Epic. The staff, the breakfast buffet, the rooms, and especially - the beautiful pool by the sea. It was the best service we had throughout our trip in Italy. Highly, highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning property and impeccable service. The property being exclusive to guests makes it very private and relaxing. It was always easy to find beach chairs and hop in the sea. Gym was small but well equipped

Service - when we arrived I was a little stressed from the drive along the infamous narrow roads of the Amalfi and the concierge made sure she checked us in whilst we settled ourselves on the balcony looking at the most amazing view of the coastline

My husband and I had the best experience staying at this hotel. It had the most breath taking views from our balcony of our room as well as the common areas of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful

All staff continued to look after us throughout our stay here and organised a breakfast bag to take away when we departed early on our last day Location - central to the coast the free hotel shuttle transported us into town when required and would pick us up also to bring us back to hotel

The front desk staff/concierge is so helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay. The shuttle into town is really nice too! The breakfast that comes with your stay is incredible

In my opinion, the pictures don’t do it justice at all as the views in the public area and room balcony area are AMAZING! The hotel is very high up but that makes the views even better and isn’t a concern because they offer constant shuttles to and back from the city center

The views were spectacular! The hotel also has a pool and access to private beach. The pool was great and private beach convenient to get to using the hotel shuttle. We also got multiple meals from the bar and restaurant

We were there for my best friend’s wedding at a nearby hotel and they ran into some issues with their room on the day of the wedding, so I had to ask the Miramalfi staff if it was OK for the rest of the groomsmen to come over for photos (photographer told him this was the best hotel in the area for photos)

Just WOW! My husband and I stayed here recently for a couple of nights and the service was brilliant. The beach club is one of the best hotel beach clubs I've experienced on my travels with its location and amazing staff

We spent such good days at the beach club and didn't even want to leave the hotel. We were also there for the opening of their RockSea bar, which again has amazing views and delicious cocktails

A big thank you to the beach club staff for their attention to detail and wonderful service. They work hard and truly deserve to be recognised. The restaurant food is great and breakfast was incredible each morning

The public beaches can get a bit hectic during high season so having this private area to relax and swim was so nice

The “Best Shot Ever” was the Best Shot Ever! I believe it was Claudio who made the best Espresso Martini’s we’ve ever had in the downstairs bar. We will certainly visit again and look forward to our next stay

Excellent location for a hotel in Amalfi town. The beach is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel and there are many great restaurant s within walking distance. The ferry and bus terminal are also within walking distance

If you have to stay in Amalfi, this is a excellent place to stay for a reasonable price. Rooms were modern and clean as well. They also clean the rooms every day and always refresh towels

On the day we left (at 2:00 AM) there was a police car parked in front of the garage blocking us in but the hotel staff called the police and had the car moved for us in under 20 minutes

The hotel offers a tiny parking garage which I highly recommend using if you drive (since you can just use the elevator to bring your luggage up from the garage)

Our flight was not until the late evening and they let us store our bags in their storage room and they charged our battery packs and were so gracious about it all. Such wonderful people - thank you for hosting us!

I reccommend Amalfi to be your home-base, nice places here, decently priced and accessible to all of the other towns. Busses can be pretty busy, also motion sickness can hit you, fast corners and heavy brakes

Excellent 4 star hotel. Perfect location in the heart of Amalfi and steps from the beach. But the rooms are quiet and hardly any street noise gets in. Very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommend it!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was very comfortable. The restaurant Sensei was excellent. 4-8 course tasting menu that should not be missed whether or not you stay in the hotel.

The ocean could be viewed from the comfort of the bed and jacuzzi! Comfy bed, AC in the room with lovely flowing curtains and electronic retractable sun blinds for those days when you hit the snooze

We had a wonderful view of the city and ocean from our 'superior' room, each room seemed to be named after a pop icon , ours was"Liza Minnelli"

Perched on the hillside, high above the outer edges of Amalfi, this is the place to stay. Excellent accommodations, staff, amenities!! Shuttle provided downtown and back!

We were so happy to stay at hotel doria. The staff are wonderful people and the shuttle is very convenient for getting in and out of amalfi. Good selection for breakfast and the view is outstanding

Friendly staff and quiet area, but to long away from the city Center. You're dependent on the shuttle bus from the hotell, if you don't want have your own transport or take a taxi wich is 40 EUR from city Center.

Our stay in this hotel was great! The room was big and the terrace outside was perfect for sunbathing and just enjoying the seawiev. Also the room was very clean and well taken care of on a every day basis

I was unhappy with hotel I booked on line and walking around to find place to stay in Amalfi. I walked in and explain my situation to the gentleman in the hotel. He told me he has 2 room available

The room was also a plus, comfortable bed, waterfall shower with great water pressure, big towels, powerful air condition and one extra touch were the usb plugs on each side of the bed, avoiding the need of plug adaptors

They gave us the best room with the best view and made sure we would always be at ease. The rooms and the hotel itself are very clean and it always smells good. I recommend this place with my eyes closed!

The rooms are big and the views are amazing and most importantly the entire hotel was super clean, the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The breakfast was ok however they serve a great capucchino

Great cappuccino! We were given a room upstairs with a full jacuzzi bathtub and a small seating area. There is a rooftop area you can relax in the evenings. We will go back and stay at this hotel

We had room 103, a spacious room with a loft that had a small coffee table and an en-suite jacuzzi tub!! The Floridiana also shares the roof with the other hotels in the building but there is a nice space up there to sit and enjoy the sunshine and get a view down towards the marina

You will not have a room with a view here but the Floridiana more than made up for this in other ways and although we were there only three nights, we were glad that we had picked the Floridiana in hindsight for a number of reasons

The Floridiana, along with several other Amalfi hotels offers complimentary walking tours of both Amalfi as well as Ravello which are well worth the time. Second, the accomodations themselves were very nice

First, while it is somewhat buried in the town it is in the center of the historic district which means that you are near everything (not that Amalfi is that big to begin with, mind you)

From here you have an amazing view from your window and also the terrace above which has seats and a bar that serves appetizers. It also serves a free full breakfast with lots of assorted food

If you are spending a few days on the coast, you’ll want to base yourself in one place, that is a hub for the ferries and buses, so that you can make it to other parts on the coast relatively painlessly each day

It is great to see that the owners take it as a priority to care for the property. The restaurant meals very delicious using the fresh produce from their biodynamic garden, which can be visited by guests

I think their restaurant is the best in all of Amalfi. I had their spaghetti alle vongole, and it was phenomenal. Always get their catch of the day grilled fish. We had it both nights we stayed there

It's a hike up stairs from the main road if you take the bus from Sorrento, but they do offer parking just in front of the hotel for drivers

Everything was picture perfect! A sea view, large balcony, really, really nice people, easy walk to town center, comfie bed. The absolute best was the salt water pool next to the Mediterranean

A rare jewel in such a lovely place! We stayed only one night but it was a lovely stay. Our room had a window with a seaside view. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable

Breathtaking views and comfortable room. The staff was also super sweet and welcoming, which created a bed and breakfast kind of experience. The wifi definitely did not work, but that was only a minor inconvenience.

Rooms are a good size, decorative a little old fashioned in my opinion however very clean and the bathroom has a great shower. Breakfast is a normal mainland European (cold meats and sweets)

Yes you have a good view, but be prepare for long climb when coming back to the hotel as you can see, Hotel is up on the slope of Positano hence the good view

best view for the best bang for buck hotel in the Positano region. Have a public paid carpark near by, for those who drive there (very narrow roads, hire smallest car if possible)

A word of caution: though it says breakfast is till 10 am if you come at 9am or later food will be gone and not replaced. However, if you go earlier, all seats are taken

It's a small hotel with very nice and kind personal. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast it's good

As you could expect, being by the water will cause some interior damage to the rooms like mold on ceilings and some dew against the wall and windows at night but an open window in the morning with a cool breeze is unbeatable

It is right by a snack bar to grab lunch/drinls or snacks, has a highly rated restaurant Eolo and is steps from the beach, town square, ferry and taxi access when needed

Nice pool area on roof with great views, although a little cold even for a 33 degree heatwave! Would have been nice if the pool had opened before 9. 30am, but the sea is only a short walk if you like an early morning swim
