Not the first time in this hotel. Food, SPA, territory, cleanliness in the room - everything was at the highest level

lobby bar (see time table picture) Food was good quality, changing and fresh variety, for vegetarians too: salads, soups, breads, pasta, vegetables, rice/potato, then 3-4 meat dishes inc a chicken, beef, pork or fish; many dessert choices too (think gluten &/or sugar free too)

We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation

On foot from the bus station Ensana Thermal Aqua was easy to find, about 20 minute walk, use the central lake as your destination and landmark, walk past with lake entrance on left, another 2-300m to main road, turn right continue about 200m, you will see Ensana Aqua

Guests were a mix from young couples with young children, many middle aged and older Hungarians, plus many Germans too; German, French or English is available and it’s ‘old school’ guests and personnel are polite and smile

We stayed for 8 nights, but the bathrobe was not replaced as before. Has the concept changed? We were very pleased with the range of dishes in the restaurant. Cold soups are back again! Thank you very much!

The hotel has insanely good spa facilities, with the thermal section, the sauna world (be aware that it's without bathing suits for this), the outdoor pool and indoor pool too. Utter and ferocious relaxation

I was particularly impressed by the thermal pool and sauna located within the hotel—an absolute highlight of our stay. The restaurant offered a diverse menu each day, and every meal was delicious

Nice wellness hotel: Great food (buffet, international and Hungarian food). Our room was clean (but book a renovated Deluxe room!), wifi works well. There are several pool areas, all of them nice

We took a deluxe room which was nice, but I'm not sure about the other rooms. Saunas are old and falling apart

Our suite was both comfortable and beautiful, complete with an orthopedic mattress and a choice of pillows to suit every preference. The room was cleaned daily, ensuring a consistently pleasant experience

These 12 days were truly unforgettable. It was our first experience with this type of hotel and vacation, and it exceeded all expectations

There is an abundance of everything, and the selection of flavors is truly unique. Parking in a secure, well-monitored lot outside the premises, including the option to charge electric cars, is now a standard feature

Hotel and Facilities The hotel has been around for a few seasons, and it shows; however, the management is making continuous efforts to improve and modernize the facilities, especially in the spa and wellness areas

Whether at the reception, restaurant, wellness area, or housekeeping, we were always met with a smile and a willingness to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude created a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay

What impressed us the most was the outstanding cuisine – each day we enjoyed a wide selection of fresh, deliciously prepared dishes that beautifully combined local specialties with international flavors

Location An absolutely perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the famous Hévíz Lake, along a beautiful navigation canal where you can rent a boat and sail almost all the way to Lake Balaton

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer

I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow

-responsive staff - fun attractions for adults and children - delicious and varied food - clean and warm rooms we are extremely satisfied and will gladly visit them again very soon

Additionally, I had a manicure with gel polish, and Betty did an incredible job. She's a perfectionist and made sure not to miss even the tiniest detail. I am beyond happy with the precise and flawless results

I would like to highly recommend the spa at Hotel Kolping. I had two treatments there: a Swedish full-body massage plus a head massage, both done by Agnes, a highly professional and skilled medical therapist

Great hotel for families. A lot of outside playgrounds for different aged kids. Indoor playgrounds, family pools - again for different aged kids family wellness and daycare included.

A heaven for parents: good buffet food, lost of activities for kids, spa for adults, lake Heviz nearby. I would only suggest to service and expand the bikes for rent

Simply stunning, everybody very attentive, extremely friendly, the place is amazing, the food great. I'm very happy to spend some quality time here in Alsopahok. 😊

Good food.long walk to Hevies lake

The saunas/spa were generally a bit disappointing, half were turned off when we were there in August, with only two (not that) hot pools

I would like to mention that as far as I know, only this, the hotel provides passes to the lake for the entire duration of stay including stay at the lake all day, when the lake is open to the public, you can go to the area of the lake and exit times as you want, as well as usage of sauna, Jacuzzi, etc

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Literally 3 minutes from the lake. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are in a form of a buffet with a wide variety of choices

The hotel is very close to the entrance to lake hévíz, just 2-3 mins slow walk. Ideal for those who want to relax and get treatment. Quiet, cozy place, surrounded by centuries-old plane trees

Amazingly relaxing water in tranquil surroundings. Value for money. Try to go early morning as you can stay there 6-7 hours

There are Russian-speaking staff. Offers packages accommodation+meals+treatments

Excellent service from the personnel. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops

Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

A very good choice if you are planning an escape to Heviz!! Also, the indoor pool of the hotel is really nice!

Drawbacks employees speaks only in Hungarian and German and very little on English. I was there only one night so I cant tell you much more. Personal advice, do not take room number 13

Room is ok, has a kitchen tea kettle, kitchen aid. Bathroom was very clean, toilette too. Standard breakfast, but dont worry you wont be dissapointed. There is also basin in facility

Madame Szilvia is very helpful if you need an advise about the city. I put 4 stars, instead of 5 stars, because of the carpet, in the room

Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas). Small welness is even in Park Hotel, not tested

Older hotel with great personnel with decent rooms but little bit too far from heviz lake... Food was also fine and also saunas and jacuzzi.

Nice friendly clean hotel but a good walk out of town. You need a taxi as it is very hilly.

Delicious and hearty Hungarian food. Close to lake Heviz and to the gutter with water. And the town is small, quiet, cozy. Rooms it is better to choose on higher floors with views to the East - the view is gorgeous

Had a very great time with my wife in this amazing facility. The breakfast, dinner is delicious with options. The staff are nice and helpful and I recommend you visit for your spa, wellness and relaxation.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping ladies were nice, if you need something, you will get it. For pools they provide bathrobes (even kids bathrobes), you need your clothes only for restaurant and city tours

Hotel looks older, but our stay was really nice. All employees were absolutelly fantastic, food was really good (we had full board). Hotel is on the hill, not far away from bus station

underground parking across the street, however big cars are a bit difficult to get through because the steep uphill place is a bit narrow. You shoud stay here for a week

We ate soo much, so we had to "crawl" back to our room :) (The welcome smootie is delicious too!) An other great advantage that the hotel is 10 min walk away from the Tófürdő (lake bath) and close to many shops, restaurants

Nice room, sunsine, The church is beautifully lit up in the evening. The morning is quiet, with birds singing. delicious breakfast and dinner, many dishes. plus point is very close to mineral water lake

The hotel has mostly elderly people guests, which make sense as they come for the healing bath & thermal. We highly recommend staying here & enjoy the peace, relaxation

I was extremely impressed with the buffet breakfast and evening meal, both included in my half-board. Totally delicious, massive variety, every meal delicious. Outdoor pools very clean and well cared for

We are so happy that we chose Hotel Europa Fit Superior Heviz for our company retreat. The manager, Koroncz Eszter, is very professional and attentive. All the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable

Thermal pool inside and outside. I would definitely go back to this hotel. You can easily walk to the thermal lake from the hotel. The hotel kindly lent us woggles without charge

The hotel is centrally located — the city center with its pedestrian streets is just a short walk away. The only downside is that there are very few on-site parking spots

Perfect! The rooms are fine, breakfast and dinner are fine, the staff is amazing! Kind, in the background, helpful, absolut professional. Small issue: no bar in the wellness with alcohol.

The restaurant is delicious! The hotel itself does not have hot springs, but it has SPAs. It is also very close to the Heviz Hot Springs, which is two or three minutes' walk away

This is the second time I booked this hotel. The best hot spring lake in Hévíz is right next to it. Breakfast and dinner are included. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic

The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers

Nice place for family journey. Clean and quiet. The breakfast and dinner are great, especially we had ice cream on Saturday evening, which made my daughter excited. The swimming pool is also clean and good.

What was great: - Breakfest, Dinner, all you can eat and many types of meal. - Welness and swimpool were great. What could be better: - In our room was AC not working. - Head of the shower was caught by mold

We flew across the ocean, arrived 2 hours earlier, but they gave us the keys right away, as if they were waiting for us. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need to spend 10 days comfortably

Hotel situated in driving distance of Lake Balaton. We have used it for one night sleep while traveling there. Booked via Internet 10 minutes before arrival (past 22:00), room was ready as we arrived

Equipment was visibly older, hovewer everything was very clean, this is also valid for shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet

Oldish hotel, some renovations required. Perfect location.

We initially booked 2 nights at the hotel but we extended our stay there as we liked the nice modern decor style, lighting, spacious room with balcony, hotel with 3 saunas, pool, free breakfast, so we decided to stay 2 more nights

Attention, the saunas are only open until 19:30. Parking is available for $9 per day

The temperature at the resting area is like 40C so there is literally no way to cool down. Overall, if you don’t take this because of sauna (like we did), it’s close to perfect

The Finnish sauna is great, you are even provided with a sheet, however there is no cooling pool available and the water from the shower is warm

For the price it is better to book directly with the reception rather than through the website. Pleasant administrator Daria, very hospitable, helpful, speaks different languages, including English and Russian

The rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of space and have comfy beds and good blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. The whole place is kept immaculately clean
