This is a well-run and beautiful hotel and spa. The grounds are beautifully cared for. It is an easy and pleasant walk along a creek to get to town. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous. Loved every minute there. Hope to get back there.

We haven't stayed there personally but our Family did when visited Heviz. They were very satisfied by the hotel. The restaurant with buffet is awesome (we tried the breakfast and dinner buffet) with a wide variety of food in excellent quality. The employees speak fluent German and English. We had a great 3 night stay in Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel. Room was very comfy and the personal was very frindly, professional and helpfull. Not bad hotel. Rooms are ok, wellness & spa part is also ok, saw better, saw worse. Got 2 small pools with hot water, one that is connected with outer part. Got small pool for kids. Also got some saunas and steam bath. Food is average, but versatility of food is questionable. If you are vegan or vegetarian, don't have to much options. The biggest minus is that most of the staff does not speak English...

Absolutely stunning location located right next to Lake Hévíz. The staff greeted my wife and I right as we walked in and were very friendly. We really enjoyed our vacation, the minor issue was knocking on our door at 8 am during the weeknd (room service) - I suppose more people like to sleep in the morning on their vacation, so it was upsetting. But the great advantage is "prosecco hours", it was really a nice touch and made the vacation better. During our 11 days of vacation we enjoined the stay at Aqua Thermal Hotel. With the All-inclusive and Wellness facilities we left rejuvenated, well rested and in a good mood. Congratulations to the ALL the members of the team who made our stay so pleasant.

This is exceptionally well organized and managed family and kid friendly hotel. There is every activity available and every need taken care of. It's like you have your home next to all the facilities kids love. The staff is extremely polite, emphatic and professional.

Best Spa hotel ever.

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

Older hotel with great personnel with decent rooms but little bit too far from heviz lake... Food was also fine and also saunas and jacuzzi.

Quite good food but also quite expensive.

Nice wellness hotel: Great food (buffet, international and Hungarian food). Our room was clean (but book a renovated Deluxe room!), wifi works well. Parking is included. There are several pool areas, all of them nice. Only improvement that comes to my mind: Give Csucsu, the adorable parrot a little more space.

We stayed 2 nights, the wellness and pool areas are amazing. The bar staff are very kind and helpful, they’re doing a great service. Various food, but very small buffet area. Room is clean and spacious, warm enough. We had issue only with the bed and mattress. Mattress is too old and used.

We took a deluxe room which was nice, but I'm not sure about the other rooms. Saunas are old and falling apart. However, the worst part was the food! I am familiar with the Hungarian cuisine, but this was a complete disaster. My wife and I couldn't find a single dish that we would recommend. She even found dark long hair two times in different dishes, and the waiter only said "no good" to our complaints...

Amazing staff from the bars to the restaurants and housekeepers! Rooms are perfect, location is superb, in the heart of the city, the Hévíz thermal lake is a short walking distance. Thank you for the amazing service during the Xmas break.

Good hotel near by center of Heviz. It has a great swimming pool and spa. I appeecieted a good service and food here. The Only thing what i have to point out is cleaning service, bad quality, but hope it was only human factor. Supervision would probably help.
