Comfort hotel Eilat in Eilat

For one of the more affordable hotels in Eilat I did not really expect more than what we received however, there is just a few things they could really work on:
1. The inner of the duvet on the bed is smaller than the cover.
2. Supply at least some sort of creamer for the coffee in the room, especially for the first day.
3. Room service times should be kept at the same time at least, it was very embarrassing when we got to the room one afternoon and no one service took place. We made our own bed and the next moment just as we laid down there was a knock on the door and room service wanted to service our room. Very arrogantly told us he only had an hour to clean because he is going home at 16:00. We had to get up and dressed and move out of the room.
4. Pool hours are between 10:00 and 17:00 which seems a little unfair considering how hot it gets in Eilat. We usually went out during the day doing things around Eilat and could not even enjoy the swimming pool in the evening when we really would have loved too.

The layout of where to park for the hotel can also just be described better maybe on their website and third party sites where they advertise.

Even though they are wheelchair accessible, I cannot see someone with a wheelchair going up that steep ramp.

Other than that, breakfast and staff serving breakfast was good.

Nothing special. A bit overpriced to my point of view.
Rooms are pretty small especially if you are not a couple but a family with the child. They simply put another bed in a standard (small) double room that makes it tiny.
Rooms are clean, normally equipped, but do not expect to find soap, shampoo or shower gel and shower cap in the bathroom. They have only one(!) dispenser over the sink with liquid soap but this one is refilled regularly at least.
The breakfast is basic and sufficient but not more than that. Selection of food is not wide and does not change from day to day. Only one hot dish (pre-cooked shakshuka) is served.
Towels are changed every day.
The staff is very friendly. They are really doing their best to make your staying nice.
Free parking is available behind the building or on the wasteland aside it. It is a little bit tricky to find parking for the first time.
