We have been staying at the hotel for many years in a row. We were very pleased with the reconstruction of the SPA area. But I would like to point out a negative point: the centrifuge was not placed in the open access as it was before, but in the toilet. Not the first time in this hotel. Food, SPA, territory, cleanliness in the room - everything was at the highest level. The staff takes great care of the guests, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the vacationers themselves.

Very good. We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation. We are satisfied with the staff and cleanliness. The saunas are nice.

It’s now called Ensana Therma Aqua and has an amazing refurbished spa and rooms.It’s an all inclusive hotel. Tip:get a capuccino at the bar (€) as the one from the coffee machine is mediocre at best.

We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim. Very nice hotel, actually the pool area is much nicer than on the pictures. However there were things which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometime: 1. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. It was a fantastic rest for me, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff was very kind, the room was clean and comfortable. The pools are great for relaxing. The hotel is very nice, there are meny things to see in the area, in Hévíz and its sourroundings. Excellent service in terms of price/value ratio. I will go back again.

Large, spacious resort. We got a nice, cosy, traditionally-styled house a few steps from the pool. Unfortunately, WLAN and Internet did not work in the house and even not in front of it. Only some 20 steps away WLAN worked.

If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. The location of the accommodation is actually really good - it's 5 minutes from the Balaton lake & around 15 minutes from the city enter / main street. The breakfast we had was really good and diverse :)

Location is a little out of town, but pleasant and quiet. There are two very good restaurants close by and it’s only a 15/20 minute walk into town and all Kestheley has to offer. Very clean and comfortable with a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was OK but cost extra. Owners are friendly and helpful. If you don’t speak Hungarian, schoolboy German is required.

Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty. I can only recommend this hotel.

Very good value for money if you are looking for a thermal hotel. Decent, tasty food, clean rooms and thermal bad, and a very good sauna world. The sauna programme is included. One of the best choices in Hungary for this price range. The service in the restaurant lags a bit behind the usual expectations, but it is only a minor flaw that can be corrected with a little assertivity.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

Always a great stay to relax. Best thermal bath. We come here at least twice a year.

Friendly staff. Places are large enough. The pool and whirlpools are really nice. The beach of the Balaton lake is about 15 min walking from the camping, this is a payed beach but worth a visit. The toilets and showers are clean enough. However, there is no hot water to do the dishes and the showers are also not really hot.
