Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat

This hotel has nice rooms, cleaned every day, in the bath, there are shampoo, gel, body cream. On site there is a heated pool. Every night champagne and night of music

central place , next to the beach, mall and bars. Service and attitude at SPA absolutely Negative and not Helpful

Location wise it is also good, close to the beach. Parking can be a nightmare! Even if you're a guest of the hotel, most of the days we didn't have a spot in the garage or outside of the hotel

Good hotel in a good location, and good pools, However, the check-in is very late. Begin only at 16:00 and we got the room only at 17:00 without any regret from the reception

Very comfy hotel for parents with kids, a lot of entertainment for children, Lady at reception Katalia made our check in amazing, very professional and caring attitude, after her wonderful job I couldn't think of any complaints

The pool is very nice with a great view of the red sea. The rooms were exceptionally large and clean. Some rooms are a little old in terms of furnishings. But the size and cleanliness of the rooms compensates for that

Another good thing about the hotel is that it has a private beach (the hotel also has a pool, gym and spa) Now the room, we ordered a couple of suites

Great food!!! solves one of the biggest dilemmas: sea or pool. Sea shore equipped with peer, so there is no need for awkward entrance. Food and beer is available for purchase at the pool area if you have munch

But again: the large and well prepared food compensated for that. We were on another trip right across the street at the Clup Hotel. You can't compare these two hotels. Aria is certainly twice as nice and much better

If you are looking for something critical: In the dining room, the staff was probably a bit overwhelmed. It made the impression that after Covid they didn't find good staff in the dining area of the hotel

They were clean, big (compared to the other types of rooms), and came with a balcony that has an amazing view. Now the breakfast was nice, had a lot of options. Cereals, salads, cheeses, and more

Everytime we come to eilat, this hotel building always standout among all the hotel buildings around. Very attractive and Beautiful building. My dream come true, we celebrate our anniversary in sheba hotel for 3 nights

So huge bed room they gave us, The breakfast plenty of choices of food , same as the dinner. They have tasty choices of food. Very clean and organized hotel, even have private parking for the guess inside the hotel

Great hotel! A variety of Breakfast, clean room after repair. The proximity to the sea and shops. In the lobby of the sales office tours.

Really luxurious and you can really see how the staff are trying to get you to have the best experience as possible. Any request that we had was handled and very quickly to our surprise

The dinning room had any thing you could have imagined to eat with a lot of options and even custom made eggs and coffee at breakfast. The pool is beautiful and really fun both for children and for adults

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during September 2021. The location was perfect, just at the middle of the beach walk, and the parking lot was free for guests. The "Junior" room was nice and very big

I saw how she helped the guests in the breakfast room. There are spa, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and so helpful. There was a problem when we were in VIP lounge. The coffee machine was stop working

The hotel was clean, friendly. Amazing breakfast, the buffet had everything you could want. Hotel was close to the beach, the only issue is that it is actually a public beach

The exceptionally good location of the hotel (left the hotel, entered the sea) is known to everyone, everything is also clear about the diversity and attractiveness of the pool, the high mark for cleanliness is also not given in vain

We stayed for a long weekend, and were totally surprised to find out that although it is the premium class of Isrotel, it looks like it needs renovation and what was even worst was the service and lack of order in the pool

People were smoking (!) freely at the pool (which is illegal btw), playing loud music from their own speakers (and no one from the pool team said anything) and bringing lots of home brought alcohol bottles and even McDonald's deliveries (!) to the pool side

This large resort is perfect with incredible balcony views of the Red Sea and beach area

A magical stay made even greater thanks to the staff who want you to have a great holiday, we stayed for shabbat in the boutique , the room was spacious and had a great view to our surprise we were left with some gifts waiting for us in the room (wine, popcorn, chocolat and a plate of fruite) which was really kind of them to do ,the food on friday night was superb, and the breakfast had everything...

The facility and room was amazing , you feel you stay at the place (I assume this is the reason for the name of the hotel 😀) But the most experienced we had was from the service we received from the front desk manager Ms Anna

She simply amazing lady that know how to take care of her customers and guests. From the moment we reach the hotel till we left she took care of us make our time to be like in a dream. This makes our time like in Eden

On arrival at the hotel got two large rooms with a wonderful view from the window with a balcony. The spa is amazing, you can really relax and have a great time, the breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice

Amazing central garden, with many pools - gives you a feeling of an intimate place although there are many rooms. Kids loved the water slides, and we loved the sandy pool

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many tourist attractions, like the beach and shopping centers. I found it easy to move around the city thanks to its location

Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of options to choose from, a large diversified pool area, wine, soft drinks, and fruits in the room

Its a bit old and need maintenance but the great location in the center of the center make up for it. The food is good minus, the pool is nice and the beach across the street is the best part

the hotel is couple of minutes walking to a mall , and they have nice private area in the beach just for the hotel guest with shade area

Decent 3-4 star all inclusve hotel. Beach view is great, pool bar was also nice. The food is actually pretty good, and it has a rather good location. Recently furnished as well. I'd recommand it for a relaxing vacation.

The room is very clean, beautiful, at the pool every few minutes a lifeguard makes a circle around the pool area of the sun loungers and removes garbage, the staff is friendly and answers all questions, at 12:00 the kitchen at the pools opens, you can order schnitzel, hamburgers, chips, water for all tastes, there is ice on the pool, glasses, cooler

Overall a good stay, but be prepared waiting to be seated for breakfast for more than half an hour every morning, no kidding. So the hotel is kids friendly with plenty evening activities

The staff is very kind and hardworking. The hotel is located right in the middle of some of the best attraction sites,e. Aqua Observatory Park, Dolphin Reef,Camel Ranch, and מאי-סי ספורט ימי וסירות VIP אילת

The stuff was friendly and helpful, parking was busy, but I was able to find a spot every day, so no complaints about that. The shower was good, hot water is fine. Beds are good, and everything is clean and nice

The major downside as mentioned is the waiting line in the morning for the breakfast, we waited on average around 30 minutes every day just to get in, one day it was 45 minutes on the clock, this is insane

We even got some complementary ferrero roshe chokolads and water upon arrival in the room. So good overall stay, but each hotel has downsides, the morning wait is this hotel's one

I don't remember that I had something like that in a last decade. Other than that, the music theme is weakly developed, mostly in the wallpapers, and several museum like shelves

There is nothing bad about this hotel. It's quiet, good value for money, has a decent breakfast and the pool is decently sized with lots of seating

And I loved the easy access to both the boardwalk and the beach. A primary bus is at the end of the property and electric scooters are also available to zip around the area

This hotel is great for families. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They have many activities at the pool for kids. The breakfast is has a big selection but the quality remains average

They had me in a room by 9 AND found me where I was hanging out in the far corner of the lobby to let me know. With early morning adventures the next two days, are used their breakfast boxes

the hotel is only 5-10 minutes away from the beach, but remember to bring an additional towel for the beach (as the hotel doesn't provide other than for showering)

Friendly and efficient staff, the hotel is simple but there's a fantastic underground parking for vehicles or motorcycle in my case (didn't want to park my precious machine in the street or in a parking lot) The room was quiet nice with excellent balcony and beautiful view , the room wasn't really clean Breakfast was great and the price was competitive

The rooms were more than adequate, the only problem was the lack of outlets. The view off of the patio in the room was incredible. There is a free- and tasty- 3 meals per day, with a cold water fountain in the lobby

I stayed by myself to rest after long ride and i had a good experience I would come back again but if my woman would join she will probably be nagging about cleaning standards

The beach of the hotel is clean have a open bar for drinks and snacks and it is close to the big coral with a lit of fish and sea life to see! The pool is not huge bug enough, and the water temperature is perfect

Starting from the service, the room, the food, the pool. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It has its own beach and you can reach it from the hotel itself

We liked the food very much - the variety and the taste. Private beach is just a small bridge away. Spa was closed due to Covid-19

Rooms are a little outdated and eclectic, and the location is a little too far from everywhere (except the undersea observatory). To it's credit the hotel is a fun place to hang out, with decent food and nice amenities

Deserves a way better rating. I felt like I’m relaxing in Thailand. It’s nice it’s a 10min drive to center, it’s quiet and they provide bikes for free. Thank you to Patricia who was very helpful and kind.

the pool is large and clean, and the lifeguard does his job very well, and is very attentive to children. the very kind cleaning lady asked me several times if we needed towels or anything else

The slit bed was so small for one person that you almost fall off the sides. Otherwise I was happy with the food (breakfast and dinner). Didn't use the pool or gym though so can't say anything about that

and for this minor inconvenience, the staff provided us with a little bottle of wine and chocolates. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room spacy and clean, the breakfast very nice

We got an upgrade(no added charges) to a room with a garden patio. There was a very minor technical issue with the door and the bathroom, which was dealt with swiftly and efficiently

Then they gave us a new room which was a bit more "worn" and that also had just one bed. After going down a third time to the reception, they said they forgot to tell us that we have to split the bed and sent someone up

The food was also quite good and there was always water available which was great. However, we did encounter a problem with Mosquitos during our stay which could be bothersome for those who are sensitive to them

If nothing else, there are a swimming pool and a sauna where you can relax a bit. Virtually in the center and 5 minutes from the seafront

Hotel located in 10 minutes walk to the main north beaches and promenade. Good breakfasts, helpful staff. You can consider having some dinners too.

Very normal and sufficient hotel if you do not want to spend a lot, but here it's all expensive. Breakfast however abundant and the staff is friendly

It is a large hotel that scores with many little things, such as attentions, which come in the form of letters or small gifts. The pool is very large and the hotel overall is very good

Rooms clean, breakfast unbelievable. And the best of the best is the staff, they do everything to make your stay something to remember

In the evening you hear music form a bar on the beach but not to loud and it stops on time

The pool was lovely, the food was great, the location was great. Also, because it's a Dan hotel, we could attend all the childrens activities happening at the Dan Panorama which was just across the way

Nur, another waiter, was very helpful and pleasant, and I also want to recommend the children's entertainer- Alejandro, who was so talented and did so much to entertain the kids, including acting and art activities

I want to thank to our room attendant, who was so kind and left amazing drawings and beautifully shaped towels in our room! (see in the picture) It warmed our hearts

Standard looking rooms, nothing special (wood & dark carpets that you still can see stains on it). Small but nice swimming pool + one for childrens. Eventually I would consider returning

The room is comfortable, spacious, and the bed is huge and comfortable. The shower is clean and inviting, toiletries and towels included. The room has a small safe that can fit a small laptop

The balcony is excellent in winter time, in summer one can probably melt there. The staff is very service oriented especially the dining room personnel. We are a vegan couple and Helena the Chef took special care of us

I’ve been to this hotel under the previous name (Crown Plaza) and back then I had a bad experience. So walking into it again under the new name I had my doubts. Turns out new management made a huge difference

Not as many varieties as other hotels I’ve been to, but it’s all clean and tasty. For lunch we bought food from the pool kitchen (or whatever it’s called). Meals are big, we ended up buying a meal for each two of us

Our children were able to spend some time in the play room, coloring, putting together puzzles etc. and there’s a gaming room with a few Playsations setup full of games. Breakfast and dinner were good too
