First and foremost - the hotel was so clean! The sheets and towels smelled amazing, everything was spotless, the cleaning staff was quick and efficient. The entire staff was extremely friendly and did everything they could to help us with anything we needed. We stayed with a one year old, the hotel provided us with plenty of amenities to make our stay more comfortable. I would recommend to any travelers...

This is an apartment hotel unlike other conventional hotel, as a foreigner I have a sense of being a local staying in an apartment in Tel Aviv. Great location close to the beach. The owner and manager are very helpful and friendly. They are not in the apartment often so the privacy is high. The bed is so great that I could sleep straight through the night. But please remember to bring your own toothbrush...

The apartments are at the level of the price they have. It's not "The Ritz" but then given the prices of hotels in Israel, you certainly sacrifice quality for price when you choose cheaper hotels. Good place, clean and well positioned. Very helpful and nice office staff, with good English. Very close to central bus station and train station, perfect for commuters. The neighborhood is specific, but I wasn’t overwhelmed or felt in danger.

Location amazing. the apartment for my family of 5- amazing! Great kitchen. Great air conditioning. Beds comfortable. Every question I had was answered and every request I made fulfilled- within reason. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Very good location, close to a very vibey area filled with cafes and bars. It is also very close to the beach. The room wasn’t anything special, and quite dark, and the noise from the stairs could become loud, especially in the middle of the night.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at Reines5 in Tel Aviv. The place is located on a Main Street with easy walking access to shopping, dining and the Mediterranean Sea. Amazing location! Restaurants and cafes near by, shopping just a 5min walk, beach 15min walk. Very clean, owners were very responsive and helpful. Only issue - it can be a little loud as it is on a major street. We bought some ear plugs and then were fine. Highly recommend.

We (2 adults) spent 4 nights in this apartment. It was small but the balcony was great. Room was not clean and toilet paper was missing. After we complaint the staff reacted very fast and they were really responsive/helpful and gave us a bottle of wine as a gift which was nice. We had an amazing time in Luka! The location is great, one min out the Carmel market, but in a small side street. The apartment is beautifully decorated and charming design. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely come back!

Very nice apartment in Tel Aviv, close to El Carmel market. Streets are narrow, the neighborhood is horrible, constructions are old and had and evident lack of maintenance. Everything is broken. People are really nice and welcoming. The shops at the market provide authentic local high quality street food. Amazing location location location! Perfect for the tourist/ visitor. The sea and market are within walking distance. Allenby street is a stone throw off and there you can (literally) find all you can ever hope to eat! Yet the hotel manages to be really quiet.

It's in one of the best areas of Tel Aviv,a clean, safe and quiet neighborhood full of beautiful bauhouse architecture houses. The hotel has practically everything but it's dated, the bathroom needs to be renovated. The bed was big and comfortable with soft pillows and very good mattress. The girls at the reception were very helpful, they did more than they had to, made me feel like home. Good value...

It's good value for what you pay. We got the cheapest room for one night and got the basement one. It was ok for a single person or a couple. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom is tiny though and there were some oxidation stains on the floor. If you ask for the cheapest room, that's what you get. It's good value for your money, but don't expect the same as if you had paid for a regular...

Lovely! The location is perfect, just a minute from one of the main streets of Tel Aviv. the apartment we got (the most basic for 2) was lovely and well equipped. Would come back!

Very good location. No private parking. The room is cleaned everyday. Simple kitchen, doesn't have enough utensils but it depends on the need of the residents.

Service Staff. Very Friendly Bedroom and bathroom was clean. Provided with towels, liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper. Kettle, refrigerator (no freezer) and desk in the lobby, free cafe/sugar and Water Cooler Good WiFi signal in the room. Multi Channel TV Quiet hotel well located.

Very Nice staff, very helpful. Rooms have possibility to cook (small kitchen corner with sink, microwave and hotplate). Bathroom is fine, nice shower. Location is at busy region, close to the beach.

Small and simple but very clean rooms in the center of the city for a very reasonable price. Friendly and forthcoming staff. The only minus is that it was quite noisy. Good value for money.

The hotel was nice and clean. Location is really good at the dizengoff street where there is many shops and bars. So staff is realy nice and helpfull. Also it is not so pricy and you get for what you paid for. I would recomend it to young travelers because it is located in one of the realy bussy streets in the day and night.
