The Best Western Plus® City Hotel is the ideal place for your overnight stay in the ancient maritime Republic. All rooms have been completely renovated in 2015 and are equipped with electronic key, wood floor, free Wi-Fi, LCD television, free sports and movie, wake up light, in-room safe and tea and coffee maker. Guests can relax on the beds equipped with comfortable mattresses and two pillows of different softness and wrap up in the new fragrant sponge towels.

Every single detail has been studied to make your stay more memorable; free newspapers and not to mention the kindness and attention of our staff.

Stayed there as usual, breakfast was good. Convenient location. Very close to the fountain, many restaurants around. The room was quite clean, it would be better to choose a higher floor.

Great location and very quiet despite being central and walking distance to metro station.

I was very hungry and tired. This hotel has everything.
I was very a enjoy dinner. The restaurant is 7 stars restaurant. Hotel room is super comfortable, quite, clean and nice views outside windows.

Just spent 2 wonderful days in Genova with my family. The hotel was the cherry topping. Perfect position, cordial knowledgeable staff , great breakfast and very clean room. What could I ask for more? Keep up the great work🙂

A very nice, well located and quiet hotel. Our family really enjoyed the view from the triple room (what a balcony!) and the seclusion of the street location - with two great restaurant choices a few steps away. Short walk to the key piazzas, the cathedral and the port. Accessible by Metro as well.

It's a Best Western, so you know what you're getting. It's in a pretty good location, just 5 minutes from Garibaldi and the main square. Plenty to do around it. A parking garage is just minutes away also, for 25 eur a day. The hotel is decent, maybe could be updated a little. Prices comparable. Room was comfortable enough. Air conditioning. Tea pot in room and other toiletries. Breakfast included and typical Italian style.

Rooms are hot and like hell. Unfortunately, here lying to guests & discrimination is at its peak. Please don’t book this hotel during the summer days. The whole reception staff will say you like this “We’ve some issues with the air-conditioning system and we’re working on that”. Though, this is not true at all. Luckily on my 3rd day, after talking to some nice people during the breakfast I came to know that they all got their rooms (also different floors) with fully functioning air conditioners. One of their employees also shared this key information with me.
Beware: The rooms (without AC) are extremely hot and there is no chance to sleep e.g. in June. So please don’t spoil your vacations or business trips.

Nice location and breakfast is very good.
Staff is very kind. My friend forgot to take a lot of cash and branded bags when checking out. The hotel staff immediately helped to lock the room and take care of the property. Super good quality
