Very nice hotel and clean rooms but kitchen is poor. During Holidays in Hungary we are used to much better food than here. Even so, we had a great vacation in this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

Quite a boring location. No bigger, historical town there. But very nice stuff. Pay them an extra fee, they work hard, every day the same mundane work. But they are nice, kind and polite. They change everything without any problem.

Not very friendly nor professional staff at the reception. They wanted to charge us the amount that we have already paid for our stay and didn' t even bother to appologize afterwards. That really kind of spoiled the experience. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed 3 nights with kids, we payed in advance for garage in hotel, even there on our reserved parking place was written our car plates some other car was parked , when this was presented to reception they just said sorry and said take any other place in garage , even not cheking if there was any free…. again same happend with saunas, we had all inclusive package but they didn’t tell that main part of saunas are to pay additional, which would not be a problem if they even had computers on the entrance of saunas but you have to go all the way back to entrance to main reception , once there there were no personal so lost more than an hour just to pay for entrance , there is no any effort from staff to try to help you so you don’t feel as appreciated guest at all!!
Rooms part of the hotel is newer and would rate them 3 stars, pools and sauna is old.

One of the best location around Zalakaros. I stayed here several times for business and private. Hozel staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is connected with the Zalakaros Spa where you can enjoy thermal pools onside and outside with children as well also during winter.
Food is delicious with a wide broad of selection.

Great option with kids. Stuff was super super nice. Water park is really nice.
Only down side is that almost no vegetarian options.

Beautiful hotel, new, modern and confortable. Friendly and helpful staff, very good food! We will definetely visit it again.

This is a great place to take the family away for a fun vacation. The hotel is directly connected to the water park, making things very easy. Our room was nice, and as it was new no issues. The food at hotel was all very good, and we very much liked the fact that they offered more local choices on the menu and not just the standards. There were no issues, and we were not nickel and dimed during our stay. They are still working out a few minor issues to work out as they are so new, but nothing significant. We would definitely stay again, and hope to in the future.

Great food, great personnel, the rooms were modern and clean, the aquapark, hot tubs and wellness was reasonable, we enjoyed our stay!
