We were guests in August and the experience was amazing from start to finish. We received a welcome drink and the personnel was always friendly and helpful even though it was busy at times. The junior suite was incredible and the hotel was the most beautiful I have ever seen. The architecture is simply incredible and every detail even the escalator is incredible. The Spa was also great and very relaxing. Our breakfast was also incredible especially because of the amazing personnel. We enjoyed every second of our stay and we will surely come again for a visit in Budapest. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so great!

All I can say is WOW!
I’ve been home for two days and I catch myself day dreaming about being back at Anantara.
Absolutely beautiful rooms, amazing service, tucked away but still very central. I felt like royalty staying here.
The cappuccinos here are not to be missed (until you’re no longer there) and every meal I had was completely 5 star.

This hotel is the best so far we have seen around Europe. From receptionist to doorman and restaurant staff everyone was absolutely amazing.
The rooms are spotless and spacious.
Was our first stay this year but We will come back every year now.

Absolutely stunning hotel with exceptional service. The spa was quiet and relaxing offering excellent treatments, the room service was quick and delicious and the Poets Bar had excellent service with beautiful views of the New York Cafe below. Every staff member we met were helpful and efficient and the breakfasts options are extensive and fresh. I have seen some reviews mentioning air conditioning not being the best, but it was 35 degrees when we stayed and the air con worked perfectly throughout our stay. I would highly recommend if you're staying in Budapest.

Great experience! The hotel itself looks amazing, my room was huge with all the necessary amenities. The staff was super nice, polite and helped me with a lot of organizational questions.
While to my taste, its location is not perfect, I highly recommend to stay at this hotel to experience its dining, super fancy breakfast, bar and SPA

Very good stay at the New York Palace. The rooms are very modern with great functioning AC (even through a 90 degree heat wave throughout the city). The staff is very attentive and the breakfast is amazing. The one minus is that is a much longer walk to the major city attractions and area around the hotel is not the best (the neighborhood has yet to complete the post socialist clean up)

Phenomenal stay. Stayed here for two nights before leaving on a Viking cruise and we were sorry when we had to check out. Service was impeccable. Room was beautiful and bed was super comfortable. The atrium area was a beautiful place to sit and have a drink. Dinner at their restaurant is not to be missed, the food was outstanding, as was the service. And the breakfast was the best we have ever had in any hotel, anywhere. They had wonderful suggestions of things to do in the area, which felt very safe. We recommend not to miss the Grand Market for some incredible shopping and the Ruins, which is probably the most unique bar (really collection of bars) we have ever seen. Budapest is a beautiful city very much worth visiting and this hotel is the perfect home base to explore.

Absolutely beautiful architecture and decor! Very luxurious stay and delicious buffet. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Even if you don't stay in the palatial rooms, you must visit the New York Cafe just for the stunning decor and talented musicians that play while you eat.

My dear papa and I had an absolute lovely stay in this hotel. The quality of service is really exceptional. A big thank you to all the team that truly made our stay unforgettable. A special word for the waiter at the white salon that provided us with the best table of all the room and to the waitress at breakfast for her kindness. We will definitely come back

Regarding our stay in Anantara hotel Budapest!
Overall stay was below expectations and not what we expected.
1- From day 1 we have booked our room to have 2 single bedrooms but we surprised that the room with 1 king bed when we asked to separate the bed they took 40 min to come.
2- AC too hot and we ask for maintenance also after maintenance was not cold enough!
3- shower head wasn’t working properly we ask to change it!
4- cleaning the room was only fixing the bed and changing the towels, what about cleaning the room floor it was fully hair and dusting.
5- in order to clean the cups I have to ask they never change it by themselves
6- Bathroom tissues I have to ask them even if the cartoon is empty!
Regarding the facilities and decoration it will be the only thing that I would come again for but not for staying there anymore!!
