Having 3 sauna types, tepidarium, cold pool. There is also a sauna space with swimmsuits. Salt sauna is available upon order at medical reception. Don't forget to take your room card needed to enter the swim/sauna area

Really nice resort, all rooms have balconies. Very quiet (surrounded by forest). Plenty of spa treatments, massages, saunas, medical treatments and very reasonable pricing

A great hotel, I can highly recommend! Has also a spa with sauna, so you don't even need to travel from your room.

Live entertainment nightly (quality of the entertainment varies). During the day they also offer a-la-carte menu. Short walk through the woods brings you to the thermal lake and the small town of Heviz

This is a well-run and beautiful hotel and spa. The grounds are beautifully cared for. It is an easy and pleasant walk along a creek to get to town. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous

Nice pool and thermal pool (thermal water from the lake in Heviz). Small fitness center (which is barely utilized, what a shame). All staff is great, extremely friendly and helpful

Most speak German (and Hungarian, of course), but they also have plenty English speaking staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great, always a changing variety of foods

We were satisfied with the schedule of water pools, saunas and medical procedures. We would like to express an especial gratitude to Margit, Tamas, Andrea and to the mud pack staff

Even in front of the entrance, where there is supposed to be a place for smokers, there is no shelter in the rain and no place to sit down. Indoor saunas are not the best and entry is only in bathing suits

Had a very great time with my wife in this amazing facility. The breakfast, dinner is delicious with options. The staff are nice and helpful and I recommend you visit for your spa, wellness and relaxation.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping ladies were nice, if you need something, you will get it. For pools they provide bathrobes (even kids bathrobes), you need your clothes only for restaurant and city tours

Hotel looks older, but our stay was really nice. All employees were absolutelly fantastic, food was really good (we had full board). Hotel is on the hill, not far away from bus station

This is exceptionally well organized and managed family and kid friendly hotel. There is every activity available and every need taken care of. It's like you have your home next to all the facilities kids love

Supper clean, we loved it! Breakfast and Dinner are included in stay and the spread is very nice for kids and adults. Good real food not just your average Mac and cheese for sure!

Great hotel for families. A lot of outside playgrounds for different aged kids. Indoor playgrounds, family pools - again for different aged kids family wellness and daycare included.

Hotel where you have all in one place. There are children gardens (outside and inside), aqualand, wellness. Very good and rich meals. Own coffee bar. Our daughter didnt want to go home 🙂

Grass and trees and flowers everywhere, it smelled amazing when I was there. Children's paradise: various playgrounds and pools ensure the fun time for the small ones.

Nice place for family journey. Clean and quiet. The breakfast and dinner are great, especially we had ice cream on Saturday evening, which made my daughter excited. The swimming pool is also clean and good.

What was great: - Breakfest, Dinner, all you can eat and many types of meal. - Welness and swimpool were great. What could be better: - In our room was AC not working. - Head of the shower was caught by mold

We flew across the ocean, arrived 2 hours earlier, but they gave us the keys right away, as if they were waiting for us. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need to spend 10 days comfortably

The restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner is simply amazing in its variety. and everything is amazingly delicious. The service in the restaurant is also extremely professional

Reception was unfriendly, but the rest of the staff were nice. Rooms are starting to get old, but they're comfortable. Wellness was amazing. Food was fair for the price.

Zsolt Vörös who was always nice and helpfull with us during our meals! If you are there and you would like to try a tilical hungarian retro disco I suggest you to go to the Luis club where you must dance all night long

Nice room, sunsine, The church is beautifully lit up in the evening. The morning is quiet, with birds singing. delicious breakfast and dinner, many dishes. plus point is very close to mineral water lake

We had an amazing night in Hévíz with my co-workers. The food was so yummy there were different choices of appetizer, main dishes and desserts. The beds in our room were socomfy the room was well equipted

A good hotel, the price corresponds to the quality, it is convenient to walk to the lake, if the weather is bad, then you can get into the thermal pools right in the bathrobe

underground parking across the street, however big cars are a bit difficult to get through because the steep uphill place is a bit narrow. You shoud stay here for a week

The hotel itself is very close to the thermal lake and the shops etc. The rooms are avarage, absolutely fine for a couple days. The wellness floor is lovely, the gray tiles gives a really calm and chill vibe

The spa is also very good with all the saunas, the only small complaint is the smaller pool in the spa center and that the hotel guests are not provided with parking (there is parking for an extra charge), but not everything can be perfect

Very nice little hotel with great food. What has to be said is that whole place is non smoking, even the room's balcony. Also the saunas are not naturist space. You have to wear a swimming suits at saunas.

Saunas, steam room and jakuzzi are great. The breakfast and dinner was just perfect, changes daily and always something special. The staff was kind and helpful, would absolutelly recommend

We initially booked 2 nights at the hotel but we extended our stay there as we liked the nice modern decor style, lighting, spacious room with balcony, hotel with 3 saunas, pool, free breakfast, so we decided to stay 2 more nights

Attention, the saunas are only open until 19:30. Parking is available for $9 per day

The temperature at the resting area is like 40C so there is literally no way to cool down. Overall, if you don’t take this because of sauna (like we did), it’s close to perfect

The Finnish sauna is great, you are even provided with a sheet, however there is no cooling pool available and the water from the shower is warm

For the price it is better to book directly with the reception rather than through the website. Pleasant administrator Daria, very hospitable, helpful, speaks different languages, including English and Russian

The rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of space and have comfy beds and good blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. The whole place is kept immaculately clean

Cleaning of the room without any comments. Food: Varied and mostly tasty. Soup and side dishes for main courses were often oversalted. SPA: The pool and saunas met our expectations

Reception: We were checked in by an employee named Dora. Friendly and attentive, she explained everything to us and actually created a good mood for us. Room: Spacious, new furniture, quiet

To the reviews about the elevator I would write that it's about the people, the first days everything was great, but then people from the first floor got shuttled to the ground floor and the kids in the elevator were clicking all the floors for the trip, that's why the elevators were slow, but it's about the guests and their laziness 😉

Great experience. One night stay. Just a stop on the ttip to Plitvice but what a great find. It was a nice stay even if we didn't take advantage of all that you offer. Maybe next time!

We had a great 3 night stay in Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel. Room was very comfy and the personal was very frindly, professional and helpfull. We had ALL-IN and all the meals for the whole day were excelent and very tasty

The star of the show was definitely the spa and its proximity to the lake. The main pool which is an indoor/outdoor pool was always at a perfect 88F (31 Celsius) even though outside was pretty cold

The hotel is for people who prefer a healthy lifestyle and healthy food. There are thermal and swimming pools indoors and outdoors, various saunas, jacuzzi, and pool with jets

The wellness area had several pools and saunas, where everyone could find their needs. We really enjoyed the outside thermal pool

I’d suggest to not to come here if you’d like to lose weight :) Also, (for us it’s important) you can charge your electric car with AC chargers (CSS 3phase, 11kW for sure - i could not test higher due to my cars limitation) without any extra fees! (They have plenty charging stations - both next to the entrance, and in the garage (floor -1))

The hotel has a medical centre, various types of massages, and mud therapy. It is an ideal place for improving your health for us. We are planning to visit this hotel 1-2 times per year for 8-10 days

The staff was very kind to us, and very helpful with any question we had. The room was very nice, quiet, clean and well equiped. The food was delicious and made from quality ingredients

The saunas/spa were generally a bit disappointing, half were turned off when we were there in August, with only two (not that) hot pools

I would like to mention that as far as I know, only this, the hotel provides passes to the lake for the entire duration of stay including stay at the lake all day, when the lake is open to the public, you can go to the area of the lake and exit times as you want, as well as usage of sauna, Jacuzzi, etc

The staff was great and helped a poor English speaker find his way around. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My favorite part was the pool though. A hot indoor pool in freezing weather is glorious!

Liked - We liked complimentary SPA access with very warm water, great performance / price ratio, good dinner and breakfast, our room was clean with very comfortable bed, parking included

Most of the guests were older people which I personally really like and the staff was very friendly, rooms are nice but as a recommendation renovation would not be bad idea

Tried some local dish Zala dödöle, which are potatoes dumplings seasoned with fried diced bacon and onion and sour cream. It's a strong energetic dish which was eaten by peasants, so nothing fancy

Prices are very fit, not too much! Great service, we were paid attention at all the time not needing to wait any for order plus things. So so nice and fantastic staff! Thank you so much

Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas). Small welness is even in Park Hotel, not tested

I really liked the furnishings, the beautiful pictures and paintings on the walls, the small relaxation area with the jacuzzi and sauna

The location of the hotel is that it is in a quiet place, but still close to the center, the bus station, and the spa can be reached with a 10-15 minute walk. I recommend this accommodation to everyone

I would especially like to highlight one of the young people working there, who offered surprisingly direct, friendly, suitable places, we are used to this kind of kindness :)

I spent 3 wonderful days in Hévíz at the Sante Hotel. A small castle with a beautiful view. Fortunately, they were able to fulfill my wish at the beginning of January

The hotel is spotlessly clean, adjustable heating in the room, delicious, plentiful breakfast and very kind owners who do their work with all their heart in this gem

It thins the pair of furniture and the environment, it is very elegant, demanding and clean. I would like to recommend it to anyone with kindness, and only so on;)
