Great rooms, great pools, great food, great service!!!!! Cannot give enough praise! We loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer. We visited in March. Reachable by bus or taxis for those without a car.

Very relaxing break at this establishment. The rooms (not sure about the glass doors to the toilet facilities though!!) were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools. It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue....

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The food was delicious. The wellness is big and clean. The kids really liked the pools. There were children's programs almost all day. Nice and calm environment.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that the treadmill didn't function in the gym. The spa with the outdoor pools is exceptional, the view of the salt hill is breathtaking. Staff could smile more, but they are polite and helpful. Great place for relaxing and for going on excursions in the nearby mountains.

I was expecting a lot fro this hotel. Maybe that was the problem. Everything was good but i was just missing something. The staff was excelent ...very polite, welcoming. Rooms ware big comfortable. I juat did not found how to operate the fan on the toilet ...juat could not find the button. Spa ....well i must say i m a sauna guy so the pools i do not rate. Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

Nice design of the hotel, a bit too dark and depressive. The whole are including the cave spa is depressive and undermaintained. Food was really good

I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good. The internal spa area is cozy, with all what is necessary to have a relaxing afternoon; in our case the last afternoon was ruined by a group of ladies who were partying in the spa, without being recalled...

The restaurant is excellent. Not a gourmet place, but flawless - it would be a 5 on its own. The enteriour of the hotel is very nice and it has a definite peculiarity - the place is extraordinary from this aspect. The cleaning however has some room for improvement - not bad at all, just not perfect. And the wine selection. There is a big local wine producer providing questionable quality wine and leaving...

Nice hotel, good service. The only negative I may mention that the hotel itself is a little garish with many artificial lamps, decorations, curtains and statues. I found this too artificial. I prefer natural materials, ornaments and simplicity in the outfit.

Great location with excellent food!

Great hotel with pretty nice service. The wellness section is OK and the wine cellars next to the hotel are amazing. The only bad thing is the basement rooms view looks more to the parking lot then the cellars

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent and set in an idyllic location just around the corner from the famous wine caves/cellars serving "Eger Bull's Blood". The hotel restaurant is just across the road from the hotel and serves excellent food (and wine) and as a hotel guest you get a discount for dining between 7pm and 10pm. We would recommend to stay here.

Attended a conference at this hotel and was pleasantly pleased with the hotel. Large hotel with good facilities. Restaurant food was very good with good selection. My only concern was with my bedroom which was a single room but very small. The bathroom was even smaller and you could hardly use the shower due to its size and I am not the largest person. Not one TV channel was in English so had to use...

The rooms are a bit dated in design. We had a room with large windows facing the street and sidewalk, and we're not sure the curtains there did much to help with our privacy. The appliances don't always work properly. Breakfast is decent with a good selection, but rather repetitive from day to day. The service is welcoming. The spa area is very nice, with several saunas. It's worth checking bar prices...

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and lunch had great variety but the quality was 3/5, except the coffee bar when it was open at lunch which was 5/5. The dinner in the cellar was 4/5 - very beautiful with large portions but the taste/quality was lacking.

Nice, friendly and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Everything is clean and the rooms are large enough for you to stay there, not just sleep and go out. You need to pay for the parking a fair price, but then is watched through CCTV and more secure. The staff is really kind and helpful with all your needs and requests.

A friendly, family owned hotel within 7 min walking distance to the centre of Eger. WiFi throughout the hotel, spa, and… a Beatles museum! What is not to like? Under the hotel you find cosy win cellars where wine tasting is arranged. I recommend you exploring local red and white wine, not least the famous Egri bikavér!

Very nice and cozy hotel only a few minutes walk from beautiful Eger in a quite part far from any traffic noise. Rooms are nice, clean and comfy. Had a nice massage and swim in their wellness section. Big breakfast and had dinner a couple of times really good meals. The staff is really helpful.

If you looking for a homie well welcomed place this is the one! We have stayed 2 nights, Hajni and Gabi are very kind and amazing hosts olso helped to choose the places what must see in Eger . We hade amazing time! Thank you we will be back!

The room is very well and modernly equipped, and guests also have access to a cozy garden with a perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon cup of coffee. The delicious and varied breakfasts deserve special praise. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and family-like. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful and well-kept area, Interesting solutions on the beach, a large number of pools with water at different temperatures. Delicious dinner, a very large selection of tasty dishes, friendly waiter service and gentlemen at the reception.

For a start, the hotel was built more than 100 years ago, more precisely in the 1920s. The hotel has a wellness spa center with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, bungalows by the outdoor pool ... On the ground floor of the main building is a winery with a large selection of its own wines. On the second floor there is a large and perfectly decorated restaurant. And food ... food is what will delight...

Our wedding took place here, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Beautiful area, amazing food and very kind employees! The wellness services are wonderful too!

We had a pleasant stay here. Staff was really friendly and service minded. They prepared the sauna and jacuzzi for use and we received muffins upon check-out. Rooms are a bit dated, but facilities are nevertheless still fine. Would come back when around.

Great customer experience. People working in the reception are amazing - very friendly, helpfull and just...warm:) They made our stay in Eger much better. Such highly rated **** Hotels (e.g. Aura, Castellum, MenDan) offer far more, primarily in terms of food selection. Half-board for breakfast and dinner is poor, although the food is delicious. Authentic, friendly, and cozy hotel with a decent wellness area with great services. Could use some refurbishment but nothing aweful. Food is alright but not especially good. Loved the hookah, the wine selection is superb with a lot of local items, and the staff is very friendly. With the recent developments in the area I'm not sure I'd return next time but there is no reason not to visit.

No space in the social areas (bar, lodge, spa, etc) to stretch your leg or sit comfy without bothering others. Never been to such a hotel. Prices for a drink to your dinner are extremely expensive.?

Extremely kind and helpful hosts, the guest house is well equipped and clean. Calm environment, clean air, far from the capital. Bathing, baking and cooking facilities, with a huge garden, suitable for both small and large families. A beautiful house with plenty of room for a family to stay in. The beds were comfy, the garden scenic and the addition of a jacuzzi was most welcome. The owner/staff is friendly and will answer any of your questions. Definitely recommend a stay here

Very friendly owners and very nice place. I recommend it to anyone who wants a feel of the insides of a traditional Hungarian house. We were a group of 6 and we had a great time. I forgot to mention it has a very nice Jacuzzi outside, constantly set at 40 degrees Celsius. We used It when outside there were 3 degrees.
