Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat. Good hotel in a good location, and good pools, However, the check-in is very late. Begin only at 16:00 and we got the room only at 17:00 without any regret from the reception. It was nothing short of an excellent holiday. We've been treated well by staff members, and all our requests were answered. Food was very good and the atmosphere was absolutely family friendly and overall fantastic. Nice environment, nice view from the rooms, i love this place ! But every year i feel the same thing, the rooms need to be cleaner ! Design of the restaurant needs to be changed already specially on the first floor and the lobby is the same. Beautiful hotel by Isrotel with an amazing staff and great services. Food was amazing, pools were clean and nice. We took a garden room for our family which had a stunning view and a balcony with a pampering jacuzzi :) I was truely suprised by the whole stay. A great experience for a summer holiday !

An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.

The pool and dinner at the hotel are really nice. Aviv the receptionist disrespects the guests, screwed up all our dinner plans, made promises and didn't keep them, if you have the option go to other representatives and avoid her do that! This is our no. 1 favorite hotel in Israel. Lovely comfy big rooms. We take the mini suite which has a very large living room lots kitchenette equipped with an office fridge under the counter, kettle and microwave and sink. The hotel domestic service is fantastic and they are very responsive. Cleanliness is top notch! And the breakfast is second to none in Eilat!!

We booked a double massage at the Esprit Spa to celebrate my birthday. Overall clean, nice atmosphere, jacuzzi and sauna and some healthy snacks at the guest's disposal. The massagist spoiled the massage by doing fast strokes and movements. I don't know if that's how it's supposed be, but I found it less relaxing. More like a sports massage. Great place to sleep, good food, but it's quite far away from the main city. The reason to come sleep here is if you want to dive as there are multiple nearby diving clubs, and even one connected directly to the hotel.

The room is very clean, beautiful, at the pool every few minutes a lifeguard makes a circle around the pool area of the sun loungers and removes garbage, the staff is friendly and answers all questions, at 12:00 the kitchen at the pools opens, you can order schnitzel, hamburgers, chips, water for all tastes, there is ice on the pool, glasses, cooler. I'll go to dinner and write later.

The room has a Nespresso machine with five capsules given in the first day. What they don't tell you is that there is no refill for the capsules and they won't even sell them to you... The experience was great, location is crazy good! But what struck me the most was how well we were treated at the front desk! Issam Habash greeted us and welcomed us with open arms into the hotel! Amazing staff support when my bus I had me arrive at the hotel at 6 AM. But check in wasn’t officially until 3 PM. They had me in a room by 9 AND found me where I was hanging out in the far corner of the lobby to let me know. With early morning adventures the next two days, are used their breakfast boxes. We were there for a 2 nights weekend, all-inclusive, all gluten free for the entire stay. It was organized with the celiac rights organization. We arrived for our honey moon, all our wishes and requests fulfilled. We even got as a gesture better room than we ordered, with jacuzzi and larger balcony. The hotel is in perfect location, near the largest mall in Eilat and right by the the center of Eilat. The breakfast was great, with a great variety of food and dishes. I would definitely recommend a stay in the hotel and will be back for a visit

Rooms very clean and cleaned On a daily basis with clean towels. Cleaning staff and waitressing staff very pleasant. Breakfast lots to choose from and the freshly made omelette are gorgeous. Tables cleaned quickly. We didn’t use the pool area as we ventured out to the different beaches.

We are not "hotel experts", as we're usually using cheaper private rents, but we really liked this hotel. It was clean, the service throughout our stay was friendly and helpful.
