Old hotel, lots of dirt, terrible restaurant
The rooms are, as expected, worn out. However, everything else is much worse. At the beginning of September, not a single outdoor facility or bar is open. The whole environment is very dirty and unmaintained.
The hotel restaurant is the worst thing. The food is traditional Hungarian strong, spicy and fatty. And that would be tolerable if there were any. About half an hour after the start of dinner, every evening everything was empty and there was no food.
Also, children can forget about dinner. For them, every night is some kind of nuggets and that's it. Children can't even try everything else because it's very spicy.

The Aquaworld was closed to guests on Saturday. Why did I pay full price for my stay (2 nights from Friday to Sunday) and only get half? I´m deeply disappointed.
No replacement actions, no friendliness towards guests who paid for the whole package and only got half, that's outrageous.
Rude service at the dinner on Saturday! I took one bottle of Coca-Cola from the fridge at the dinner room, and I was disrespectfully warned by the staff that it is not for the guests, only for the Coca-cola company. How could I know that? There wasn´t any info, nothing, just a rude old waiter.
Another problem was the air conditioning, which we could not turn off, it works 24 hours with terrible noise.
And the last thing I have to say is that the food is poor, the quality is lagging, dry pasta, unseasoned dishes. Absolute dissatisfaction.

The place was made for kids, or those who still feel like once.
Planty of water slides, indoor pools and jacuzzi.
Outdoor warmed pools, playgrounds, food courts and more.
The kids wanted to stay more.
Easy to arrive from the center of Budapest by public transportation.

I'm rating the hotel only.
Nice rooms, large breakfast buffet. A/C in the rooms could be more powerful in summer months. No satisfactory solution for charging electric cars (standard electric plug to be used, providing only about 1.6 kW).

The facilities where very good.
The dinner was not good and not worth the price. The bath was not very clean and the air
condition was very noisy and not very cold.
The cashier in the pool Restaurant fast food were not nice and they talked about us in Hungarian.
The guy in checkout reception was very nice. And asked how do we feel.

Pure happiness! This place has got everything you need! We loved the kids club which is open everyday 9am-9pm. So much fun! The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back!

The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel.
It looks like they don't like strangers, and even when I complained to the hotel management (both through reception and through a direct email) about the bartender who just wouldn't talk to me in English, he didn't even respond.

We just had a very unpleasant experience. The staff was mean and horrible. But it’s not the main problem. They accepted our money and let my 130cm daughter to enter. However, upon entering she wasn’t allowed on any of the slides!!! We were told she has to be 131cm, which would be fine if we were given this information at the reception and not in front of the slide!!!! We had a very upset child. Felt like we were scammed. Simple measuring tape at the entrance would solve all the issues. We wouldn’t even bother going inside if we knew she can’t go on the slides. We won’t be returning.

We really enjoyed our day there. The location is a little outside of Budapest city center but you can come by bus easily. We came on a weekday and it was quite a lot of people (mostly families) there. Still it was enough space inside the pools and you didn't need to queue for a long time to use the slides. We can recommend the Kamicaze, it's awesome! Also the family slide and the kids area were really nice. The service is good and the staff really help some and friendly.

It was an excellent and pleasant vacation! The water park is stunning and pleasant with a lot of interest. The food is wonderful and delicious. We stayed in the apartments, and they were clean and large with everything you need for a pleasant and good stay. The service was courteous and pleasant.
