Great experience in a good location. Very spoiling all-inclusive hotel with good meals and nice in between treats. You can enjoy a good cocktail or coffee on the bar or popsicles and a fresh fruit shake by the pool

Have a lot fun from the hotel, the staff were very kind and help with everything, I like the bar and the bartender make me a special drink that she invented from the staff that were in the bar and make my day, my deal was all included so she did it without me need to pay anything , I also like the food and the relaxing music at the pool

The hotel facilities are maintained well. The gym is well equipped and clean. The food is tasty and the dining room is nice 👍

Our room was also not ready until 4pm. The pool and slides were great. There were baby pools and lots to do for everyone. Unfortunately the seating area is not great. There was not nearly enough shade and umbrellas

A lot of the seating areas were very very cramped and not pleasant. And the worst part is that so many of the guests were smoking the whole time (it is illegal and there were "no smoking" signs everywhere)

When we got there, the check-in line was long and slow. They did have treats for the kids but some improvement here would be nice; after a 3 hour drive it's hard to wait another hour in the lobby

Some were obnoxious when I asked to stop. EVEN some of the pool staff members were smoking at the slides right in kids faces!!! (I asked the manager to address the issue, but it didn't help

It was so good we went out of the hotel only once for a couple of hours just to stretch our legs. All the rest of the time we were enjoying the facilities and activities the hotel has to offer

Overall we had an amazing time. The pool area is incredible and the kids had a blast and the food was plentiful, varied, and great

An amazing family vacation! Excellent and abundant food! Free drinks including alcohol, popsicles, slushies, activities for kids and adults – archery, trapeze, a movie with popcorn, kids’ camps that give parents peace and quiet and for the kids - lots of fun

Cleaning service is on the upper level-during the meals-lots of small children who drop food-there is always someone to take care of the mess,thank you guys! Special thanks for a guy who cleaned my room on Shabbat and made the bed-you are awesome an do a great job,cuddos!!!! Some small cons-pillows too soft for my taste-used 2 and still wasnt comfortable enough,no chairs)))We took U family superior

5 meals -breakfast,dinner,coffee and cake,supper,pizza stand at night,free bar from 9 till 00,entertaining programs for grown ups and kids-so no need of going out in search of fun and food

Super impressive evening shows by a talented and acrobatic team! On top of that, there’s a perfect beach right next to the hotel with a bridge leading straight to it, a big and fun pool (even slightly heated in winter, so the kids really enjoyed it!)

We never missed a thing, the staff was everywhere and made sure to keep everything flowing smoothly. Food was diverse and of excellent quality. Didn't expect it to be so good in an all inclusive deal

Rooms are OK, stuff is very helpful, food was good, poll is great, the private beach is renovated but looks like a good place to seat. Children will love this hotel. Plenty of parking in the hotel or across the street

We enjoyed the service very much. There was an attendant who helped us with unloading our luggage at our room. Even if he didn’t understand Hebrew, he understood us and we understood him.

Private beach with seating options and a bar kiosk near by is convenient. Highly recommend this hotel just try to avoid arriving during public holidays due to the popularity of the place

Upon arrival and along our three night stay the hotel was fully booked and packed with families. At first glance it seemed to be out of control but it wasn't

Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat

Overall , the reception stuff gives you the feeling that if you don't like the hotel, don't come back. And our room was facing pubs and restaurants area and it was very loud

Nice environment, nice view from the rooms, i love this place ! But every year i feel the same thing, the rooms need to be cleaner ! Design of the restaurant needs to be changed already specially on the first floor and the lobby is the same

Very comfy hotel for parents with kids, a lot of entertainment for children, Lady at reception Katalia made our check in amazing, very professional and caring attitude, after her wonderful job I couldn't think of any complaints

The hotel has been renovated and it's a good thing, the renovation is very beautiful and luxurious. It's strange that Isrotel put it in the regular collection and not the exclusive Collection

The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. There are no excuses for the total lack of vegetarian options at meals, the lack of parking options (even a shuttle to a remote lot) and the constant noise

We took a garden room for our family which had a stunning view and a balcony with a pampering jacuzzi :) I was truely suprised by the whole stay. A great experience for a summer holiday !

So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking

It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around

We were disappointed to discover that the gym was closed—information that had not been communicated to us in advance. Although the hotel offered access to a gym at a different property, it was located far from our area

I will not repeat the good reviews of others, but I will share my personal experiences. Upon arrival it turned out that I forgot my credit card code

Of course, I had it recorded somewhere, but I did not remember exactly where. My second card had limited credit, so I couldn't check-in with it

Not exactly a complaint but the portion sizes at the poolside bar/restaurant are mad eg the children's burger could probably feed 3 children and the same goes for the chicken tenders

This hotel is the best hotel in Israel and for sure the no 1 in Eilat! We come here every year for the past 31 years from The day it opened! The amazing fact is that the service, food and facilities stay always the same and even improve! The staff are amazing And some of the management and the employees are here from The day it was opened That makes it always like coming back to the family ❤️

Close to the sea and shopping centers. The staff helps with every request. When the hotel is busy there is a parking problem but they find a solution nearby. Bathrooms with all the amenities

Absolutely amazing resort! Rooms were spacious, the pools were lots of fun, and the food was delicious! The only downside was that it was crowded when I was there, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Then some employee got wind of us looking for something to toast, and he said they would have at the breakfast restaurant, and said he would bring us, no problem, but he never came back and we just sat there 40min with nothing to drink

Food was tasty but the waiter wasn't in the best mood, and when asked for champagne or anything fizzy to toast, he said he didn't have anything but I could have a red wine (which I found was an unrelated suggestion)

Good location but not the standard I hoped for from a 5* family resort. The room is good, but the fold out bed for the kids is small and uncomfortable. There's no bottled water in the room which feels cheap

Unfortunately she also had long fingernails which were unpleasant especially during the head- and neck massage. Overall a bummer as this Spa is one of the pricier ones in Eilat

We booked a double massage at the Esprit Spa to celebrate my birthday. Overall clean, nice atmosphere, jacuzzi and sauna and some healthy snacks at the guest's disposal

A magical stay made even greater thanks to the staff who want you to have a great holiday, we stayed for shabbat in the boutique , the room was spacious and had a great view to our surprise we were left with some gifts waiting for us in the room (wine, popcorn, chocolat and a plate of fruite) which was really kind of them to do ,the food on friday night was superb, and the breakfast had everything...

The service is the best but the one time we said that we have a really bad smell in our room they came and said oh wth is that smell and walk awey but when you come to them personally the may give to a better room ill say more 1118 the room that they gave ne after i said that the smell is really bothering me so the 1118 room is the best just try asking for that room

We chose an "on the water" room, and it was absolutely amazing — stepping straight into the pool from our terrace and swimming right back to our room made us feel like we were in paradise

There are gorgeous lounging spots all around the property, and the bar makes a seriously good spicy margarita — hands down the best I’ve had! The music playlist throughout the hotel added a perfect vibe, and we genuinely enjoyed just soaking in the ambiance together

The room is very clean, beautiful, at the pool every few minutes a lifeguard makes a circle around the pool area of the sun loungers and removes garbage, the staff is friendly and answers all questions, at 12:00 the kitchen at the pools opens, you can order schnitzel, hamburgers, chips, water for all tastes, there is ice on the pool, glasses, cooler

I was in the hotel once again, third time this month for business purposes, and again the hotel was amazing, starting from room maintenance and to the food and restaurant and the rich breakfest

We had a room with a bed for children. In the room nice balcony to drink coffee and look at Jordan, Red sea. Use of swimming pool and Spa in any of the hotels - they're 3. The transitions between them comfortable

We stayed at the Astrol Palma from November 2023 for sometime and found the hotel, it's staff and especially the food to be excellent. The food here is better than some of the big hotels in the area

The hotel is in perfect location, near the largest mall in Eilat and right by the the center of Eilat. The breakfast was great, with a great variety of food and dishes

We arrived for our honey moon, all our wishes and requests fulfilled. We even got as a gesture better room than we ordered, with jacuzzi and larger balcony

There is room service in the afternoon if you need extra towels. Odors from the dining room, ventilation needs to be improved. The dining room is not varied and repetitive - probably more oriented towards children

The hotel met our expectations for an inexpensive hotel close to the boardwalk and the guitar festival. The room is cozy and spacious, but the bathroom is small

During my visit the dinning room was a bit crowded but the food was well prepared and pleantyful. The room I stayed in was nice and clean. All in all this would be a hotel I would plan to return to in the future

I liked my stay at astral nirvana club. The food was very good, clean and cozy room. Cocktails were delicious, thanks to bartenders Tomer and Ahmad, very nice guys.

Accept only fully vaccinated people. Only negative thing we had here was the safe under the sink and very difficult to access. Would definitely stay there again. I'd recommend their restaurant too

The only problems I found were that the safe was too small for my laptop and the fridge has no freezer (however the restaurant agreed to keep my frozen items in their freezer)

Food at Lawrence restaurant is really good. The service from all the staff is great

I stayed in this hotel for A few days, while the hotel can use a face lift the service kindness and generosity of the staff more than made up for it. This is by far the best service I’ve ever received in this country

You can go there without being postojala hotels, 90 NIS for the whole day or 50 NIS from 17:00 to 20:00. Towels in place, with you should take a Hairdryer and all sorts of body scrubs with the washcloth

4 pools toddlers, heated, outside. Location is ok - not near the beach but 5 min walk from the beach and mall hayam. Maintenance - can be better but quite enough for me

The kitchen is good,the staff is polite,the Parking lot to find easy. Drawback - far from the sea,on foot will have a hard time

I payed 1500 for night for 2 rooms suite during Pesach holidays (ערב חג) which is a good price
