We loved every thing, starts from the best service ever in Eilat, they realy made us feel taking care off, every day treated us with some kind of sweets, wine, baverege, upgraded our room to a bigger one, had even an hot tub, didnt want to leave the room, the hotel have a privet beach, no charge too

Its a bit old and need maintenance but the great location in the center of the center make up for it. The food is good minus, the pool is nice and the beach across the street is the best part

Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of salty and sweet and it's definitely an Israeli breakfast that you can't find in Europe! The rooms were spacious, clean, and bed is really huge&comfortable

This hotel is the best hotel in Israel and for sure the no 1 in Eilat! We come here every year for the past 31 years from The day it opened! The amazing fact is that the service, food and facilities stay always the same and even improve! The staff are amazing And some of the management and the employees are here from The day it was opened That makes it always like coming back to the family ❤️

The pool has 3 pools with waterfalls and rock formations that make for a unique swimming experience

People were smoking (!) freely at the pool (which is illegal btw), playing loud music from their own speakers (and no one from the pool team said anything) and bringing lots of home brought alcohol bottles and even McDonald's deliveries (!) to the pool side

Great location outside of the city. Quiet, close to nice beaches, with a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff were very nice. Room was a bit small but quite adequate

Super impressive evening shows by a talented and acrobatic team! On top of that, there’s a perfect beach right next to the hotel with a bridge leading straight to it, a big and fun pool (even slightly heated in winter, so the kids really enjoyed it!)

An amazing family vacation! Excellent and abundant food! Free drinks including alcohol, popsicles, slushies, activities for kids and adults – archery, trapeze, a movie with popcorn, kids’ camps that give parents peace and quiet and for the kids - lots of fun

The hotel was very child friendly, giving out balloons and they even have a kids room for them to play in. The hotel is in a prime location, right by promenade, close to beach and very near the shopping centre

The hotel has been renovated and it's a good thing, the renovation is very beautiful and luxurious. It's strange that Isrotel put it in the regular collection and not the exclusive Collection

We took a garden room for our family which had a stunning view and a balcony with a pampering jacuzzi :) I was truely suprised by the whole stay. A great experience for a summer holiday !

So huge bed room they gave us, The breakfast plenty of choices of food , same as the dinner. They have tasty choices of food. Very clean and organized hotel, even have private parking for the guess inside the hotel

The rooms were more than amazing and we got them super clean and beautiful with a great view. The location is close to malls and to the beach and you can get easily by walking to any attraction you'd like

So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking

It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around

I come for a 2 days holiday with my son. In our room, we find cockroach They came to pick up the dirty towels, but they never left new one. The sun bed mattresses was so dirty that it was disgusting to lay down on them

The shower was missing the pull and push lever for water it was hard to turn on the shower that i broke half of my nail blood everywhere. We didnt have enough towels or even face towels

Deserves a way better rating. I felt like I’m relaxing in Thailand. It’s nice it’s a 10min drive to center, it’s quiet and they provide bikes for free. Thank you to Patricia who was very helpful and kind.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent food, everything in the dining room is delicious, this is not the first time I've been to this hotel, and I've been to other hotels in Eilat, I like to return to this specific hotel, a month ago I was with my family at Herods, during the Sukkot holiday, Dan Panorama is in no way inferior to the hotels that are considered more luxurious in Eilat

From the dining room, Javor, who passed by every few minutes and asked if everything was okay and if they needed anything, is fun to stay at hotels as a member of the network

He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left

Good location but not the standard I hoped for from a 5* family resort. The room is good, but the fold out bed for the kids is small and uncomfortable. There's no bottled water in the room which feels cheap

Unfortunately she also had long fingernails which were unpleasant especially during the head- and neck massage. Overall a bummer as this Spa is one of the pricier ones in Eilat

We booked a double massage at the Esprit Spa to celebrate my birthday. Overall clean, nice atmosphere, jacuzzi and sauna and some healthy snacks at the guest's disposal

The pool looks beautiful but the water is cold, and there is only one big slide. Children's entertainments are rudimentary. Overall I've stayed in much better

The massagist spoiled the massage by doing fast strokes and movements. I don't know if that's how it's supposed be, but I found it less relaxing

Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.

There is room service in the afternoon if you need extra towels. Odors from the dining room, ventilation needs to be improved. The dining room is not varied and repetitive - probably more oriented towards children

We arrived late but soon they were so hospitable and upgraded our room (1st floor fully refurbished) - the cleanliness and shower is exceptional and the breakfast is all we needed for the entire day with everything you can think of and if you like bufet dinners they have the best but expensive if you don’t order ahead with your room

If you have a car you can eat dinners very good and cheap in eilat. The snorkeling and if you want scuba is the best in this area apart from we hear in Egypt but you can’t take rental cars out of Israel

We were staying at prima music hotel EILAT Israel 3 perfect nights. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were clean all three night, the breakfast and dinners were rich and tasteful and the staff was more than helpfull

Stayed here when visiting Israel several years ago. Seemed like a nice hotel. We only spent one night here. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Walking distance to the airport and to the beach in Eilat.

Then they gave us a new room which was a bit more "worn" and that also had just one bed. After going down a third time to the reception, they said they forgot to tell us that we have to split the bed and sent someone up

the pool is large and clean, and the lifeguard does his job very well, and is very attentive to children. the very kind cleaning lady asked me several times if we needed towels or anything else

The food was also quite good and there was always water available which was great. However, we did encounter a problem with Mosquitos during our stay which could be bothersome for those who are sensitive to them

The room was big and stands to our expectations. The pool area is very well styled but the pool is a bitt small i think. The hotel is cleand and nicely styled, it was resently renovated

The breakfast is good and there are plenty of choices we enjoyed. As for the parking, its a bitt difficult tofind a parking space and the officers are giving parking tickets if you park on the forbiden spots

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the rooms are clean and food is good and very nice for the price you pay

We were in room 307 with a walk-in shower. I felt that a handle for holding on safely while showering was missing.

Hotel accommodations were average. Food was good, buffet provided many options…but did not spend a lot of time there as there was much to see and do around the city from sightseeing to shopping

This hotel was an incredible visit and experience unlike any other I’ve stayed at, the food is sustainable and edible, and some options may even contain seasoning, the lobby is pure excitement feature if a free trampoline available for all guests, and many functioning massage chairs in fact sometimes I was even lucky enough to see native Israeli cats within the lobby, the vending machines are versatile...

The rooms were more than adequate, the only problem was the lack of outlets. The view off of the patio in the room was incredible. There is a free- and tasty- 3 meals per day, with a cold water fountain in the lobby

It’s just a short walk to the heart of the tourist ***** and the beach although it’s not on the beachfront. But Eilat isn’t a huge place so wherever you stay you’re unlikely to be very far from the action

I've read many of the vastly conflicting reviews of the Vista on this site and am frankly puzzled by the intensity of the some of the negative reviews

It is a very pleasant 7 mins or so walk to the beach. The taxi ride from the airport took about 5 minutes. The walk to the airport is about 20-25 minutes
