A great hotel that feels premium in every way. Good food, nice rooms, phenomenal pool. The location is right on the beach and next to the promenade

The pool has 3 pools with waterfalls and rock formations that make for a unique swimming experience

People were smoking (!) freely at the pool (which is illegal btw), playing loud music from their own speakers (and no one from the pool team said anything) and bringing lots of home brought alcohol bottles and even McDonald's deliveries (!) to the pool side

We stayed for a long weekend, and were totally surprised to find out that although it is the premium class of Isrotel, it looks like it needs renovation and what was even worst was the service and lack of order in the pool

In order to enjoy some quiet mornings and evenings, it is advisable to request the eastern wing of the hotel (preferably rooms X01-X24), as the western wing is noisy starting at 7 am due to maintenance work

We reported that to the front desk at check out day - and the official response "Yes, we know yesterday was hectic at the pool". Needless to say - same thing happened at the pool on the day of check out

Really love this hotel. Been there 3 times and would love to come back. The pool replaces the sand of the sea. for children there are excellent water slide. Rooms on the first floor with pool access

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Royal Garden during. The service was impeccable, the food was of high standard, with a generous variation of dishes, salads and desserts

The pool was gorgeous, spacious and although the hotel was fully booked, we didn’t feel it. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Everything was great except for the fact that the floor of the room was dirty

Video games rooms where your kid will be stuck forever! I've even get balcony to my smoking ;) They have WOW show where you could enjoy magicians, acrobats, clowns etc all in one

It wasn’t cleaned when we received our room on the first day and it continued this way throughout our stay. Besides this issue, the rest was just perfect

The hotel staff is amazing and very caring people. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner and of course the sea and the beach and the little coral reef near the hotel

Its a bit old and need maintenance but the great location in the center of the center make up for it. The food is good minus, the pool is nice and the beach across the street is the best part

the hotel is couple of minutes walking to a mall , and they have nice private area in the beach just for the hotel guest with shade area

The room is very clean, beautiful, at the pool every few minutes a lifeguard makes a circle around the pool area of the sun loungers and removes garbage, the staff is friendly and answers all questions, at 12:00 the kitchen at the pools opens, you can order schnitzel, hamburgers, chips, water for all tastes, there is ice on the pool, glasses, cooler

Could improve the access to games in the gaming room, controls for the AC systems and non-electric games available. But on the whole a great family experience

The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily also. The room was spacious enough although the bathroom could have done with some renovation

I had a very comfortable stay at the red sea hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and tasty, something to suit all tastes

The breakfast was surprisingly good 😋. After two nights here I can say that there are quiet nights here, and Very noisy ones, with teenagers shouting very late at night - the acoustics is a nightmare

Big comfortable bad, good shower if you don't mind stepping on a too long curtain shower - the place is full of these small annoying things. It's much much better than staying in a tent

The interior design is brought straight from the 70s. Considering the price - it's not as bad as we expected

Location wise it is also good, close to the beach. Parking can be a nightmare! Even if you're a guest of the hotel, most of the days we didn't have a spot in the garage or outside of the hotel

Very comfy hotel for parents with kids, a lot of entertainment for children, Lady at reception Katalia made our check in amazing, very professional and caring attitude, after her wonderful job I couldn't think of any complaints

Other than that all great, there was a little kitchen too, so you can do basic stuff. Breakfast was fantastic and we saw many events were organized, like live music, children shows, etc

Good hotel in a good location, and good pools, However, the check-in is very late. Begin only at 16:00 and we got the room only at 17:00 without any regret from the reception

Overall , the reception stuff gives you the feeling that if you don't like the hotel, don't come back. And our room was facing pubs and restaurants area and it was very loud

The hotel was very child friendly, giving out balloons and they even have a kids room for them to play in. The hotel is in a prime location, right by promenade, close to beach and very near the shopping centre

He speaks many languages as well and can support different topic of conversation with guests. At the same time, he knows how to find necessary worlds to your child🙏

I saw how she helped the guests in the breakfast room. There are spa, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and so helpful. There was a problem when we were in VIP lounge. The coffee machine was stop working

We had an amazing time here as a family. They're really welcoming and have amazing service. Everything in breakfast was delicious and it was very clean, they always made sure to clean up any dirt at all

Another good thing about the hotel is that it has a private beach (the hotel also has a pool, gym and spa) Now the room, we ordered a couple of suites

The pool is very nice with a great view of the red sea. The rooms were exceptionally large and clean. Some rooms are a little old in terms of furnishings. But the size and cleanliness of the rooms compensates for that

But again: the large and well prepared food compensated for that. We were on another trip right across the street at the Clup Hotel. You can't compare these two hotels. Aria is certainly twice as nice and much better

Great food!!! solves one of the biggest dilemmas: sea or pool. Sea shore equipped with peer, so there is no need for awkward entrance. Food and beer is available for purchase at the pool area if you have munch

If you are looking for something critical: In the dining room, the staff was probably a bit overwhelmed. It made the impression that after Covid they didn't find good staff in the dining area of the hotel

They were clean, big (compared to the other types of rooms), and came with a balcony that has an amazing view. Now the breakfast was nice, had a lot of options. Cereals, salads, cheeses, and more

The rooms were more than amazing and we got them super clean and beautiful with a great view. The location is close to malls and to the beach and you can get easily by walking to any attraction you'd like

Everytime we come to eilat, this hotel building always standout among all the hotel buildings around. Very attractive and Beautiful building. My dream come true, we celebrate our anniversary in sheba hotel for 3 nights

So huge bed room they gave us, The breakfast plenty of choices of food , same as the dinner. They have tasty choices of food. Very clean and organized hotel, even have private parking for the guess inside the hotel

We went to the hotel for our Summer Vacation. The staff was patient, pleasant and willing to help, despite the huge amount of visitors. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped with a great view to the promenade

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during September 2021. The location was perfect, just at the middle of the beach walk, and the parking lot was free for guests. The "Junior" room was nice and very big

It’s located in the best spot on the promenade walk way and directly on the beach. The ocean is so refreshing you have to go in and it’s very clean

This large resort is perfect with incredible balcony views of the Red Sea and beach area

A magical stay made even greater thanks to the staff who want you to have a great holiday, we stayed for shabbat in the boutique , the room was spacious and had a great view to our surprise we were left with some gifts waiting for us in the room (wine, popcorn, chocolat and a plate of fruite) which was really kind of them to do ,the food on friday night was superb, and the breakfast had everything...

The facility and room was amazing , you feel you stay at the place (I assume this is the reason for the name of the hotel 😀) But the most experienced we had was from the service we received from the front desk manager Ms Anna

She simply amazing lady that know how to take care of her customers and guests. From the moment we reach the hotel till we left she took care of us make our time to be like in a dream. This makes our time like in Eden

On arrival at the hotel got two large rooms with a wonderful view from the window with a balcony. The spa is amazing, you can really relax and have a great time, the breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice

Decent 3-4 star all inclusve hotel. Beach view is great, pool bar was also nice. The food is actually pretty good, and it has a rather good location. Recently furnished as well. I'd recommand it for a relaxing vacation.

They had me in a room by 9 AND found me where I was hanging out in the far corner of the lobby to let me know. With early morning adventures the next two days, are used their breakfast boxes

Wonderful service, comfortable and warm (albeit older) rooms. Front desk and service personnel were very courteous and professional. Executive Lounge food and staff were very pampering

The only problem is the parking, it'll likely always be full in the hotel parking lots, but on the street there's always room nearby and the price for a whole day is reasonable

Outstanding amount of food… And very delicious too. Way more than I could ever eat. I never ate during the breakfast service, but saw it the first day when I got some coffee

The stuff was friendly and helpful, parking was busy, but I was able to find a spot every day, so no complaints about that. The shower was good, hot water is fine. Beds are good, and everything is clean and nice

The major downside as mentioned is the waiting line in the morning for the breakfast, we waited on average around 30 minutes every day just to get in, one day it was 45 minutes on the clock, this is insane

We even got some complementary ferrero roshe chokolads and water upon arrival in the room. So good overall stay, but each hotel has downsides, the morning wait is this hotel's one

I don't remember that I had something like that in a last decade. Other than that, the music theme is weakly developed, mostly in the wallpapers, and several museum like shelves

No thermostats in the room, that means you are the thermostat, turning on and off the conditioner, and getting cold in the night

Good value for the money we paid as a group. Lots of small things need fixing up - like having chipped crockery on the tables. The prayer room still had crumbs on the counter for more than a week

Overall the place will need a revamp for when tourist season kicks off again. The 1 movie channel had no sound which was not alright

Rooms are OK, stuff is very helpful, food was good, poll is great, the private beach is renovated but looks like a good place to seat. Children will love this hotel. Plenty of parking in the hotel or across the street

Private beach with seating options and a bar kiosk near by is convenient. Highly recommend this hotel just try to avoid arriving during public holidays due to the popularity of the place

You can go there without being postojala hotels, 90 NIS for the whole day or 50 NIS from 17:00 to 20:00. Towels in place, with you should take a Hairdryer and all sorts of body scrubs with the washcloth

I stayed in this hotel for A few days, while the hotel can use a face lift the service kindness and generosity of the staff more than made up for it. This is by far the best service I’ve ever received in this country

Accept only fully vaccinated people. Only negative thing we had here was the safe under the sink and very difficult to access. Would definitely stay there again. I'd recommend their restaurant too

A hotel with beautiful suites, an excellent spa, excellent food and the best service you will meet. It is highly recommended to have a romantic vacation or simply to rest and feel good

The only problems I found were that the safe was too small for my laptop and the fridge has no freezer (however the restaurant agreed to keep my frozen items in their freezer)

The hotel is after renovation, is located close to the sea. Comfortable, quiet, in the evening live music. The rooms are comfortable, staff are unobtrusive.We all liked it. Ate in the hotel and also satisfied.

The shower was missing the pull and push lever for water it was hard to turn on the shower that i broke half of my nail blood everywhere. We didnt have enough towels or even face towels

Amazing,relaxing place little bit outside of Eilat,but great public transport options. It is very peaceful place,in a beautiful location. The staff is very friendly,nice,place is super clean

I keep hearing is culture thats how it is, but on the contrary its a TOURIST place they should be more accommodating that people expect TOP service. NEEDS BETTER TRAINING to treat and great customers to rude

The facilities for kids were awesome, pool, gaming room, ping pong, tabletop football and more. Will definitely coming back next year

Small apartments hotel where you have a small kitchen to cook your own meals by yourself. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The location is just 5 minutes from the shore and from the ice mall.

A 3 stars hotel, which basically means small and simple rooms and no breakfast. But it's still an Isrotel hotel which means that everything is clean and tidy and the service is great

They provided pool toys for my sons as well! The riviera hotel is right in the heart of the Center of Eilat, close to the ice mall (2m walk away), all well as other stores and malls along the beautiful pier

The room is comfortable, spacious, and the bed is huge and comfortable. The shower is clean and inviting, toiletries and towels included. The room has a small safe that can fit a small laptop

The balcony is excellent in winter time, in summer one can probably melt there. The staff is very service oriented especially the dining room personnel. We are a vegan couple and Helena the Chef took special care of us

Not as many varieties as other hotels I’ve been to, but it’s all clean and tasty. For lunch we bought food from the pool kitchen (or whatever it’s called). Meals are big, we ended up buying a meal for each two of us

I’ve been to this hotel under the previous name (Crown Plaza) and back then I had a bad experience. So walking into it again under the new name I had my doubts. Turns out new management made a huge difference

Our children were able to spend some time in the play room, coloring, putting together puzzles etc. and there’s a gaming room with a few Playsations setup full of games. Breakfast and dinner were good too

The staff was friendly (not common here) and very helpful. And there was always someone making sure even the glass in the elevators was shiny at all times

The dinner was delicius and the chef, saw the kids loved a dessert from the night before, he brought us some, without even asking

Service in my opinion was mediocre, however I do not know what Israeli customer service usually lookes like. Long waiting times at the reception. They gave us a room with one bed, but we had booked a room with two beds

the pool is large and clean, and the lifeguard does his job very well, and is very attentive to children. the very kind cleaning lady asked me several times if we needed towels or anything else

The food was also quite good and there was always water available which was great. However, we did encounter a problem with Mosquitos during our stay which could be bothersome for those who are sensitive to them

and for this minor inconvenience, the staff provided us with a little bottle of wine and chocolates. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room spacy and clean, the breakfast very nice

The beach of the hotel is clean have a open bar for drinks and snacks and it is close to the big coral with a lit of fish and sea life to see! The pool is not huge bug enough, and the water temperature is perfect

But the best thing about this hotel is definitely the service! From the arrival at the front desk, the children entertainment team, the restaurant staff, the cleaning service: everyone was nice, helpful, friendly and pleasant
