An excellent resort, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, there are various SPA treatments, there are pools with thermal water of different temperatures, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a sauna, hammam, etc. Beautiful territory, 7 min walk from Lake Heviz. We spent a wonderful 24 hours at the Lotus Therme Hotel & Spa. From the friendly early checkin (I think we got there around noon) to the smartly attired professional staff we felt pampered and at home. Nice wellness hotel: Great food (buffet, international and Hungarian food). Our room was clean (but book a renovated Deluxe room!), wifi works well. Parking is included. There are several pool areas, all of them nice. Only improvement that comes to my mind: Give Csucsu, the adorable parrot a little more space.

We stayed 2 nights, the wellness and pool areas are amazing. The bar staff are very kind and helpful, they’re doing a great service. Various food, but very small buffet area. Room is clean and spacious, warm enough. We had issue only with the bed and mattress. Mattress is too old and used.

We took a deluxe room which was nice, but I'm not sure about the other rooms. Saunas are old and falling apart. However, the worst part was the food! I am familiar with the Hungarian cuisine, but this was a complete disaster. My wife and I couldn't find a single dish that we would recommend. She even found dark long hair two times in different dishes, and the waiter only said "no good" to our complaints...

Excellent stay over the weekend! staff is quite generous. Food was good, however, there was hardly anything in vegetarian option. We were a family of 5, and everyone was offered a welcome drink,, which is either Champagne or Orange juice. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel was built in the communist era, but it is well-maintained and clean. Our rooms had flat screen TVs. The best thing about the place is its location: very close to Hévíz Lake. The staff are friendly. The food could be better for my taste, but it is not bad (breakfast is quite good).

The woman who works in the restaurant warned me that I was not properly dressed for the restaurant and that next time I should not come as I was dressed! The hotel itself is very close to the thermal lake and the shops etc. The rooms are avarage, absolutely fine for a couple days. The wellness floor is lovely, the gray tiles gives a really calm and chill vibe. Saunas, steam room and jakuzzi are great. We are very satisfied with the hotel, everything is clean, the rooms are excellent with a balcony, the food is phenomenal. The spa is also very good with all the saunas, the only small complaint is the smaller pool in the spa center and that the hotel guests are not provided with parking (there is parking for an extra charge), but not everything can be perfect. I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite.
