Stayed in the hotel for one night. Rooms are clean, not very spacious.
The location is good, not too far away from the center.
The hotel prepared a complimentary cake and champagne for birthday, which was very nice of them! And also they give Marriott members depending on the status complimentary drinks in the bar :)
4/5 only for bad pressure in the shower :( rest was good.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet was really good too. The location is great. It’s convenient to public transportation. It’s easy to walk to many of the sites from the hotel. It’s really perfect in many ways.

Working as an employee for an airline.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for years but it’s not the coziest place to be. Even though the rooms are quite big and spacious, it’s basic. Not that that’s specifically such a bad thing.

However..
The important comment I would like to make, is that I had to pay €20 for breakfast as roomservice. Which I have never paid before.
The employee on the other line asked me if I wanted this, this and that. To which I positively answered.
At check out counter, I had to pay that much because of the certain things I’ve ordered.
Which was a suggestion from the other employee, not because I requested it.

The service, the rooms, breakfast (not a lot to choose from), etc.

It’s overall just not the greatest experience, even though it’s in the center of Budapest.

Excellent experience with its central location, making it easy to explore Budapest’s major attractions. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is highly praised for its variety and quality. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel with a balance of convenience, comfort, and service.

Great location... dated rooms.

Had a great sized room, 1 minute away from the trams and subway. This was the perfect place to stay to be downtown.

The rooms weren't cleaned well, and ants were in the bathroom. The water didn't work well, and they couldn't fix the heat seating for the shower. So hot showers on hot days.

The staff were great, and the breakfast was a really nice continental option.

I liked my stay, even if sometimes the police cars kept going all night.

Airport bus is a little far away, but easy enough to take a tram to.

The hotel is well located in the city centre. Very good connectivity just outside the hotel. Quite a lot of good restaurants and bars in walking distance. The 2 people at the bar, a boy and a girl, forgot their names, provided good suggestions on things to do and place to eat. All the suggestions were great. The check-in lady
Victoria and the rest of the team, too, were very helpful . Very good service.

This might be the best Courtyard I've ever stayed in a European city, and it’s located right next to the station.

Courtyard is a decent brand hotel under Marriott. They do whatever a regular mid-class hotel should do, but not much to expect.

Nevertheless, the front desk was very helpful with all my questions. Three ladies from the front desk assisted me with different questions at different times, always with patience.

Similarly, the restaurant staff during the breakfast session were efficient and friendly. This Courtyard offers a higher quality breakfast selection, including an omelet station, salad, freshly cut fruits, pastries, and a coffee machine.

The room was bigger than the average in Europe, and housekeeping kept the room organized and knew exactly what to replace.

The gym has very cute view of Budapest, and it also includes a steam room and sauna. However, it’s pretty dark there at night, which felt a bit sketchy to me.

Great hotel, we had to book due to last minute cancelation of our other plans. Accommodating staff, fabulous reservation person, huge breakfast spread. Comfortable rooms, amazing location.

Hotel location is great. Hotel staff & services were excellent, helpful staff. Was given a Room with city view, very nice view however there is a siren of police car or ambulances every hour from morning until night time everyday. Train station is 3 mins away, same for tram. Didn’t see any lift or escalator down to the train station though so not convenient for travellers with huge or heavy suitcases.

Very disappointed on our first night when having dinner. I asked the chef if there was a vegan option and he said that there wasn't. I realise that we were in a group and a buffet had been prepared but in this day and age it is not inconceivable that there would be some alternative dietary requirements. Housekeeping didn't replenish the tea and coffee the first day. However, the rooms are lovely. The hotel spotless and most of the staff friendly and helpful.
