Honestly, it was a huge disappointment...
There is no reception at night...
They couldn't let me out with the car in the evening...due to some problem.
Sometimes the heating went out...
The pictures above on their site don't show the whole reality...
It was cold downstairs, there was no atmosphere at all, not even at Christmas.
I don't recommend it to families with children because it's not child-friendly at all.
The SPA part: cold pools...I had to say something about that...they should heat up the water.
You could feel it in everything, and they're saving money on everything.
They ask for the price, of course, despite everything.

If I could give a minus point, I would give ... A terribly depressing, dirty, unpretentious place. You can't even see the window so sparse, I didn't dare touch anything. The bed is a stomach-turner, the mattresses are yellow, the sheets are crumbly, after two turns you can find yourself on the distasteful mattress. The stench is everywhere (including the dining room). In a word, the food is a joke, a lousy selection, the whole thing is careless. I didn't even dare go to the spa, I thought, if there are such radishes everywhere then how hygienic the water can be ... 99 percent of the guests were cracking retirees, the old smell was spreading everywhere. It was a punishment for the whole family ... Some of the staff were normal, but it was a little interesting that while I was having dinner, the waitress was walking between the tables whistling loudly. In a word, once again they would pay me not to go to this putri more!

Not happy! At the reception only one lady could speak other languages except Hungarian, although in the presentation was written: English, German, Polish... The room was dirty, bathroom acceptable (for the price). Breakfast was the same for 7 mornings, limited variety. Dinner was also not very satisfactory due to limited options. Although they receive guests from various countries, the food name or content was only available in Hungarian. I pitty the ones which have a (for example) pork free diet.
During the colder days (meaning except summer) the pool is closed, leaving only the whirlpool and the thermal pools available. Oh, there is a sauna, a steam bath and some treatment but I can not say too much about the treatments.
I do not recommend it!
