The rooms were average, we went in off season so the streets were empty and access to beach wasnt possible. But the hotel had wellness services which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in our plan which was decent and had sufficient options (considering it was off seasons and had limited guests). We had a balcony with beach facing view which was peaceful and great!

The food was good but the exchange course was 320 instead of 390. So we have to pay 30 euros more than usually. Totally scam and the service addit tip of 20 percent.

It was an excellent stay at this hotel! Great service, great breakfast and the location was also very nice. The wellness was very clean with many options.

Location is perfect. The room a bit too basic but it had everything we need. The breakfast was very bad, that really needs improvement. But that is not a big problem for me as I skipped it most of the days anyway.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for one night in the month of April when the summer season is not in full swing yet but the location was lovely. We loved that The staff was super friendly and helpful as well as the our room and the breakfast room. However, when we arrived the room was a bit cold so we had to turn on the heating but the system didn’t seem to work so we tuned on the bathroom’s heater. Also the wifi in our room was very weak. We received a discount to have dinner in the hotel restaurant but they only served outside and it was very cold so we chose another place. The breakfast was great and the selection was good, but I would recommend adding a few more pastry or cakes for people who love a sweet treat.

I really enjoyed this place. The employees are very kind and the service is perfect! The room is also very comfortable, I recommend 100%

We were at hotel la Riva in April 2023 the hotel is nice our only complaint is that there was little to no hot water. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Overall nicely located and clean.
However, the area is quite loud at night because of the nearby parties (and due to some of the hotel guests) which made our nights a bit rough.
Also the breakfast was very limited and not really appealing to me - the things that should have been cold were way to warm (cheese) and the things that should have been warm were not really warm (scrambled eggs).
The elevator did not work and nobody was there to fix it which was not really good for us since my wife was pregnant and we had to take the stairs everyday.
The staff was friendly but very reserved and were not really appearing to be very enthusiastic about their guests.
Free sun loungers were available which was really nice!
Air Conditioning worked and the so did the shower (which is something other reviewers complained about).
Free parking is also a plus!
Overall, I would not come back I guess.
