Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat. Good hotel in a good location, and good pools, However, the check-in is very late. Begin only at 16:00 and we got the room only at 17:00 without any regret from the reception. It was nothing short of an excellent holiday. We've been treated well by staff members, and all our requests were answered. Design of the restaurant needs to be changed already specially on the first floor and the lobby is the same. Beautiful hotel by Isrotel with an amazing staff and great services. Food was amazing, pools were clean and nice. We took a garden room for our family which had a stunning view and a balcony with a pampering jacuzzi :) I was truely suprised by the whole stay. A great experience for a summer holiday !

An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.

The pool and dinner at the hotel are really nice. Aviv the receptionist disrespects the guests, screwed up all our dinner plans, made promises and didn't keep them, if you have the option go to other representatives and avoid her do that! This is our no. 1 favorite hotel in Israel. Lovely comfy big rooms. We take the mini suite which has a very large living room lots kitchenette equipped with an office fridge under the counter, kettle and microwave and sink. A beautiful hotel with lots of tasty food and big, comfortable rooms. Our 2+2 room had a separate children's unit, our bedroom, a big living room and a nice kitchen with you'll need. It included 2 bathrooms and 3 TVs. Swimming pool is a masterpiece. It is located very close to the pier where you can buy a ticket to the sea trip on a glass bottomed ship.

We were there for a 2 nights weekend, all-inclusive, all gluten free for the entire stay. It was organized with the celiac rights organization. It was so good we went out of the hotel only once for a couple of hours just to stretch our legs. All the rest of the time we were enjoying the facilities and activities the hotel has to offer. We chose an "on the water" room, and it was absolutely amazing — stepping straight into the pool from our terrace and swimming right back to our room made us feel like we were in paradise. Service was just ok, nothing they do goes the extra step. Rooms have an issue with no outlets by the beds. Grounds are by far the nicest I've seen in all my travels. Location is great as it's not on the water but it's really close. It's near the ice mall.

Great place to sleep, good food, but it's quite far away from the main city. The reason to come sleep here is if you want to dive as there are multiple nearby diving clubs, and even one connected directly to the hotel.

The room is very clean, beautiful, at the pool every few minutes a lifeguard makes a circle around the pool area of the sun loungers and removes garbage, the staff is friendly and answers all questions, at 12:00 the kitchen at the pools opens, you can order schnitzel, hamburgers, chips, water for all tastes, there is ice on the pool, glasses, cooler. Amazing staff support when my bus I had me arrive at the hotel at 6 AM. But check in wasn’t officially until 3 PM. We arrived for our honey moon, all our wishes and requests fulfilled. We even got as a gesture better room than we ordered, with jacuzzi and larger balcony. The hotel is in perfect location, near the largest mall in Eilat and right by the the center of Eilat. The breakfast was great, with a great variety of food and dishes. Rooms very clean and cleaned On a daily basis with clean towels. Cleaning staff and waitressing staff very pleasant. Breakfast lots to choose from and the freshly made omelette are gorgeous. Tables cleaned quickly. We didn’t use the pool area as we ventured out to the different beaches.

We will never come back to this hotel. These are the reasons why. - Location - far away from the seaside, so many garbage outside. - Parking - far away from the suites. - Overcrowded on weekends. - Dark public spaces (lobby, dinning area, bar, etc.) - Tiny gym. - Messy rooms (one day our room wasn't cleaned at all, fresh towels and toilet paper!!! were lack). - TV did not work. - Queue to the dining...

The hotel is very unusual and authentic comparing to "average all inclusive for families with kids". The suites are great, comfortable and authentic. You have both a nice swimming pools inside the hotel, and free entrance to Water attractions park outside. The food is cool, they somehow manage to make meals "thematic". Just for example, by arrival we had a dinner with dishes reminding "fast food chains...

The food wasn’t the best, but aside from that it was a great stay. I would go there again, and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

A perfect place for families, a high-level all-inclusive hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained, Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and more. the food is varied, fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Highly recommended.

Came yesterday to this hotel, at noon. At the reception desk which was separated for regular guests and others, we were welcomed by someone whose name is Racheli, and later we found out she's the CEO here.
