Very good hotel in a great location. It's worthy to book your stay with breakfast. The internet is a bit slow.

Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat

The room we got was super, with a shared balcony. The only thing that was bothering me the lound sound of the AC and if you slept without moving it turned off at one point

Other than that all great, there was a little kitchen too, so you can do basic stuff. Breakfast was fantastic and we saw many events were organized, like live music, children shows, etc

besides, the hotel also has the best gym in the city, a hair salon, and a number of shops That give you everything the traveler needs

Great food!!! solves one of the biggest dilemmas: sea or pool. Sea shore equipped with peer, so there is no need for awkward entrance. Food and beer is available for purchase at the pool area if you have munch

They were clean, big (compared to the other types of rooms), and came with a balcony that has an amazing view. Now the breakfast was nice, had a lot of options. Cereals, salads, cheeses, and more

I can agree with the many positive feedbacks. A very well run hotel, especially at the reception. The front desk manager was an absolute professional and a great hostess

The price was decent, the regular price for 1 night is about 1400 shekels (about 350 usd/euro), a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it

But I'd advice to go to the breakfast early, since the hotel holds a big number of guests

Shopping center is few minutes walk. It just cannot fit all guests

Restaurant compliance with casarita: all served with dignity and at the highest level. The staff is attentive to the guests, absolutely all!

I saw how she helped the guests in the breakfast room. There are spa, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and so helpful. There was a problem when we were in VIP lounge. The coffee machine was stop working

The engineers came immediately and replaced the good one. While waiting they brought us the coffee from the other place. I am so happy to stay in this hotel

The exceptionally good location of the hotel (left the hotel, entered the sea) is known to everyone, everything is also clear about the diversity and attractiveness of the pool, the high mark for cleanliness is also not given in vain

Best hotel in Eilat. Right on the beach. Food is first class; by far better than other hotels. Rooms, lobby and services are great. I am coming back often.

Best service I’ve ever gotten in a hotel

It’s located in the best spot on the promenade walk way and directly on the beach. The ocean is so refreshing you have to go in and it’s very clean

The pool has 3 pools with waterfalls and rock formations that make for a unique swimming experience

The chicken roll could easily be cut in half and still be a very good sized snack. But the quality is always good and I like the electronic paging system

People were smoking (!) freely at the pool (which is illegal btw), playing loud music from their own speakers (and no one from the pool team said anything) and bringing lots of home brought alcohol bottles and even McDonald's deliveries (!) to the pool side

We stayed for a long weekend, and were totally surprised to find out that although it is the premium class of Isrotel, it looks like it needs renovation and what was even worst was the service and lack of order in the pool

We reported that to the front desk at check out day - and the official response "Yes, we know yesterday was hectic at the pool". Needless to say - same thing happened at the pool on the day of check out

Good hotel, but 5 * is not up, furniture progeny cigarettes, there was no soap for hands and others. If you ask all convey. The Breakfast is good, the interior is beautiful.

A magical stay made even greater thanks to the staff who want you to have a great holiday, we stayed for shabbat in the boutique , the room was spacious and had a great view to our surprise we were left with some gifts waiting for us in the room (wine, popcorn, chocolat and a plate of fruite) which was really kind of them to do ,the food on friday night was superb, and the breakfast had everything...

The rooms were very clean, quiet, well stocked and a great view! The food is incredible, the service in the dining hall is amazing and very welcoming people there

The facility and room was amazing , you feel you stay at the place (I assume this is the reason for the name of the hotel 😀) But the most experienced we had was from the service we received from the front desk manager Ms Anna

She simply amazing lady that know how to take care of her customers and guests. From the moment we reach the hotel till we left she took care of us make our time to be like in a dream. This makes our time like in Eden

On arrival at the hotel got two large rooms with a wonderful view from the window with a balcony. The spa is amazing, you can really relax and have a great time, the breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice

Really love this hotel. Been there 3 times and would love to come back. The pool replaces the sand of the sea. for children there are excellent water slide. Rooms on the first floor with pool access

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Royal Garden during. The service was impeccable, the food was of high standard, with a generous variation of dishes, salads and desserts

The pool was gorgeous, spacious and although the hotel was fully booked, we didn’t feel it. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Everything was great except for the fact that the floor of the room was dirty

Had a great vacation. The food is to die for! The sea is nearby. Near the promenade for walking and shops. We liked autumn.

The hotel is in a great location for teens, close to the tayelet and the ice mall. Highly recommended, we hope to return

Great all inclusive resort for the budget conscious vacationers. We had previously been to the Isrotel Lagoona but found out it a bit too small and older. The Sport Club was a nicer choice with great food and amenities

My only issue was that the dining room was a bit more crowded and not always large enough for the number of guests who wanted to use it

The only thing I would love to see from the hotel, to leave a bottle of the water in the room, we came tired and thirsty after the flight and would be nice to have water in the room

the type of personal TC next room and all these people swim with you and not that you're the only one in the pool as we thought!no discrete! Wanted to be together but this is not about this hotel! Also minus the flies that were flying over on the first floor where those who have rooms with pools

Nice welcoming drinks and ice cream at check in. The rooms are clean, decor is modern. The view of the lazy river / pool is beautiful. There is lovely relaxing music around the pool

Great place to sleep, good food, but it's quite far away from the main city. The reason to come sleep here is if you want to dive as there are multiple nearby diving clubs, and even one connected directly to the hotel.

An excellent option for those who value peace and quiet, a crowd-free beach and a swimming pool! Nice rooms, nice staff, and very tasty and varied food! From/to the city center 5-7 minutes by taxi. I recommend

The room is very clean, beautiful, at the pool every few minutes a lifeguard makes a circle around the pool area of the sun loungers and removes garbage, the staff is friendly and answers all questions, at 12:00 the kitchen at the pools opens, you can order schnitzel, hamburgers, chips, water for all tastes, there is ice on the pool, glasses, cooler

Very nice hotel. Not a new one. Great service. Pools, SPA, food all very good. There is access to the beach. The beach is good equipped. There are sunbeds and thatched sunshades included in the price.

I was in the hotel once again, third time this month for business purposes, and again the hotel was amazing, starting from room maintenance and to the food and restaurant and the rich breakfest

We had a room with a bed for children. In the room nice balcony to drink coffee and look at Jordan, Red sea. Use of swimming pool and Spa in any of the hotels - they're 3. The transitions between them comfortable

The food was good as well as the service in the dining room. The public areas are also in good shape. The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the promenade and 5 minutes from the Ice mall

The hotel is a bit small (only 2 floors) so there's only 1 elevator, but the corridors are long. Our room was at the end of the corridor - which was annoying because we had to walk about 2 minutes to get to/from the room

The location is pretty good - a 1 minute walk to the Ice Mall and 5 minutes to the Tayelet (promenade). There's barely any parking offered by the hotel, and surrounding parking is lacking

The hotel feels a bit outdated. The food is OK, but there's no labels on the food plates which is a bit annoying. The standard room is a bit small but comfortable. The shower is inside a tub, and is a bit small too

If you arrive by car, then once you are lucky enough to find parking you should either walk (if it's not too hot) or take a taxi wherever you go

The tub floor is a bit slippery. The ceiling is not too high which could be problematic for tall people standing in the shower

Family holiday Oct 2022 We spent 5 nights in this hotel. It is very clean, the room very nice, well decorated, the room cleaner excellent. The food very good and tasteful with a variety of plates

Great food. Good hotel and service. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The rooms look a little tired and could do with some renovation.

The food was great with lots of options, including special dishes made by the chef. The service was very friendly and proactive, and the staff even came to our room to check if we needed anything

I liked my stay at astral nirvana club. The food was very good, clean and cozy room. Cocktails were delicious, thanks to bartenders Tomer and Ahmad, very nice guys.

During my visit the dinning room was a bit crowded but the food was well prepared and pleantyful. The room I stayed in was nice and clean. All in all this would be a hotel I would plan to return to in the future

If you come to Eilat for diving or for other outdoor activities mostly and just need a place to sleep. Riviera club is a very good option for a reasonable price

This hotel is part of a chain of hotels. It’s not as glamorous as some of it’s “sister” hotels but it is less expensive for those families on a budget. We were greeted by friendly and very helpful Mohammad

The facilities for kids were awesome, pool, gaming room, ping pong, tabletop football and more. Will definitely coming back next year

Small apartments hotel where you have a small kitchen to cook your own meals by yourself. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The location is just 5 minutes from the shore and from the ice mall.

We vistited this hotel at the beginning of May. The staff were great and provide good sevice. The rooms were clean and comfortable

They provided pool toys for my sons as well! The riviera hotel is right in the heart of the Center of Eilat, close to the ice mall (2m walk away), all well as other stores and malls along the beautiful pier

A hotel with beautiful suites, an excellent spa, excellent food and the best service you will meet. It is highly recommended to have a romantic vacation or simply to rest and feel good

I stayed in this hotel for A few days, while the hotel can use a face lift the service kindness and generosity of the staff more than made up for it. This is by far the best service I’ve ever received in this country

Food at Lawrence restaurant is really good. The service from all the staff is great

You can go there without being postojala hotels, 90 NIS for the whole day or 50 NIS from 17:00 to 20:00. Towels in place, with you should take a Hairdryer and all sorts of body scrubs with the washcloth

Accept only fully vaccinated people. Only negative thing we had here was the safe under the sink and very difficult to access. Would definitely stay there again. I'd recommend their restaurant too
