One of the best location around Zalakaros. I stayed here several times for business and private. Hozel staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is connected with the Zalakaros Spa where you can enjoy thermal pools onside and outside with children as well also during winter. Food is delicious with a wide broad of selection.

Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! We stayed in the apartment, and found the best of all worlds. The hotel has insanely good spa facilities, with the thermal section, the sauna world (be aware that it's without bathing suits for this), the outdoor pool and indoor pool too.
