Reviews
From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had entered paradise warm hospitality, stunning rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and breathtaking views.
The main pool is huge and spacious, and during our stay, a live violinist played by the pool soothing music in the water created a magical experience like no other.
The spa is on a whole different level, with Dead Sea pools and sulfur pools (for a small fee) true therapy for the body and soul.
And don’t miss the lounge free-flowing alcohol, snacks all day, and an unbeatable vibe.
And the food... absolutely insane diverse, delicious, and top quality.
Thank you for an exceptional stay. We’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend it to everyone we know
The first night the air conditioning on our floor wasn’t working. The technician came and said everything was ok, yet on their way out we hear them talking about “bypass” which indicated that something isn’t working. A few hours later the air conditioning starts to work. They comped us a little for that first night
Service isn’t great, they knocked on the door at 8:30am for room cleaning which is super early for a vacation and woke some of us up. Also the attitude isn’t very hospitable and a little brusque. We stayed at the Sheraton Tel Aviv prior and the service was much better there.
The property itself is nice. A small gym and nice pool, the hotel isn’t on the beach so you have to walk across a road which isn’t ideal but the private portion of the Dead Sea is nice. Food is good and a nice selection of food.
We ordered the Moav VIP rooms which was an excellent decision, adding a great bonus to our trip. Plus, the swimming pool and spa facilities were top-notch.
Catalogued as a 5 star, but I'd say 4 due to the lack of 5 star elements: no coffee machine, no slippers, no fine dining, no evening turndown, etc.
Overall is a top 4 star hotel.
At the arrival the check in was pleasant and we were helped with luggage.
Our room had a nice view of the sea. The bed was comfortable. Nicely furnished and cleaned throughout the whole hotel. We saw people clean every inch.
We booked with breakfast only and the buffet was absolutely delicious. High quality food with a great selection.
The beach is just across the street. Nevo has the best loungers at the beach, comfortable with umbrellas.
We used the spa and saunas. The heated salt water pool is a great bonus if you don't want to go to the beach. They have a good steam and dry sauna.
At the pool are nice loungers and cabanas with privacy curtains.
Overall we loved our stay and hope to book in the future again.
