During my stay in the hotel in April and August I had terrible experience : 1- i checked in my rooms without towels in the bath room I had to call 4 times to get it 2 - nobody cleaned our rooms the first 2 days 3- i found a weirdo alone drinking his cafe at the deck on the third floor 4- I found some dirty tea towel or rags i my room on my clothes left on the couch by the housekeeping 5- I found in my room in August 2 dead cockroachs Answer from the lobby answered me that it is like pets for them

The hotel is nice , the rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable . Great location . The balcony on the third floor is perfect for sun bath, seating and hanging with friends or just chill. the staff was amazing and helped us with everything we need. Especially the manager tamara that was so kind to us.

I have to rave about this hotel. They are wonderful. The Customer Service is amazing and they care about their clients. The location of the hotel in Tel Aviv is terrific as his the services they offer. You are a hop, skip and jump away from the beach and from all the Central attractions in Tel Aviv. Thank you to the hotel and its wonderful Staff.

We loved this hotel. It is in the heart of Tel Aviv and a close walk to all the restaurants, shopping and the beach. It is super clean and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We can not recommend this place enough and will totally be back on our next trip.

Wonderful staff and clean and modern room with sea view. The room was cozy and well appointed. Buffet breakfast was good. Location is outstanding! Walk two blocks east to dizengoff and two blocks west to the sea. We look forward towards returning. Cost of room considering location and style was very reasonable.

The hotel doesn't have noise proof doors in the rooms so I can hear people walking around the hall way. It is a very nice place, nicely decorated but a little dusty. Beds and sheets very comfy. Very nice towels too. They need to put more attention on cleaning.
Also the pictures advertise on ******* about the rooms do not much the offers. Be aware of the "Urban room" it is small bed against a wall that wasn't the room I thought i was getting. ******* the pictures you show on the app are different ones, I had to pay extra I wasn't happy about that I felt cheated.

Very bad and annoying attitude while … check in from the hotel ceo Unfortunately can’t recommend on that hotel we came to celebrate but check in experience ruined it … Additional parking place is not nearby the hotel Hope next guest we get better service

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was a delight, tastefully (to my eyes at least) decorated with a very comfotable bed. I had an executive room with a sea view window. The only problem is the eternal construction of the light rail on Ben-Yehuda street, but since it seems to be at a srandstill, at keast there's no noise.
