not recommended! My partner and I stayed at the hotel for the night, bad breakfast, no parking, and bad service. In the middle of the night, two foreign women entered our room. We were very scared! The hotel staff mistakenly gave them our same room as well. We wanted to talk to the hotel manager and get at least an apology. We were not answered, we were lied to that she would call us. No proper customer service! In case of a problem or malfunction, none of the management cares!

There was no mention anywhere that the single bed is a folding/sofa bed. Absolutely horrible!!! The sheets had dirt and strange marks on them. The bathroom is very small and the showerhead is way aggressive. At night there were kids running up and down the hall making a lot of noise and the hotel staff did nothing about it. When asking for a pillow and blanket i was told that the room beside me asked for the last one and i should manage without. Front dest was almost not reachable by phone and i had to walk downstairs evertime i needex something. During check-in,aside from charging me, i wasn't given any information such as breakfast time, check-out, shabbat candles etc. Brekfest was the worst!!! We waited 1 hour for our eggs 40 minutes for salads and coffee which i was not allowed to get myself. I ended up filling up on bread and wasting 2 hours of my time. It was also super minimalistic/cheap and the service was bad. Id they can't manage breakfast service i really dont wanna know what happens in the evening. Also, when conplaining about it to thd front desk i was again toldto manage.. this seems to be the hotel moto. Finally, on saturday i called the front desk asking for a late checkout which got approved till 16:00 and then around 13pm i got a phone call from the front desk saying it wasn't, who did i talk to, we will check.. miss communication between the hotdl staff around the entire stay put a damper on our stay and was also very timr consuming. Will never come back, nor will i recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete Waste of money. Surly there are way better options in Tel-Aviv.

Went to take a shower. No shampoo. Really. I was glad I had brought some myself. Again, this is a management issue.
Ran out of coffee in the room early on Saturday morning (6:30). Went down to the coffee machine in the lobby. Nothing there. I was told I was out of luck as it was Shabbat and they could not help me. I then went into the restaurant and the very nice manager just shook her head, went and got me lots of coffee pods for the machine in my room.
Drove - Construction going on. I parked in front of the hotel in a construction zone. I asked the man at the desk if I could park there. i was told absolutely. Later, I mentioned to the manager how happy I was to be able to park in front of the hotel. He asked where I was parked. I showed him. He said that is a 500 shekel fine to park there!!! Then, I asked where to park. Instead of telling me about the parking lot 50 feet away he sent me to a 10 minute drive away. It was very very expensive. I ultimately went back to the close lot and it was NOT expensive. Are there kick backs going on with this lot? I am left to wonder.
The hotel lists itself as no smoking. EXCEPT where the jacuzzis are there is smoking - of both cigarettes AND POT!!! I could have got high from the smoke itself and got cancer from all the second hand smoke. And a couple staff members saw this and did nothing. Pot is still not fully legal in Israel - and not in non-smoking areas for sure.

Well, you get the picture. Amazing “bones” to this hotel. Just a little money and attention from management and this would have been a very different experience.

Stayed there last June/July.
One day we didn’t receive any towels but the took the ones we already had.
So after a day at the beach we came back to our room with no way to shower….
The could not inform us when the towels would be there. It was our problem.

But that is not all.
When we checked out I accidentally left my new bought earrings in the lobby. We immediately called the hotel and asked if they where found. Which they were. We asked if the hotel could send the to our house in Holland. We wanted to pay for the costs. They said no problem, just send the address. So we did. And asked several times if they had been send. No answer…
Now 2 months later we are back in Tel Aviv. Went to the hotel 3 times to ask about the earrings. Everything an excuse and promises to contact us. Only the third time they said: no we don’t have them.

So this means they threw them away (because they where found) or somebody took them home…..
I have never in all my life had such a bad experience. Don’t go to this hotel, they will never help you or keep their word.
