Not very friendly nor professional staff at the reception. They wanted to charge us the amount that we have already paid for our stay and didn' t even bother to appologize afterwards. That really kind of spoiled the experience. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

One of the best location around Zalakaros. I stayed here several times for business and private. Hozel staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is connected with the Zalakaros Spa where you can enjoy thermal pools onside and outside with children as well also during winter. Food is delicious with a wide broad of selection.
