One of the best location around Zalakaros. I stayed here several times for business and private. Hozel staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is connected with the Zalakaros Spa where you can enjoy thermal pools onside and outside with children as well also during winter. Food is delicious with a wide broad of selection.

The hotel is a great place to stay in case you have children. The staff is helpful and kind when you need something. They even manage all kind of dietary needs. The place has direct access to the Zalakaros bath, where you could have fun inside or outside.

We are very satisfied with the hotel, everything is clean, the rooms are excellent with a balcony, the food is phenomenal. The spa is also very good with all the saunas, the only small complaint is the smaller pool in the spa center and that the hotel guests are not provided with parking (there is parking for an extra charge), but not everything can be perfect. Family friendly and vegan friendly hotel. Overall, we are happy with our 4 days stay. The hotel is very family friendly, there is a warm kids pool next to the indoor swimming pool, playground next to the restaurant, kids chairs, playroom with toys etc. I really appreciated the fact that the chef has made vegan dishes for us for dinner (half-board). The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!

The location, the staff, the food, the wines, the property was great. We could offer it to everyone.

+view, pool,staff,environment,flexibility -foods are not too tasty. drinks (e.g.water) is not included in the dinner which is a bit odd at a 4 star hotel.
