I was expecting a lot fro this hotel. Maybe that was the problem. Everything was good but i was just missing something. The staff was excelent ...very polite, welcoming. Rooms ware big comfortable. there are pools for senior but no one from the hotel stuff cares about it, and they are full of children whos makes a lot of noise. Very enoying

The thermal park is amazing, but I've got feet fungus after a day visit :(. It is difficult to use slippers inside because of the park's architecture - you enter the pool inside, but exit outside and then you have to cross an area to enter another pool. A couple of times, I walked barefoot (on tiptoe). Now I have to cure fungus on my skin on the area where my feet touched the floor. Don't be lazy,...

We only used their spa facility. Many pools, nicely maintained. Separate cold-warm water pools to improve your circulation! Such a shame that the salt-hill next to the hotel is severely neglected, looks dirty and pretty awful now.

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good. The internal spa area is cozy, with all what is necessary to have a relaxing afternoon; in our case the last afternoon was ruined by a group of ladies who were partying in the spa, without being recalled...

The restaurant is excellent. Not a gourmet place, but flawless - it would be a 5 on its own. The enteriour of the hotel is very nice and it has a definite peculiarity - the place is extraordinary from this aspect. Nice hotel, good service. The only negative I may mention that the hotel itself is a little garish with many artificial lamps, decorations, curtains and statues. I found this too artificial. I prefer natural materials, ornaments and simplicity in the outfit.

Nice hotel close to the nature. The hotel and the wellness were both clean and demanding. The staff was nice and helpful. We also tried the massage, it was pretty relaxing.

Nice hotel, rooms are lovely and clean. The only downside is that the staff just don't feel so friendly. We didn't get any help with exploring the local area and they didn't feel very approachable. We had two spa treatments. One was great the other was just okay. We would stay here again for sure it's just not a place that will 'amaze' you.

I spent 3 days with my girlfriend at villa Volgy. It is placed 2 km from eger city centre. It is composed by three villas, a spa and a restaurant. There are different kind of rooms in the villas, in the spa you will have access to a hot water pool, a huge cold water pool where you can swim and during the summer to a nice outside pool with a bar placed into it. We had a lovely time in this hotel. Everything is easily accessible. Because its located in the center of the town. Very comfortable, clean with super friendly staff. Highly recommended. Has a private parking possibility what we preferred. We were very happy with everything

An acceptable hotel and overall a good experience. The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff. In these Covid times, there was almost no effort made to encourage distancing or sanitising, particularly in the buffet restaurant. We had a sizeable room with good bathroom facilities. The wellness area was quite well-equipped.

Room: 3 Room is nice, but the tech is old, TV channels only Hungarians (and from those only the rubbish ones. Air conditioning is there, but not cooling a bit, and only "the boss" can regulate it. Comfortable beds, cleanliness everywhere. Both breakfast and dinner are plentiful and delicious. You can really switch off in the wellness area. The masseuse is professional.

This is our first day here. We have a pleasant appearance, the administrator is very kind and polite.

Rarely nice people work here. With great hospitality. We ate very well, everything was clean and smelled good. Next time we go to Eger we will try at least one dinner. Thank you very much :))

We were a group and we stayed here for 1 night, things to note: -The staff is very helpful and nice and always smiling - The place is so relaxing and extremely clean. -Their breakfast is basic but very bice at the same time. -I recommend using the SPA the jacuzzi was good with a view over the garden. - It has free WiFi -Sparko, one of the cuttest dogs live in there 🐕❤️

Beautiful and well-kept area, Interesting solutions on the beach, a large number of pools with water at different temperatures. Delicious dinner, a very large selection of tasty dishes, friendly waiter service and gentlemen at the reception.

For a start, the hotel was built more than 100 years ago, more precisely in the 1920s. The hotel has a wellness spa center with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, bungalows by the outdoor pool ... On the ground floor of the main building is a winery with a large selection of its own wines. On the second floor there is a large and perfectly decorated restaurant. And food ... food is what will delight...

Excellent spa close to the city of Eger. Friendly customer service, clean and welcoming rooms. No kettle in the rooms and a few annoying shortcomings in comfort such as no drier for wet clothing or a terrible wifi signal in some rooms but you are well compensated with the rooms open directly to the pool and sauna and most bungalows has a little porch with seats with south facing, stunning view.

Authentic, friendly, and cozy hotel with a decent wellness area with great services. Could use some refurbishment but nothing aweful. Food is alright but not especially good. Loved the hookah, the wine selection is superb with a lot of local items, and the staff is very friendly. With the recent developments in the area I'm not sure I'd return next time but there is no reason not to visit.

No space in the social areas (bar, lodge, spa, etc) to stretch your leg or sit comfy without bothering others. Never been to such a hotel. Prices for a drink to your dinner are extremely expensive.?
