I have rarely been so impressed by a resort hotel. Seemingly every detail was considered and well- designed, seemingly sparing no cost. The food, the service, the facilities were all beyond excellent. Lots of activities for families, and special areas just for adults. The spa was one of the top ones I’ve visited in Hungary. Beautifully designed and executed, down to the lighting, materials, and variety. (Perhaps the gőzfürdő could have been hotter, and a dedicated plunge pool, but this is just nitpicking on my part based on personal preferences that not everyone shares).
Honestly I can’t recommend this place enough, especially as a respite from busy city life. It was a constant delight.

I have been to this hotel twice with the love of my life. This hotel has a really special place in my heart, because my husband proposed to me here. The staff was really helpful with the organisation of the event and we even got a nice decor for free. This hotel is not only individual, because of its main theme, but also for the wide variety of extra services it offers for the smallerst ones and for the adults. This is the only hotel in Hungary, as I have experienced so far, that is absolutely suitable for all generations.
There are also fun programmes for the hotel guest every day, so your stay will be truly colorful.

Spent a weekend here in the African Premium room a few months ago. Everything was really good; the atmosphere, the staff, the rooms, the food, the wellness. It was really nice and relaxing to spend a few days here. Altho if I may say, we liked Shiraz a bit more ;)

We had a great stay at Hotel Bambara. The spa part, while the pools are not big enough for swimming, is varied with plenty of continuously working bubbling elements, and great saunas. The activities for kids are plenty and well organized. The food is great and varied, with even 3 different soups per evening, which is a big plus in my book. The game food is usually exceptional too!
On the slightly negative side, the room cleaning could be more thorough, there are items in disrepair (toilet flushing partly not working/flooding on every second use, brush holder torn down, etc). Also for the kids experience some monkeys to be found were clearly missing from their place, some audio elements in the playground houses were blocked by tree branches thus not working, etc.
More attention should be given to the second "shift" of catering, eg. several times the hot milk was empty and stayed so.
Overall, these are not enough to knock off a star from the overall 5* experience, but here's hoping more care and small repairs/maintenance could be made in the future (as for us these do influence our willingness to return to a place.)

The best Hotel in Hungary from our point of view.
So nice location and so nice building design.
Extremely well trained staff and very friendly and polite, helpful. Kids and family friendly from all points of view.
Clean and fancy. Rooms are big and very well equipped. Sound proof is very good.
Food is amazing, very well cooked and so tasty. So many choices.
The evening kids disco is such a good idea.
The only thing "we" didn't like was the mattress of the bed, for us was too strong.
I could write so much more, but for what. Do not wait, book your room and enjoy this awesome place.

A sweet little meercat family lives in the inner court, they can be watched all day. Nice wellness hotel, clean, with lots of pools and some alternative programs (but mainly for kids). Although, my room was a bit noisy, the toilet is very small, and it's overall twice as pricey as others in this part of the country for this level of service. If you want to use the pools on the day of your checking out, you also have to pay extra...

The best hotel ever. The stuffs were amazing kind and helpful. We enjoyed the wellness and spa so much. Outdoor and indoor pools looked amazing, and the different kind of saunas either. The foods were very delicious. I have a glutenallergie, but it wasnt problem at all. By the dinner I could eat 80% of the foods, and by the breakfast they served glutenfree roll also :) If u r there, u should try the cocktails also. they were very good and stylish

Very nice Spa with lots of indoor and outdoor pools, different types of saunas, playrooms for kids, cinema room and a huge park. Absolutely family and kid friendly, so most probably there will be a lot of kids around. The food is great. Some minor points on which the host could make improvements is like closing the kids playroom earlier than 21:00 as the noise is very disturbing for the nearby room's occupants or a bit of more attention from the waiters (I waited 30 minutes for a bottled beer and once they brought water instead of the ordered beverage).
