It was nothing short of an excellent holiday. We've been treated well by staff members, and all our requests were answered. Nice environment, nice view from the rooms, i love this place ! But every year i feel the same thing, the rooms need to be cleaner ! Design of the restaurant needs to be changed already specially on the first floor and the lobby is the same. Amazing central garden, with many pools - gives you a feeling of an intimate place although there are many rooms. Kids loved the water slides, and we loved the sandy pool. Plus the location is great, right in the center of the promenade (if you like it).

A nice quiet intimate hotel. Food at Lawrence restaurant is really good. The service from all the staff is great. The only problems I found were that the safe was too small for my laptop and the fridge has no freezer (however the restaurant agreed to keep my frozen items in their freezer). Only write about Spa. Very nice, quiet place. You can go there without being postojala hotels, 90 NIS for the whole day or 50 NIS from 17:00 to 20:00. Towels in place, with you should take a Hairdryer and all sorts of body scrubs with the washcloth.

Small apartments hotel where you have a small kitchen to cook your own meals by yourself. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The location is just 5 minutes from the shore and from the ice mall.

A 3 stars hotel, which basically means small and simple rooms and no breakfast. But it's still an Isrotel hotel which means that everything is clean and tidy and the service is great. Great value for money right in the centre of Eilat promenade. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Room can be a bit small. The hotel has a nice pool , there is no breakfast but you can eat at Aroma on the promenaded which is a few minutes walk and open 24 hours.

Stayed here when visiting Israel several years ago. Seemed like a nice hotel. We only spent one night here. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Walking distance to the airport and to the beach in Eilat.

Can be improved. The suite was roomy and mostly clean, a really disgusting stain was on the sofa. While they do allow you to smoke in the balcany, they didn't put ash-tray. The coffe was expired box and the soap is in a dispensenr and not bottled. Overall, if you come with low expectations and the price is low, it should suffice.

My friend and I are staying here and the reception we received was world class. The staff and front desk help, especially Violet, made our stay legendary. A special thanks to Nevo for the great pizza and Orel for the great bar service.

Overall very good dormitory, the room is clean, you have alot of room to store your stuff with locked areas, big bathroom. About 15-20 minutes walk to the tourist area, but theres a bus stop nearby as well as a lot of taxi's. They treated me well. Will come again
