Good hotel in a good location, and good pools, However, the check-in is very late. Begin only at 16:00 and we got the room only at 17:00 without any regret from the reception. The hotel was great, The room is really comfortable, for a large balcony and the bed is really comfortable. The food was fine but not of a high standard. The location is central.

It was nothing short of an excellent holiday. We've been treated well by staff members, and all our requests were answered. Food was very good and the atmosphere was absolutely family friendly and overall fantastic. I do recommend for families to come here, since it's all happening here and parents could enjoy relaxing time. As far as we concern our next holiday will be here again. Highly recommended

Nice environment, nice view from the rooms, i love this place ! But every year i feel the same thing, the rooms need to be cleaner ! Design of the restaurant needs to be changed already specially on the first floor and the lobby is the same. Also the flags in the entrance must be renewed every year, if you can't so don't put them !

A beautiful hotel with lots of tasty food and big, comfortable rooms. Our 2+2 room had a separate children's unit, our bedroom, a big living room and a nice kitchen with you'll need. It included 2 bathrooms and 3 TVs. Swimming pool is a masterpiece. It is located very close to the pier where you can buy a ticket to the sea trip on a glass bottomed ship.

The service is ok at maximum. I needed to ask for regular items like hand towels, feet towel, bedclothes for four on the first day even though the order was for four. The room has a Nespresso machine with five capsules given in the first day. What they don't tell you is that there is no refill for the capsules and they won't even sell them to you... So why on earth do you place a coffee machine in...

We are not "hotel experts", as we're usually using cheaper private rents, but we really liked this hotel. It was clean, the service throughout our stay was friendly and helpful. We liked the food very much - the variety and the taste. Private beach is just a small bridge away. Large heated pool. Spa was closed due to Covid-19.

We got an upgrade(no added charges) to a room with a garden patio. There was a very minor technical issue with the door and the bathroom, which was dealt with swiftly and efficiently...and for this minor inconvenience, the staff provided us with a little bottle of wine and chocolates... Excellent service. Very good food. Clean. Hand sanitisers everywhere. Keep social distancing. Accept only fully vaccinated people. No children at this hotel. Only negative thing we had here was the safe under the sink and very difficult to access. Would definitely stay there again. I'd recommend their restaurant too. Excellent service there too.

A nice quiet intimate hotel. Food at Lawrence restaurant is really good. The service from all the staff is great. The only problems I found were that the safe was too small for my laptop and the fridge has no freezer (however the restaurant agreed to keep my frozen items in their freezer). Overall I highly recommend.

Small apartments hotel where you have a small kitchen to cook your own meals by yourself. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The location is just 5 minutes from the shore and from the ice mall.

A 3 stars hotel, which basically means small and simple rooms and no breakfast. But it's still an Isrotel hotel which means that everything is clean and tidy and the service is great. If you come to Eilat for diving or for other outdoor activities mostly and just need a place to sleep. Riviera club is a very good option for a reasonable price.

Great value for money right in the centre of Eilat promenade. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Room can be a bit small. The hotel has a nice pool , there is no breakfast but you can eat at Aroma on the promenaded which is a few minutes walk and open 24 hours.

Nice kibbuts lodging, good kibbuts breakfast. Lovely pool, close to Eilat. The staff we met was very nice and helpful. The room has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and a microwave oven. Towels for the pool are provided. The site itself is very pretty and very well taken care of.

We had a wonderful vacation. Especially nice surprise was the free entry to the pool & water amusement park. The food is good and tasty! Very nice for kids with a lot of activities that were arranged for Lag-Ba-Omer. I highly recommend :)

Good place in Eilat for a stay. Immense value, super cheap prices, I payed only 120 euros a night and I got everything I requested incredibly quickly and efficiently. Beds are comfy and the pool is decently sized. Will come back the next time I book a vacation in Eilat.

Overall very good dormitory, the room is clean, you have alot of room to store your stuff with locked areas, big bathroom. About 15-20 minutes walk to the tourist area, but theres a bus stop nearby as well as a lot of taxi's. They treated me well. Will come again
