Very nice hotel, friendly staff, big room, exceeded my expectations.

Location is not exactly in the heart of the city, but it is not far away. Very clean and I personally love the facility and design of the hotel, the cherry on top is the heart warming service, overall definitely worth the price if you want a comfy and classy place to stay it's the one, but if you want a room with river view, maybe go with Intercontinental or marriot but their appearance does not look to nice

We booked the deluxe room but got an upgrade to junior suite. The room was very spacious and clean. it is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. the staff was very friendly. breakfast was ok but a bit pricey for what it is. overall i can recoomend this hotel.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was simply perfect! The entire team ensured that we felt completely comfortable throughout our time there.

I’d especially like to highlight the concierge team, who were simply exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Whether it was booking excellent restaurants or arranging unique excursions, every request was met with a smile and the utmost professionalism. It felt as though no wish was too big or too small for them.

The spacious rooms were luxurious and tastefully decorated, and the service was always attentive yet never intrusive. The breakfast was also outstanding – a delightful way to start the day!

We will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend the Kozmo Hotel to anyone looking for first-class service and an unforgettable experience.

The Kozmo hotel is amazing.
We stayed in November for 3 days in a suite and it was huge, about 70 square meters with a large living room with high windows. The bed was big size with a large dressing room and a large bathtub.
The hotel staff was impeccable and attentive, especially the concierge Krisztian who accompanied us to the rooms and gave us a tour of the hotel and gave us tips about the city.
The building was an old telephone connection headquarters and they have respected its history very well in its renovation.
The buffet breakfast is one of the best in Budapest, with exclusive hot dishes and a wide variety of products.
We will definitely return on another occasion.

Our family stayed for three nights at the Kozmo back in June, so this review is a little behind schedule.
In short, I would recommend it. Good location, located centrally enough to access most of the city's attractions easily, but nonetheless away from the hustle and bustle.
Lovely historical building, which has been very sympathetically restored and decorated.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, especially the breakfasts.
The bedrooms were very spacious and well designed.
The hotel facilities (gym, pool, spa, bar, library etc) were good.
There were a few minor niggles (one bathrobe short in one of the bedrooms, one of the sliding doors was jammed, the plunge pool was out of order during our stay), so 4.5 stars would probably be a true reflection, but in this case it's fairer to round up than down!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Very clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast is simply good. Staff is kind and helpful. It’s also located in a quiet area but only 10 minutes away from the center.
We shall visit this hotel again one in Budapest.

We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury.

3. The Spa:
The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The heated pool and whirlpool were the perfect spots to unwind, and the ambiance in the spa area was tranquil, with soft lighting and calming music.


5. Location:
The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the major attractions, including the Danube River, Parliament, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. There are also plenty of cafés and shops nearby, making it easy to experience the best of Budapest’s culture and cuisine.

6 Exceptional Service:
What truly sets Kozmo Hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and they were always ready to assist with any request we had.

Got this hotel at an unbeatable rate. Didn’t get upgraded as my friend to a junior suite (i dont know why to someone they do to someone no). The hotel is part of small luxury hotels but there’s nothing small in there the building and the rooms are just huge, way above the average hotel room size which is a very good thing.
They have a nice spa, billiards and I’ve noticed that the furniture used is this hotel is quite expensive (the Amy armchairs go for 1200€ each). In short this hotel is a great project should be run more efficiently tho when it comes about service. I’ve noticed lack of communication between staff and other things that u would not expect in a 5 star hotel.
Anyway the staff (Lucy? Some brunette clear eyes kid girl) was helpful to me and fix a little misunderstanding occurred.
Location isn’t bad either, 15+ min walk to the ferry wheel and well served by buses 9 and 72.
I’ve received 2 transport tickets and a voucher to redeem a drink after 6pm.
Breakfast is good but it lacks of variety when it comes to juices (they serve only orange) and vegetable/vegetarian options. Also I haven’t find salmon on display just when ordering the royal eggs.
