant is overcrowded at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. All inclusive service is a good idea, but with low quality food, you have to pay for normal quality. The staff are hardworking, the hotel is clean for the crowd, this definitely deserves praise. Reasonable value for money, but overall I can't really recommend it.
