So far it's not a 5* hotel at all. No turn down service. One tiny bottle of water in the room. Lobby is hohum. Small noisy rooms with no double pane windows against the outside noise. No plugs near the beds. Tiny bathroom with no place to put toiletries. I could go on. A 3* at best.

Professional and friendly staff. Clean conformable rooms and beds. Nice classic decoration in room and all over hotel. Excellent breakfast. Good location.

Nice rooms, good breakfast and generally nice staff. But be aware that if you like dinner before 7:30 neither the restaurant OR room service will accommodate you. Seems like a very strange policy for a hotel loaded with tourists rather than locals.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and convenient location. Staff were super helpful and so nice. Extra points because they had a power bank in the room so you could charge multiple devices easily. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel, plenty of towels, fluffy robes, AC. After poking around and trying to figure out where to use my charger/adapter, I realized that there was one on the desk left there for guest convenience. The pillows were fluffy enough to be comfortable for me. The breakfast was pretty elaborate, lots of good choices. My room was quiet. It felt like a good great place to recover from having slept two hours on the plane the previous night. Blackout shades! 👏🏻

It's an okay hotel. Not great, and definitely not "5 stars". Our room smelled of cigarettes, the walls were incredibly thin, water temp was inconsistent, breakfast selection was mediocre, etc.... Absolutely incomparable to true high end hotels.
