This is a well-run and beautiful hotel and spa. The grounds are beautifully cared for. It is an easy and pleasant walk along a creek to get to town. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous

Most speak German (and Hungarian, of course), but they also have plenty English speaking staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great, always a changing variety of foods

We had a great 3 night stay in Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel. Room was very comfy and the personal was very frindly, professional and helpfull. We had ALL-IN and all the meals for the whole day were excelent and very tasty

But the great advantage is "prosecco hours", it was really a nice touch and made the vacation better. But I am not sure, if the prossecco is not just for the reconstruction and will be still there after that

Wide selection of main dishers, vegetable salads, various snacks and cakes. Almost whole day are available soft drinks, vine and beard for ALL-IN type of stay

As always, we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We were first greeted by a kind and smiling receptionist, who will also use a few words in your language to lighten the atmosphere

Wellness pools and wellness stuff was also wery friendly and professional. Thermal pool were nicely warm. Every evening there was a life music in the hotel lobby

Supper clean, we loved it! Breakfast and Dinner are included in stay and the spread is very nice for kids and adults. Good real food not just your average Mac and cheese for sure!

Hotel where you have all in one place. There are children gardens (outside and inside), aqualand, wellness. Very good and rich meals. Own coffee bar. Our daughter didnt want to go home 🙂

A heaven for parents: good buffet food, lost of activities for kids, spa for adults, lake Heviz nearby. I would only suggest to service and expand the bikes for rent

This place is a very good place to stay especially with kids. It just expanded their services with a new fun park. It is about 2 hrs drive from Budapest

Great hotel for families. A lot of outside playgrounds for different aged kids. Indoor playgrounds, family pools - again for different aged kids family wellness and daycare included.

The spa is also very good with all the saunas, the only small complaint is the smaller pool in the spa center and that the hotel guests are not provided with parking (there is parking for an extra charge), but not everything can be perfect

The hotel itself is very close to the thermal lake and the shops etc. The rooms are avarage, absolutely fine for a couple days. The wellness floor is lovely, the gray tiles gives a really calm and chill vibe

The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The restaurant prepares excellent meals for breakfast you can choose hot or cold dishes, if something runs out it is replenished

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer

We flew across the ocean, arrived 2 hours earlier, but they gave us the keys right away, as if they were waiting for us. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need to spend 10 days comfortably

The restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner is simply amazing in its variety. and everything is amazingly delicious. The service in the restaurant is also extremely professional

The hotel was built in the communist era, but it is well-maintained and clean. Our rooms had flat screen TVs. The best thing about the place is its location: very close to Hévíz Lake

Nice wellness hotel: Great food (buffet, international and Hungarian food). Our room was clean (but book a renovated Deluxe room!), wifi works well. There are several pool areas, all of them nice

She even found dark long hair two times in different dishes, and the waiter only said "no good" to our complaints

Having 3 sauna types, tepidarium, cold pool. There is also a sauna space with swimmsuits. Salt sauna is available upon order at medical reception. Don't forget to take your room card needed to enter the swim/sauna area

There is relaxing music played around the hotel area. Except using welness and spa, there are organized different activities such as pool fitness and music evenings. The guitar performance was really really amazing

I would like to mention that as far as I know, only this, the hotel provides passes to the lake for the entire duration of stay including stay at the lake all day, when the lake is open to the public, you can go to the area of the lake and exit times as you want, as well as usage of sauna, Jacuzzi, etc

The hotel is very close to the entrance to lake hévíz, just 2-3 mins slow walk. Ideal for those who want to relax and get treatment. Quiet, cozy place, surrounded by centuries-old plane trees

I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced

Rooms were clean, housekeeping ladies were nice, if you need something, you will get it. For pools they provide bathrobes (even kids bathrobes), you need your clothes only for restaurant and city tours

There was a quality fulfillment of medical procedures; an amiable attitude of the medical staff helps healing and impoves mood. On the other side there was a negative point: language obstacle

Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

The location of the hotel is that it is in a quiet place, but still close to the center, the bus station, and the spa can be reached with a 10-15 minute walk. I recommend this accommodation to everyone

I would especially like to highlight one of the young people working there, who offered surprisingly direct, friendly, suitable places, we are used to this kind of kindness :)

I spent 3 wonderful days in Hévíz at the Sante Hotel. A small castle with a beautiful view. Fortunately, they were able to fulfill my wish at the beginning of January

The hotel is spotlessly clean, adjustable heating in the room, delicious, plentiful breakfast and very kind owners who do their work with all their heart in this gem

Hotel situated in driving distance of Lake Balaton. We have used it for one night sleep while traveling there. Booked via Internet 10 minutes before arrival (past 22:00), room was ready as we arrived

Equipment was visibly older, hovewer everything was very clean, this is also valid for shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet
