Enjoyed the hotel room very cooperative and polite staff. Located in a good place on the main walking riviera of Eilat with pool and exit to the beach. Dining room quite with good food

close to the sea, to all stores, and shopping mall, big swimming pool, great spa been there, was great, will come again for sure, soon

Its a bit old and need maintenance but the great location in the center of the center make up for it. The food is good minus, the pool is nice and the beach across the street is the best part

We loved every thing, starts from the best service ever in Eilat, they realy made us feel taking care off, every day treated us with some kind of sweets, wine, baverege, upgraded our room to a bigger one, had even an hot tub, didnt want to leave the room, the hotel have a privet beach, no charge too

The hotel staff is amazing and very caring people. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner and of course the sea and the beach and the little coral reef near the hotel

The hotel has been renovated and it's a good thing, the renovation is very beautiful and luxurious. It's strange that Isrotel put it in the regular collection and not the exclusive Collection

We took a garden room for our family which had a stunning view and a balcony with a pampering jacuzzi :) I was truely suprised by the whole stay. A great experience for a summer holiday !

For starters Ahuva the hotel manager is one of the nicest people we ever met. she bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. The hotel was great, the food was great, the pools were clean and awesome

We take the mini suite which has a very large living room lots kitchenette equipped with an office fridge under the counter, kettle and microwave and sink

So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking

It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around

Rooms, aircon, service, pool, beach access, pool bar, pool seating. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Even though we were a full house, the seating was spacious and did not feel crowded

Close to the sea and shopping centers. The staff helps with every request. When the hotel is busy there is a parking problem but they find a solution nearby. Bathrooms with all the amenities

We had a great vacation during Passover. Perfect with kids, many activities for all ages. Food is delicious and high quality, swimming pool is lovely and rooms are comfy.

I come for a 2 days holiday with my son. In our room, we find cockroach They came to pick up the dirty towels, but they never left new one. The sun bed mattresses was so dirty that it was disgusting to lay down on them

Rooms are a little outdated and eclectic, and the location is a little too far from everywhere (except the undersea observatory). To it's credit the hotel is a fun place to hang out, with decent food and nice amenities

This is our third time visit to this hotel which we are very happy every time from the service which have from this hotel

It is very close to scuba diving clubs,Coral beach,Princess beach

This visit the service was full and we want to thank the ochrid team shada and yakov from the reception for their kidness and good welcoming and service which we got from them they are presenting the hotel in a excellent manner

Deserves a way better rating. I felt like I’m relaxing in Thailand. It’s nice it’s a 10min drive to center, it’s quiet and they provide bikes for free. Thank you to Patricia who was very helpful and kind.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent food, everything in the dining room is delicious, this is not the first time I've been to this hotel, and I've been to other hotels in Eilat, I like to return to this specific hotel, a month ago I was with my family at Herods, during the Sukkot holiday, Dan Panorama is in no way inferior to the hotels that are considered more luxurious in Eilat

From the dining room, Javor, who passed by every few minutes and asked if everything was okay and if they needed anything, is fun to stay at hotels as a member of the network

He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left

The hotel is not on the beach but the pool area is nice and the breakfast buffet abundant

Absolutely amazing resort! Rooms were spacious, the pools were lots of fun, and the food was delicious! The only downside was that it was crowded when I was there, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

The pool looks beautiful but the water is cold, and there is only one big slide. Children's entertainments are rudimentary. Overall I've stayed in much better

Then we moved on to the bar in the middle of the pool, but they also didn't have any sparkling wine. We then asked for the tap beer but it was empty

Then some employee got wind of us looking for something to toast, and he said they would have at the breakfast restaurant, and said he would bring us, no problem, but he never came back and we just sat there 40min with nothing to drink

Food was tasty but the waiter wasn't in the best mood, and when asked for champagne or anything fizzy to toast, he said he didn't have anything but I could have a red wine (which I found was an unrelated suggestion)

Good location but not the standard I hoped for from a 5* family resort. The room is good, but the fold out bed for the kids is small and uncomfortable. There's no bottled water in the room which feels cheap

Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.

it's an older hotel but it's super nice and fun and free. great stay away from all the busy hotel *****. feels very much like a vacation

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and it was better than I expected. The room was big and very clean, with a sofa, a coffee table, and a balcony with a view of the pool

Alexander was very helpful with that move. We had to pay the difference but we really needed a more quiet experience even though the RB is not all inclusive. I guess you’ll hear from us about how that went

It’s probably nice in summer and spring. Rooms: rooms are reasonably clean, furniture consistent with a 3. We got a nice room with a decent view, although what you see is the canal that leads to the wharf

Parking: you have to fight for a space or become Igor’s friend. Location: access to the wharf is a 10 minute walk, so it’s not so bad. At the end we requested to spent the last 4 days at the Royal Beach from isrotel

Nice hotel near the beach. Google service. Nice pool. Downside : 8:00 am you wake up with music whether you want or not.

We arrived late but soon they were so hospitable and upgraded our room (1st floor fully refurbished) - the cleanliness and shower is exceptional and the breakfast is all we needed for the entire day with everything you can think of and if you like bufet dinners they have the best but expensive if you don’t order ahead with your room

If you have a car you can eat dinners very good and cheap in eilat. The snorkeling and if you want scuba is the best in this area apart from we hear in Egypt but you can’t take rental cars out of Israel

And the garden surrounding it is gorgeous, a wonderful lawn, plenty space to seat and have drinks, but only accessible during pool opening time, which made the facilities unusable

Note to mgmt : 08h00 to 17h00 is the norm in other local hotels, and keeping the lawn accessible after pool closure (you already surround the pool with a separate fence after closure) should be enabled, except the lobby there arw no other place where to seat

Another con is the pool, it has the weirdest opening time, 09h15 to 15h45, considering that the sun is well up by 7 am, that local lifeguards are using the facility daily to train by that time, and sunset was 17h00 after Winter tike change during that weekend

I havevto saybthat my last visit to leonardo dead sea was a nightmare. I gave a chance now because my friend advised me this hotel. 2+1kid BB Hotel has good pool and beach Breakfast very medium

Herods Palace is one of the hotels that truly deseves the rating. The stuff is welcoming, perfect hospitality, great food, awsome. pool, excelent service and tidy rooms

Great place to sleep, good food, but it's quite far away from the main city. The reason to come sleep here is if you want to dive as there are multiple nearby diving clubs, and even one connected directly to the hotel.

Great showers! Good and abundant breakfast with decent variety. Friday night Shabbat dinner was very generous with lots of food. A few minute walk to beach and promenade

Above expectations for the price and level. My son was injured and they came every day to take care the injured. the breakfast was also fine and the holiday dinner was also nice. Room we got was nice and renovated

Our stay at the Caesar Premier Eilat Hotel was amazing in every way. The location is perfect close to the beach and boardwalk. The rooms were clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed

Staff is very nice and accommodating, and willing to help out on most any issue. We were on 4th floor with view both to pool and the Gulf of Eilat which was very nice

Then they gave us a new room which was a bit more "worn" and that also had just one bed. After going down a third time to the reception, they said they forgot to tell us that we have to split the bed and sent someone up

the pool is large and clean, and the lifeguard does his job very well, and is very attentive to children. the very kind cleaning lady asked me several times if we needed towels or anything else

The slit bed was so small for one person that you almost fall off the sides. Otherwise I was happy with the food (breakfast and dinner). Didn't use the pool or gym though so can't say anything about that

The food was also quite good and there was always water available which was great. However, we did encounter a problem with Mosquitos during our stay which could be bothersome for those who are sensitive to them

and for this minor inconvenience, the staff provided us with a little bottle of wine and chocolates. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room spacy and clean, the breakfast very nice

We got an upgrade(no added charges) to a room with a garden patio. There was a very minor technical issue with the door and the bathroom, which was dealt with swiftly and efficiently

If nothing else, there are a swimming pool and a sauna where you can relax a bit. Virtually in the center and 5 minutes from the seafront

We were in room 307 with a walk-in shower. I felt that a handle for holding on safely while showering was missing.

It's a bit of a shame that they use disposable cups and spoons (much nicer to drink from a regular cup). The pool is nice, but here too the lack of maintenance and the feeling of lack of cleanliness are noticeable

The room was big and stands to our expectations. The pool area is very well styled but the pool is a bitt small i think. The hotel is cleand and nicely styled, it was resently renovated

We were in the hotel, in two rooms, the rooms were all of reasonable size, and well equipped, unfortunately the level of cleanliness was low, and the maintenance was in a less good condition, lots of rust in the shower, the toilet didn't work well, the air conditioner was noisy and although the staff was very nice and came to us every time we called them, they didn't have much to do

The breakfast is good and there are plenty of choices we enjoyed. As for the parking, its a bitt difficult tofind a parking space and the officers are giving parking tickets if you park on the forbiden spots

Malls, beaches- Red Sea , boat rides, Eilat stone…

Hotel accommodations were average. Food was good, buffet provided many options…but did not spend a lot of time there as there was much to see and do around the city from sightseeing to shopping

We had such a lovely experience at the Dan Neptune. The hotel was lovely and staff were absolutely amazing- very friendly and helpful

There is a large swimming pool and private beach below. Because the Red Sea beach was really bumpy, we finally chose to swim in the hotel pool
