Walking distance from the train station.
Single room, quite spacious, 2 windows in the room and 1 in the bathroom.

Unfortunately the room (and the structure) are old, along with the upholstery. After days of travel, they are not the ideal place to relax. The dust in the elevator gears tells of years of neglect. I found the reception staff very kind. Overall, the quality-price ratio is not good.

The hotel is very old-fashioned, and the keys are still the original ones with teeth. You are not allowed to take them out when you go out. I guess you are worried about losing your copy. The elevator is made of mesh and will tremble when it stops. The curtains are very dirty, with a layer of dust visible to the naked eye. The bedside board is loose. Hotels at the same price are several levels higher.
The only better thing is that it is close to Princes Square, and the nearby trains, subways, and buses are more convenient.

The hotel is built along the mountain. It is uphill from Prince Station, which is inconvenient with luggage and there is no elevator. When you arrive at the front desk to check in, there are many stairs waiting for you from the front desk to the elevator entrance.
Genovese refers to Genoese, and also means shrewd and stingy. There was no water in the room. I asked the front desk and they gave me a bottle. If I wanted more, I would be charged.

Don't ever think of making a reservation with this hotel.
We arrived from our trip to check in and they said our room had a problem and it's not available.
We had a confirmed reservation but they kept on saying that there's a problem with our room
Apparently they made a double booking.
We have a child and had to walk around with luggage and a kid to look for another hotel
Another thing the hotel reception seems very poor and poor lighting which looks depression
If you don't want your trip ruined don't think of reserving at bellevue

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the train station. Just turn right and go up a slope to get there. Don't take the stairs in the middle. The main entrance is on the side of the road. The facilities are a bit old and have a sense of age. The room has no air conditioning so it is a bit stuffy. It should be very hot in summer, but the space is large enough and the hygiene is good. Overall, the price-performance ratio is quite high

It was close to the station and the main bus stop, and the city center was within walking distance. It was quiet if you closed the windows, the breakfast was simple but better than nothing, and they also kept my luggage for me so I could rest a little until the next bus. I think it's a good hotel.

The location is excellent, breakfast is basic (italian style), room small that smells like dust with bathroom that looks more like the one on a cruise ship. Bed was very uncomfortable because it has old style blistering springs. I guess it’s fine for night or two.

I came on a random night at 23h30 because the door of my room was broken so i had to find a place to sleep. So i came in this hotel, i was tired and completely stressed by the situation and the guy at the reception was so so rude, i mean if i pay to stay the night here, i expect people to be kind and in that type of situation, i expect people to be even more kind with customers ! Talking about the room, it's very hold and not clean, i was happy not being a tourist and having to stay here more than a night.
