Meisi, the beautiful person who manage the hotel lobby, is a devoted and a loyal employee. She is kind and always helps the customers. The food is really good, the service and the entertainment

Literally, the best all inclusive place in Israel the pool was a little cold and the waterpark and large pool was under construction wasn’t too happy about that but overall, the staff was great and very accommodating

I had a truly memorable stay at Leonardo club in Eilat. While I unfortunately misplaced my wallet during my visit, the staff were incredibly helpful and diligent, and they managed to locate and return it to me

! and if you have young children it is impossible for you to take your child with you on the slide, this is refused so my 4 year old son was not able to go on the slide during the whole stay Regarding the entertainment in the afternoon around the pool the entertainment team offers about 45 minutes of entertainment with the children but nothing exceptional to entertain everyone, no inflatable structure...

We were there for a 2 nights weekend, all-inclusive, all gluten free for the entire stay. It was organized with the celiac rights organization

Great experience in a good location. Very spoiling all-inclusive hotel with good meals and nice in between treats. You can enjoy a good cocktail or coffee on the bar or popsicles and a fresh fruit shake by the pool

Have a lot fun from the hotel, the staff were very kind and help with everything, I like the bar and the bartender make me a special drink that she invented from the staff that were in the bar and make my day, my deal was all included so she did it without me need to pay anything , I also like the food and the relaxing music at the pool

Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.

it's an older hotel but it's super nice and fun and free. great stay away from all the busy hotel *****. feels very much like a vacation

The hotel met our expectations for an inexpensive hotel close to the boardwalk and the guitar festival. The room is cozy and spacious, but the bathroom is small

Cleaning service is on the upper level-during the meals-lots of small children who drop food-there is always someone to take care of the mess,thank you guys! 5 meals -breakfast,dinner,coffee and cake,supper,pizza stand at night,free bar from 9 till 00,entertaining programs for grown ups and kids-so no need of going out in search of fun and food

Super impressive evening shows by a talented and acrobatic team! On top of that, there’s a perfect beach right next to the hotel with a bridge leading straight to it, a big and fun pool (even slightly heated in winter, so the kids really enjoyed it!)

You have both a nice swimming pools inside the hotel, and free entrance to Water attractions park outside. The food is cool, they somehow manage to make meals "thematic"

The hotel is very unusual and authentic comparing to "average all inclusive for families with kids". The suites are great, comfortable and authentic

Came yesterday to this hotel, at noon. At the reception desk which was separated for regular guests and others, we were welcomed by someone whose name is Racheli, and later we found out she's the CEO here

During my visit the dinning room was a bit crowded but the food was well prepared and pleantyful. The room I stayed in was nice and clean. All in all this would be a hotel I would plan to return to in the future

Excellent Service and food. Everyone was friendly and professional. The rooms and furniture are outdated but everything was clean. I would stay here again next time I am in Eilat.

I liked my stay at astral nirvana club. The food was very good, clean and cozy room. Cocktails were delicious, thanks to bartenders Tomer and Ahmad, very nice guys.
