An excellent resort, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, there are various SPA treatments, there are pools with thermal water of different temperatures, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a sauna, hammam, etc. Beautiful territory, 7 min walk from Lake Heviz. I am coming here for the seventh time and I will come again.

We spent a wonderful 24 hours at the Lotus Therme Hotel & Spa. From the friendly early checkin (I think we got there around noon) to the smartly attired professional staff we felt pampered and at home. The grounds are secluded, wooded, and restful and the pools were sparkling clean. Lots of pools to choose from, with the hottest being the sulphur indoor pool at, I believe, 38 degrees celcius...

We stayed in the apartment, and found the best of all worlds. The hotel has insanely good spa facilities, with the thermal section, the sauna world (be aware that it's without bathing suits for this), the outdoor pool and indoor pool too. Had a fantastic stay at Carbona Hotel in Hévíz! The rooms were comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the cocktails were delicious. The spa was incredibly relaxing, with a wide variety of beauty, medical, and relaxation services. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Nice wellness hotel: Great food (buffet, international and Hungarian food). Our room was clean (but book a renovated Deluxe room!), wifi works well. Parking is included. There are several pool areas, all of them nice. Only improvement that comes to my mind: Give Csucsu, the adorable parrot a little more space.

We stayed 2 nights, the wellness and pool areas are amazing. The bar staff are very kind and helpful, they’re doing a great service. Various food, but very small buffet area. Room is clean and spacious, warm enough. We had issue only with the bed and mattress. Mattress is too old and used.

We took a deluxe room which was nice, but I'm not sure about the other rooms. Saunas are old and falling apart. However, the worst part was the food! I am familiar with the Hungarian cuisine, but this was a complete disaster. My wife and I couldn't find a single dish that we would recommend. She even found dark long hair two times in different dishes, and the waiter only said "no good" to our complaints...

It’s now called Ensana Therma Aqua and has an amazing refurbished spa and rooms.It’s an all inclusive hotel. Tip:get a capuccino at the bar (€) as the one from the coffee machine is mediocre at best.

We had a great 3 night stay in Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel. Room was very comfy and the personal was very frindly, professional and helpfull. Not bad hotel. Rooms are ok, wellness & spa part is also ok, saw better, saw worse. Got 2 small pools with hot water, one that is connected with outer part. Got small pool for kids. Also got some saunas and steam bath. Food is average, but versatility of food is questionable. If you are vegan or vegetarian, don't have to much options. The biggest minus is that most of the staff does not speak English...

I came here for a two night solo staycation and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I went for their "autumn relaxation package" which included the room, half-board, wifi, bicycle rental and use of wellness facilities, for a very friendly price! This place is famous for free wifi that costs 3500 Huf per week ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Expect similar hidden costs that is not much, just annoying that other places usually dont lie down for loose change. If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. The location of the accommodation is actually really good - it's 5 minutes from the Balaton lake & around 15 minutes from the city enter / main street. The breakfast we had was really good and diverse :)

Location is a little out of town, but pleasant and quiet. There are two very good restaurants close by and it’s only a 15/20 minute walk into town and all Kestheley has to offer. Very clean and comfortable with a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was OK but cost extra. Owners are friendly and helpful. If you don’t speak Hungarian, schoolboy German is required.

Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty. I can only recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

A nice swimming pool, very clean and tidy. But the water glide was closed. Apparently because there where not much swimmers/kids. But it was a big disappointment for our daughter.

Nice place, hidden gem in the hills. There are some parts of the bath you cant enter with kids (thermal and SPA areas), still you have plenty to enjoy

Friendly staff. Places are large enough. The pool and whirlpools are really nice. The beach of the Balaton lake is about 15 min walking from the camping, this is a payed beach but worth a visit. The toilets and showers are clean enough. However, there is no hot water to do the dishes and the showers are also not really hot.
