Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

Excellent service from the personnel. Hotel room was big and clean. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops. A very good choice if you are planning an escape to Heviz!! Also, the indoor pool of the hotel is really nice!

Clean cosy place. Room is ok, has a kitchen tea kettle, kitchen aid. Bathroom was very clean, toilette too. Standard breakfast, but dont worry you wont be dissapointed. Nicely positioned, comfortable and very reasonably priced hotel. We had a beautiful large apartment with balcony looking over the garden. We enjoyed our stay a lot, although there was one member of staff we didn't take to. Overall a nice place, blighted by that one rude man.

Great hotel, and the receptionist was such a nice chap, great stay overall. The hotel is close to the lake and the restaurants downtown, it is a great value for money really. The hotel also provides a ticket, so that you could park on street nearby the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel just in center of Hévíz. Terasse, garden with chairs and table tennis. Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas). Small welness is even in Park Hotel, not tested. No elevators (!), no dogs. Delicious breakfasts from 7 to 10, dinners must be ordered in advance.

The food was delicious and environment. We waited a little long to get food and bill tho, other wise it was ok.

Hotel situated in driving distance of Lake Balaton. We have used it for one night sleep while traveling there. Booked via Internet 10 minutes before arrival (past 22:00), room was ready as we arrived. Equipment was visibly older, hovewer everything was very clean, this is also valid for shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet.

Large, spacious resort. We got a nice, cosy, traditionally-styled house a few steps from the pool. Unfortunately, WLAN and Internet did not work in the house and even not in front of it. Only some 20 steps away WLAN worked.

Very kind and flexible receptionists. Had a problem. Solved it in an hour and during that time we could chat. So amazing. The view and the community is great as well. The Lake Balaton is about 10 minutes on foot. The beach is full of fascinating restaurants ect.

It is a decent hotel with more buildings near to the city center. Mostly evrything is in walk distance. Not luxurious but clean and gives you everything you need with a kind staff.

This hotel is not modern and so are the rooms. It needs renovation and 'face lifting'. It is popular between travellers and families with children. There are so many apartments so you have to walk to get your breakfast if you are in the other building. The pool and the sauna is also in another building. The hotel is noisy.

If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. Wonderful guesthouse with great service. We had a wonderful holiday, in the guesthouse you can not be bored. Pools, wellness, billiards, table tennis, playground. Very clean, nicely decorated rooms, possibilities to play table tennis, billiiard, use jacuzzi, sauna, pools. Very good location close to Balaton, close to many restaurants. The bad reviews here ale clearly from before the renovation. Hotel is new and beautiful. Spa is big and has large pool with warm water. Whirpools are spacious so you can almost always find your place there. Hungarians are kinda loud in saunas tho. Food is tasty and the selection is big enough. Rooms aren't huge but will do and everything is clean. Staff was nice and mostly spoke english. I almost forgot...

Věry nice new renovated hotel, the staff is doong their best, maybe only bit slow in restaurant - during dinner we had to wait to get wine list. The sauna world is great, there is an offer of sauna ceremonials, 1 open jacuzzi, 2 warm pools. We enjoyed our stay for 100% and hope to return again this time with kids

Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty. I can only recommend this hotel.
