A huge hotel, number one for the Israeli travelers, if you want to experience an Israeli atmosphere then this is the right place

Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat

Good hotel in a good location, and good pools, However, the check-in is very late. Begin only at 16:00 and we got the room only at 17:00 without any regret from the reception

It was nothing short of an excellent holiday. We've been treated well by staff members, and all our requests were answered. Food was very good and the atmosphere was absolutely family friendly and overall fantastic

Very comfy hotel for parents with kids, a lot of entertainment for children, Lady at reception Katalia made our check in amazing, very professional and caring attitude, after her wonderful job I couldn't think of any complaints

I do recommend for families to come here, since it's all happening here and parents could enjoy relaxing time. As far as we concern our next holiday will be here again

The hotel has been renovated and it's a good thing, the renovation is very beautiful and luxurious. It's strange that Isrotel put it in the regular collection and not the exclusive Collection

This hotel is the best hotel in Israel and for sure the no 1 in Eilat! We come here every year for the past 31 years from The day it opened! The amazing fact is that the service, food and facilities stay always the same and even improve! The staff are amazing And some of the management and the employees are here from The day it was opened That makes it always like coming back to the family ❤️

Really love this hotel. Been there 3 times and would love to come back. The pool replaces the sand of the sea. for children there are excellent water slide. Rooms on the first floor with pool access

Most of the rooms are refurbished. They are roomy and highly comfortable. The pools area is excellent, catering for all ages

Good location but not the standard I hoped for from a 5* family resort. The room is good, but the fold out bed for the kids is small and uncomfortable. There's no bottled water in the room which feels cheap

Food was tasty but the waiter wasn't in the best mood, and when asked for champagne or anything fizzy to toast, he said he didn't have anything but I could have a red wine (which I found was an unrelated suggestion)

The service is the best but the one time we said that we have a really bad smell in our room they came and said oh wth is that smell and walk awey but when you come to them personally the may give to a better room ill say more 1118 the room that they gave ne after i said that the smell is really bothering me so the 1118 room is the best just try asking for that room

There are gorgeous lounging spots all around the property, and the bar makes a seriously good spicy margarita — hands down the best I’ve had! The music playlist throughout the hotel added a perfect vibe, and we genuinely enjoyed just soaking in the ambiance together

Great place to sleep, good food, but it's quite far away from the main city. The reason to come sleep here is if you want to dive as there are multiple nearby diving clubs, and even one connected directly to the hotel.

I was in the hotel once again, third time this month for business purposes, and again the hotel was amazing, starting from room maintenance and to the food and restaurant and the rich breakfest

So why on earth do you place a coffee machine in each room? Other than that, the food is good and the location is great

We stayed at the Astrol Palma from November 2023 for sometime and found the hotel, it's staff and especially the food to be excellent. The food here is better than some of the big hotels in the area

It's better to sit in the front area. The Pool area is good and comfortable. Good service of ice, towels, and chairs. The hotel is very close to the main promenade of Eilat, Ice Mall and Jambo, all in walking distance

The hotel is in perfect location, near the largest mall in Eilat and right by the the center of Eilat. The breakfast was great, with a great variety of food and dishes

We arrived for our honey moon, all our wishes and requests fulfilled. We even got as a gesture better room than we ordered, with jacuzzi and larger balcony

Room was modern and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good but mostly the same every day. Lunch and dinner always had new and different stands for putting together dishes

It’s probably nice in summer and spring. Rooms: rooms are reasonably clean, furniture consistent with a 3. We got a nice room with a decent view, although what you see is the canal that leads to the wharf

Parking: you have to fight for a space or become Igor’s friend. Location: access to the wharf is a 10 minute walk, so it’s not so bad. At the end we requested to spent the last 4 days at the Royal Beach from isrotel

Staff: Most of the staff is eager to help (perhaps with a few exceptions at the bar, where Valery mistakenly thought that she was the warden of a prison). Veronica on the other hand was just amazing

The food was great with lots of options, including special dishes made by the chef. The service was very friendly and proactive, and the staff even came to our room to check if we needed anything

She helped us with literally every thing we asked and went way beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant. She adds a star or two to this hotel. Pool: was cold enough to keep everyone out

I liked my stay at astral nirvana club. The food was very good, clean and cozy room. Cocktails were delicious, thanks to bartenders Tomer and Ahmad, very nice guys.

If you come to Eilat for diving or for other outdoor activities mostly and just need a place to sleep. Riviera club is a very good option for a reasonable price

This hotel is part of a chain of hotels. It’s not as glamorous as some of it’s “sister” hotels but it is less expensive for those families on a budget. We were greeted by friendly and very helpful Mohammad

There are several different blocks of rooms all adjoining in alphabetical order. The swimming pool is situated in the middle of the hotel buildings

It was well placed in the sun so even in the middle of winter in Eilat, high of 20s, you get beautiful midday sun

Much needed when you come out of their unheated pool but it is very refreshing after sunbathing in the beautiful heat of the sun
