A very beautiful and comfortable hotel in Zalakaros, next to the Zalakaros Thermal Bath. The all-inclusive option offered an extremely wide selection. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The design and architecture are really super and they are currently building a new thermal water spa. All new furniture and great design everywhere. Good parking. It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

Easy to access by public transport direct by Volan Bus from Budapest, or train from the Budapest Déli or south station in Buda, to Keszthely, then frequent buses to Hévíz (10 minutes). This is the most cost-effective hotel in our entire trip, with the lowest price and breakfast and dinner included. The hotel has hot springs, but we didn't prepare for hot springs because we were a little hesitant about mixed bathing for men and women. The room was very big.

Lovely apartment house, big spacious rooms, great breakfast, and free to use saunas. It's a bit far from the lake but there are no distances in Hévíz.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, nice and clean wellness area. Staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant food was pretty decent too.

The staff is polite, the room was clean and the sauna world with the evening sauna sessions. Extra point for the late night wellness. The location is also nice, the more expensive rooms have a nice view on the lake. Only for stars because the food was not that good as anticipated. It was okay but nothing special.

The best hotel I have stayed in Hungary. Fantastic view, modern rooms, great spa with panoramic jacuzzi. Much recommended.

Family friendly and vegan friendly hotel. Overall, we are happy with our 4 days stay. The hotel is very family friendly, there is a warm kids pool next to the indoor swimming pool, playground next to the restaurant, kids chairs, playroom with toys etc. I really appreciated the fact that the chef has made vegan dishes for us for dinner (half-board). The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!

The location, the staff, the food, the wines, the property was great. We could offer it to everyone.
