When i travel to Budapest my default place to stay is the Hilton Budapest City hotel. It is conveniently located, being a 20 minute walk to the Danube River with another 10 minute walk to Buda Castle. The rooms are always clean and are large and comfortable. Breakfast is great and the dinner selections are tasty. It is also located next to a mall.

A fantastic hotel, great location if you don't mind walk for approx 3-3.50 km to get to the turist spots and restaurants. It is a very quite hotel with its own thermal bath situated in the ground floor. The breakfast was excellent. Can recommend this hotel.

Great and relaxing stay, very close to the centre yet in the green and calm Margaret Islabd with nice walks around the Danube. The hotel is a bit out from city centre but very peaceful location in a large park surrounded by river Danube. the 26 bus goes by hotel every 15/20minutes right to city centre. Bus fare is very cheap less than £1 per journey download bus app and buy tickets jus scan your phone on bus on every journey

The hotel rooms are really small, for 4 nights with a baby it was very dificult to survive, specially keeping a stroller in our room as well. I have been only in the lobby and the bar. Friendly and polite international staff, clean and cosy place. If you need they have a private parking lot for a fair price (approximately 1 euro/hour).

It is an ok hotel to spend one night, but not more. It is far from the city center and you need a car to get there (or use the public transportation). It is definitely not a 4 star hotel and everything is a bit outdated. The rating of 8 from Booking is a fair one..

It was a pleasant stay for us as a couple. Nice staff, great wellness, great food and drinks. The rooms could do with a bit of renovation as some of the facilities did not look or work well. Takes some time to get to the city center, public transport does the work.

This review is way overdue. We stayed here for two nights during the 120th Anniversary celebration of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was great. Ok hotel, but staff not at all accomodating when I needed a secluded place for a meeting after checkout. Claimed all rooms and conference rooms were booked. Could see for myself that at least two conference rooms were locked with no participants and it was still possible to make reservations for a regular room on the web site ☹️

Very beautiful, clean hotel, perfect location, 5 minutes near the metro. The parking is quite expensive (25 euro/day), but it is a normal price due to the central location of the hotel. We parked the car near the airport in a P+R parking (very cheap) and travelled with the metro to the hotel. I will choose this hotel everytime I will come back in Budapest 👏

Warning -, this hotel does not provide double beds. They push 2 singles together and provided 2 single duvets! You can feel the ridge in the middle. Not a 4 star provision. I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well. The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. I loved it so much. Only recommendation is that the hot tub could be a bit more hot!

Stayed here for one night, and was pleased to receive very generous elite recognition as Titanium. Staff were omnipresent, attentive, and cordial. The room was spacious and pristine (my only complaint - the carpeting is a touch dated, even if in fair condition). Breakfast was excellent (try the shakshuka).
