This is an OK hotel. Good location but not the standard I hoped for from a 5* family resort. The room is good, but the fold out bed for the kids is small and uncomfortable. We booked a double massage at the Esprit Spa to celebrate my birthday. Overall clean, nice atmosphere, jacuzzi and sauna and some healthy snacks at the guest's disposal. The massagist spoiled the massage by doing fast strokes and movements. I don't know if that's how it's supposed be, but I found it less relaxing. More like a sports massage. We got an upgrade(no added charges) to a room with a garden patio. There was a very minor technical issue with the door and the bathroom, which was dealt with swiftly and efficiently...and for this minor inconvenience, the staff provided us with a little bottle of wine and chocolates... Stayed here when visiting Israel several years ago. Seemed like a nice hotel. We only spent one night here. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Walking distance to the airport and to the beach in Eilat.

Excellent service. Very good food. Clean. Hand sanitisers everywhere. Keep social distancing. Accept only fully vaccinated people. No children at this hotel. Only negative thing we had here was the safe under the sink and very difficult to access. Would definitely stay there again. I'd recommend their restaurant too. Excellent service there too.

I stayed in this hotel for A few days, while the hotel can use a face lift the service kindness and generosity of the staff more than made up for it. This is by far the best service I’ve ever received in this country. They went above and beyond on every single request! A nice quiet intimate hotel. Food at Lawrence restaurant is really good. The service from all the staff is great. The only problems I found were that the safe was too small for my laptop and the fridge has no freezer (however the restaurant agreed to keep my frozen items in their freezer). Overall I highly recommend.

Nice kibbuts lodging, good kibbuts breakfast. Lovely pool, close to Eilat. The staff we met was very nice and helpful. The room has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and a microwave oven. Towels for the pool are provided. The site itself is very pretty and very well taken care of.

It was nothing short of an excellent holiday. We've been treated well by staff members, and all our requests were answered. Nice environment, nice view from the rooms, i love this place ! But every year i feel the same thing, the rooms need to be cleaner ! Design of the restaurant needs to be changed already specially on the first floor and the lobby is the same. Also the flags in the entrance must be renewed every year, if you can't so don't put them !

I was in the hotel once again, third time this month for business purposes, and again the hotel was amazing, starting from room maintenance and to the food and restaurant and the rich breakfest. The hotel was AMAZING highly recommended.

The service is ok at maximum. I needed to ask for regular items like hand towels, feet towel, bedclothes for four on the first day even though the order was for four. The room has a Nespresso machine with five capsules given in the first day. What they don't tell you is that there is no refill for the capsules and they won't even sell them to you... So why on earth do you place a coffee machine in...

We stayed few days in Avi's apartment in Royal Park. Very nice place to stay. The area is closed and secured. The pool is clean but a bit cold even comparing to a sea water at night. Too bad the pool is opened 9-17 only- the time we were off exploring usually. At night there are many colors around what make this place look amazing!
