We have been staying at the hotel for many years in a row. We were very pleased with the reconstruction of the SPA area. But I would like to point out a negative point: the centrifuge was not placed in the open access as it was before, but in the toilet. Live in Budapest, this is written more for tourists to Hévíz and the Ensana Thermal Aqua. Easy to access by public transport direct by Volan Bus from Budapest, or train from the Budapest Déli or south station in Buda, to Keszthely, then frequent buses to Hévíz (10 minutes). Not the first time in this hotel. Food, SPA, territory, cleanliness in the room - everything was at the highest level. The staff takes great care of the guests, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the vacationers themselves.

Very good. We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation. We are satisfied with the staff and cleanliness. The saunas are nice.

It’s now called Ensana Therma Aqua and has an amazing refurbished spa and rooms.It’s an all inclusive hotel. Tip:get a capuccino at the bar (€) as the one from the coffee machine is mediocre at best.

We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. Very nice hotel specially made for kids. Negative review is about the fact no water is provided for diner and stuff knew very little English. Food was great, even cater for gluten free food. The facilities were very good.

This is exceptionally well organized and managed family and kid friendly hotel. There is every activity available and every need taken care of. It's like you have your home next to all the facilities kids love. The staff is extremely polite, emphatic and professional.

I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Literally 3 minutes from the lake. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are in a form of a buffet with a wide variety of choices. All on all I highly reccomend this place!

Excellent service from the personnel. Hotel room was big and clean. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops. Nicely positioned, comfortable and very reasonably priced hotel. We had a beautiful large apartment with balcony looking over the garden. We enjoyed our stay a lot, although there was one member of staff we didn't take to. Overall a nice place, blighted by that one rude man.

Great hotel, and the receptionist was such a nice chap, great stay overall. The hotel is close to the lake and the restaurants downtown, it is a great value for money really. The hotel also provides a ticket, so that you could park on street nearby the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel just in center of Hévíz. Terasse, garden with chairs and table tennis. Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas). Small welness is even in Park Hotel, not tested. No elevators (!), no dogs. Delicious breakfasts from 7 to 10, dinners must be ordered in advance.

The hotel is called Panorama. This name fully corresponds to the main advantage of the hotel - stunning views from the rooms. There is also a great restaurant here. Great location. But very-VERY poor SPA.

This is the most cost-effective hotel in our entire trip, with the lowest price and breakfast and dinner included. The hotel has hot springs, but we didn't prepare for hot springs because we were a little hesitant about mixed bathing for men and women. The room was very big.

Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! We are here for the second time in a year. The friendly staff is really remarkable. What is also worth to mention is the food. Gee, all courses are superb. I’d suggest to not to come here if you’d like to lose weight :) Also, (for us it’s important) you can charge your electric car with AC chargers (CSS 3phase, 11kW for sure - i could not test higher due to my cars limitation) without any extra fees...

The hotel is right next to the small square in the city center, which is very convenient. It's not far from Lake Hévíz and there are many dining options nearby. The bar and restaurant recommended by the front desk lady has a resident grandfather who sings local songs and is quite good. There is a spa that is very relaxing. The children love it.

Food selection is quite limited, especially during the evenings, and there have been occasional quality issues (e.g. one evening the French fries seemed to be leftovers).
