It was nothing short of an excellent holiday. We've been treated well by staff members, and all our requests were answered. Food was very good and the atmosphere was absolutely family friendly and overall fantastic. Probably had better days! Looks a tired place! Cracked mugs at the breakfast! You need to bag for a green tea! They only offer you a simple black tea! At evening I was feeling sick and they told me not possible to get a green tea only if they charge! Common charge a guest for a simple bag of tea!! My all time favorite hotel. Great location. Great food!!! solves one of the biggest dilemmas: sea or pool. Here you have both. Sea shore equipped with peer, so there is no need for awkward entrance. Food and beer is available for purchase at the pool area if you have munch. Shopping center is few minutes walk. The only downside is parking. It just cannot fit all guests.

Overall the hotel was a 3 star. Reason why is because some of the rooms don’t have any light switch. For example I wanted to take an outfit from my luggage and there was no light in my room so I would have to do everything in the living room because the only light in the living came from the balcony. We were there for a 2 nights weekend, all-inclusive, all gluten free for the entire stay. It was organized with the celiac rights organization. Went with my wife, 6.5yo daughter and 9mo daughter. All included, which isn't much. You can have free drinks of few types including alcoholic beverages, some popsicles, kids activities, pizza of the simplest kind part of the time and 3 meals. In other hotels abroad we also got free snacks, and it cost is about the same for longer period of time.

Great all inclusive resort for the budget conscious vacationers. We had previously been to the Isrotel Lagoona but found out it a bit too small and older. The Sport Club was a nicer choice with great food and amenities. My only issue was that the dining room was a bit more crowded and not always large enough for the number of guests who wanted to use it.

Great place to sleep, good food, but it's quite far away from the main city. The reason to come sleep here is if you want to dive as there are multiple nearby diving clubs, and even one connected directly to the hotel.

The room is very clean, beautiful, at the pool every few minutes a lifeguard makes a circle around the pool area of the sun loungers and removes garbage, the staff is friendly and answers all questions, at 12:00 the kitchen at the pools opens, you can order schnitzel, hamburgers, chips, water for all tastes, there is ice on the pool, glasses, cooler. I just stayed the this hotel in Eilat. Can only say good things about the staff - from check in to checkout all was very nice and pleasant. Amazing staff support when my bus I had me arrive at the hotel at 6 AM. But check in wasn’t officially until 3 PM. They had me in a room by 9 AND found me where I was hanging out in the far corner of the lobby to let me know. With early morning adventures the next two days, are used their breakfast boxes. Wonderful service, comfortable and warm (albeit older) rooms. Very very good location. Front desk and service personnel were very courteous and professional. Executive Lounge food and staff were very pampering. As club members, we received nice complimentary gifts , wine, cake, etc. A very fun weekend for the younger and older crowd. Recommended!

amazing location, didnt have much experience with the service. the rooms are okay but the people and the walls dont help each other- the room next to me was really loud and i heard every conversation; they put their kids in another room and they kids were loud, were banging on the doors and they had all the conversations and arguments in the hallway: horrible.
