An excellent resort, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, there are various SPA treatments, there are pools with thermal water of different temperatures, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a sauna, hammam, etc. Beautiful territory, 7 min walk from Lake Heviz. I am coming here for the seventh time and I will come again.

We spent a wonderful 24 hours at the Lotus Therme Hotel & Spa. From the friendly early checkin (I think we got there around noon) to the smartly attired professional staff we felt pampered and at home. Not bad hotel. Rooms are ok, wellness & spa part is also ok, saw better, saw worse. Got 2 small pools with hot water, one that is connected with outer part. Got small pool for kids. Also got some saunas and steam bath. Food is average, but versatility of food is questionable. If you are vegan or vegetarian, don't have to much options. The biggest minus is that most of the staff does not speak English...

We stayed in the apartment, and found the best of all worlds. The hotel has insanely good spa facilities, with the thermal section, the sauna world (be aware that it's without bathing suits for this), the outdoor pool and indoor pool too. Nice wellness hotel: Great food (buffet, international and Hungarian food). Our room was clean (but book a renovated Deluxe room!), wifi works well. Parking is included. There are several pool areas, all of them nice. Only improvement that comes to my mind: Give Csucsu, the adorable parrot a little more space.

We stayed 2 nights, the wellness and pool areas are amazing. The bar staff are very kind and helpful, they’re doing a great service. Various food, but very small buffet area. Room is clean and spacious, warm enough. We had issue only with the bed and mattress. Mattress is too old and used.

We took a deluxe room which was nice, but I'm not sure about the other rooms. Saunas are old and falling apart. However, the worst part was the food! I am familiar with the Hungarian cuisine, but this was a complete disaster. My wife and I couldn't find a single dish that we would recommend. She even found dark long hair two times in different dishes, and the waiter only said "no good" to our complaints...

We are here for the second time in a year. The friendly staff is really remarkable. What is also worth to mention is the food. Gee, all courses are superb. We were there as a family with young children so it’s not really appropriate. All people was watching us with hate even kids were just swimming, not being loud. It never happened similar to us. But the staff was super nice.

The hotel was built in the communist era, but it is well-maintained and clean. Our rooms had flat screen TVs. The best thing about the place is its location: very close to Hévíz Lake. The staff are friendly. The food could be better for my taste, but it is not bad (breakfast is quite good).

The hotel itself is very close to the thermal lake and the shops etc. The rooms are avarage, absolutely fine for a couple days. The wellness floor is lovely, the gray tiles gives a really calm and chill vibe. Saunas, steam room and jakuzzi are great. We are very satisfied with the hotel, everything is clean, the rooms are excellent with a balcony, the food is phenomenal. The spa is also very good with all the saunas, the only small complaint is the smaller pool in the spa center and that the hotel guests are not provided with parking (there is parking for an extra charge), but not everything can be perfect. All in all, a hotel to recommend.

Very nice little hotel with great food. What has to be said is that whole place is non smoking, even the room's balcony. Also the saunas are not naturist space. You have to wear a swimming suits at saunas.

Hotel situated in driving distance of Lake Balaton. We have used it for one night sleep while traveling there. Booked via Internet 10 minutes before arrival (past 22:00), room was ready as we arrived. Equipment was visibly older, hovewer everything was very clean, this is also valid for shower. I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas).
