Nothing was too much trouble, the food service and organisation was exceptional - a special thanks to Alfonso. For the hotel & stay, they have everything - a wonderful beach club, pool, restaurant and gardens
The hotel is simply amazing - beach club. Good staff transportation and information we're all exceptional ...
The room was absolutely beautiful. The heated, salt water pool just steps from the sea was fantastic. The breakfast had every option you could image and the service was impeccable. If I could give 10 stars I would
If you’re looking for a truly amazing luxury vacation experience, this is the place. Santa Caterina is top notch in every way. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff could not be more attentive
The staff and the property was amazing. Simone was very helpful and even helped plan our day out. Truly truly amazing, one of the best hotels and service we came across in Italy. Regis couldn't compare to the service here
All I can say is WOW!! The hotel is so beautiful, tge lobbies, sitting areas in and outside, the pool, the restaurants! The gardens are beautiful, walking the garden felt like a fairyland

Just WOW! My husband and I stayed here recently for a couple of nights and the service was brilliant. The beach club is one of the best hotel beach clubs I've experienced on my travels with its location and amazing staff
A big thank you to the beach club staff for their attention to detail and wonderful service. They work hard and truly deserve to be recognised. The restaurant food is great and breakfast was incredible each morning
Hotel staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The facilities were all great - very nice fitness room, the restaurants had amazing food, but the pool/ beach club area was truly the highlight
We spent such good days at the beach club and didn't even want to leave the hotel. We were also there for the opening of their RockSea bar, which again has amazing views and delicious cocktails
This stay made me feel the romance of Italy.
The scenery, room, service, privacy and food are perfect! Highly recommended to friends who are going to southern Italy for vacation.
I will come again if I have the chance!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel for so many reasons. The rooms were beautiful, and the service was truly unparalleled, making us feel incredibly special. The food was absolutely delicious

We stayed in a superior room on the 5th floor and it was newly renovated and simply beautiful! The service staff was friendly and helpful from the wait staff, front desk and shuttle drivers
A very good hotel with amazing customer service. They give you a free shuttle service that you can book in advance to and from Amalfi city centre
Fabulous hotel! Rooms are amazing views are incredible. Convenient shuttle into town and to private beach. Fabulous breakfast. Staff is so nice and accommodating.
You can book it from your own phone when you are out on some trip and anytime with ease. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. They even upgraded my room for no extra charges
Breakfast was wonderful and dinner was delicious! The shuttle to their private beach is worth while
Location is bit far from city centre and if you are travelling in peak season even with the free shuttle, delays might irritate you. Breakfast buffet has less options especially for vegetarians

Beautiful setting with spectacular views. Gorgeous rooms and phenomenal restaurants. Their beach club by the sea (shuttle brings you down) was magical. Staff and food were wonderful and always smiling
Thank you Carmelina for not only being so lovely to us at the pool but also for the Italiano tips! Couldn't have asked for a better experience here. Will definitely be back! Grazie & Ciao, Jayme & Chris
Beautiful rooms with breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast, luxurious common areas with the finest decorations, a great bar, Michelin rated restaurant with gourmet menu, spectacular gardens and terraces, outstanding service with friendly staff
The one and only small negative is the 15 minute drive down long windy roads to get to the main road along the coast. We thought it was worth it to be in a cozy, authentic town not over crowded with tourists and cars
The concierge, Antonio, was attentive and thoughtful with his wise recommendations prior and during our trip. Best concierge we have ever experienced. Quaint and lovely town with great restaurants and shops
The hotel is nestled away and a bit hidden but well worth the effort. It’s beautifully decorated but the views and food and beverage experience is the star of the show

Complimentary shuttle services to Amalfi, Villa Rufolo and the beach of Maiori and Atrani. Excellent and very rich breakfast
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Marmorata. We stayed in a most wonderful spacious suite with views overlooking the sea. Great bathroom too
Breakfast was delicious with a great choice
Beach club was amazing, with steps into the sea into a cordoned off area to swim safely, with lovely floats to lay on
We had a car, so managed to drive to Ravello and Amalfi but there is a shuttle but this only runs twice a day
We had every intention of exploring the area more but found ourselves utterly content to heat up at the beach club, jump into the mediterranean, order a cocktail at the beach bar, and repeat
I really enjoyed and would definitely recommend a visit, what made my experience special was the staff, thank you so much to Teresa, Roberta and Giuliana who were ever so welcoming, friendly and very attentive to all my needs and requirements, they made the experience unforgettable with their warm welcome and sweet kindness
I visited hotel marmorata for breakfast and it was an awesome experience. The terrace with sea view overlooks a beautiful part of the amalfi coast and is decorated with lovely local ceramics and many colourful flowers

Hotel is ideally situated just a short stroll from the beach, making it perfect for sun-seekers
The surrounding area is vibrant yet peaceful, allowing for a relaxing getaway while still being close to the action. Whether you're looking to explore or unwind, the location couldn’t be better!
It's conveniently located near a variety of local attractions, shops, and restaurants, giving guests plenty of options for dining and entertainment
Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work
There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room
The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it

Beautiful hotel facing the sea with a panoramic roof top terrace and large pool. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were updated and the cleaning staff deserves a round of applause! Spacious clean rooms
The gardens, pool, staff and breakfast were excellent. We enjoyed our ten day stay in Maiori as our base to the AC. We would return in a heartbeat! Very central to the promenade
Excellent restaurant in the hotel and surrounding area. Park for children across the street. Fifteen minute walk to the ferry dock
Beautiful room, gorgeous view, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great hotel and Maiori is a wonderful town
The hotel is modern, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, balcony small but OK. We truly enjoyed staying there

I would definitely recommend this hotel
Unfortunately the negative reviews I read, before coming here, turned out to be true. This place is run down and the rooms (other than a few renovated rooms) are not good. Mould, tattered furnishings, etc
The staff - other than one cranky looking fella (who might be nice but he doesn’t speak to anyone if he can avoid it) - seemed to try their best. They weren’t unpleasant - and some spoke little English
However - in all fairness to them - I don’t speak any Italian and I’m in THEIR country. But I believe there’s a reason why it’s ranked as #16 out of 16 hotels in the area
The hotel does not offer a pool, but the staff make up for it. The front desk has two excellent day staff, and they advised us to do the Lemon Walk and visit the botanical gardens
The alcoves in the basement room have spider webs and lots of dirt inside the ceiling lighting. The outdoor balcony is ok, but certainly not beautiful or inviting

The service was excellent! I will definitely be booking again!
This Hotel has some lovely features, we stayed for 11 nights. Most of the staff were lovely , very courteous. The drinks and restaurants very overpriced, the food was ok but not the best especially for vegetarians
We weren’t sure whether we could pop in for a drink as non-residents but were warmly greeted by both the doorman and receptionist and escorted up in the funicular lift
We were shown around and offered a choice of seating areas; the service was excellent and prices very reasonable
We were staying at a hotel nearby and at night the Botanico San Lazzaro lit up was the view from our balcony
Overall we had a lovely stay but ate elsewhere most evenings as there are some lovely restaurants in Māori which we found with the help of trip advisor. We wouldn’t return to this hotel but definitely to the area

I visited in August 2026 as a party of 6 people (wife and 4 young adults) We had 3 rooms on the same floor and we booked through ******* and I thought the value was excellent) This is a family run hotel at the top end of Maiori and a 2 minute walk to the top of the main plaza and a further 5 mins to the beach (the port for water taxi a further 5 minutes along the promenade) Clean - this hotel is...
Maid service including bedding and towels was daily and the common areas and pool were spotless. Decor - I use the word traditional and I did stay here 7 years ago and nothing has changed (I say this as a positive)
I read some negative reviews about intimidating and I had 3 teen girls (18 - 20) in my party and they were well looked after and felt comfortable and safe (to expand on this the whole of Maiori feels an extremely safe place to visit) Breakfast - mainly continental and slightly repetitive but lots of choice and had a cereal / fruit station, pastries and toast area (lots of delicious pastries that varied...
They provide towels at the bar for free and they have some light background music in the bar playing in the afternoons (nothing loud)
The staff on duty were attentive and some mornings a couple of our group were clearly not going to make it downstairs by 10am 😂 and they would always put aside some juice and pastries for when they surfaced which was a really kind thing to do
I have had better breakfast buffets but this one was fresh, clean and more than adequate (it’s likely the night before you have had pizza or pasta so the thought of a cooked breakfast isn’t appealing)

They suggested us things to do around the town and helped us book everything. The room was super comfortable with amazing room service. It had a jacuzzi in it which was fun. Best hotel we have ever stayed at hands down
We asked about laundry services and they apologized that they didn’t have in house services but two minutes up the street was a place that for 25 euro washed you laundry and returned it to your room
My wife and I came here for our honey moon and the entire experience was fantastic. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. What made them a cut above the rest was their customer service
They have a WhatsApp channel and you can ask them anything and they will respond. For example, we asked for a garage in Positano and they immediately recommended a place
Highlight of our stay in Italy. The staff are super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Their shuttle service helped us get around the towns very easily
A rooftop bar and restaurant were also great spots to hang out after a long day of walking or a nice lunch and dinner with live entertainment

10/10 the best hotel I stayed at on my travels! The staff were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The views were sooo beautiful and I loved the Nino Beach Club.
GHT was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was the best I have ever experienced. The staff go above and beyond for you. The food was delicious and the breakfast was incredible
BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!! With views of Praiano and Positano, this hotel is such a gem. Private beach, helpful staff, and gorgeous views all make this property outstanding.
Absolutely spectacular views and charming hotel. Built and created with nothing but love and care. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at Tritone again in the near future.
Staff very friendly, attentive, beautiful place
The stairs to the pool was an unforgettable experience in itself. The pool with a private beach offered stunning views, and the on-site restaurant served the most delicious dishes

Zass restaurant another level, service, food, atmosphere and of course the amazing views ! Carlino's restaurant which is on the lower level is so good for either lunch or dinner - beautiful surroundings and the lemon pasta to die for ! Everyone from the guys that refresh your room to the reception were super helpful with everything
I took skewed meat and my wife tried the pasta - both were fresh and good. Not an English speaking restaurant and they are not used to tourists, but the place was pretty full with local people- always a good sign
Cannot argue that this is one of the top hotels in the world. Everyone is super friendly, very much a family atmosphere. Everybody always seems really happy and enjoy their jobs
As a result, it is the only luxury hotel with its own private beach club, tennis courts, etc. Their upscale restaurant, Zass, is also a truly remarkable dining experience with attentive servers and awe-inspiring views
We must give a shout out to Pascale at the pool area, along with Alessandro and Erica, super attentive, always super helpful, and cannot do enough to make your trip even more wonderful
While visiting Italy for our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I stayed at the Hotel il San Pietro in Positano, recently voted a top 10 luxury hotel in the world and with good reason! It defines luxury and sophistication yet maintains a timeless charm and unmatched views of the Mediterranean Sea hundreds of feet below

You can walk to the town of Cetara to eat, or hop on the ferry to anywhere else in Amalfi. There is a beautiful private beach and the staff was extremely accommodating
Beautiful property! The staff were friendly and helpful with inquiries. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of hot food, meat and cheese, pastries, bread and rolls
They say that the beach is closed to service but we can go down and use chairs and towels. We go down there and there are no towels and we had to set up the lounge chairs ourself
We were there a couple of weeks ago and everything was just amazing. Location is amazing, between cozy Cetara and beautiful Vietri sul Mare, good restaurants in both. Hotel is super cute with great views
Amazing place. We stop there for a coffee and some drinks as it started raining. Staff was super polite and inviting. It is did not seem ‘commercial’.
Beautiful Hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a beautiful ocean view from our room.

Jessica and the team in the front desk, Rafaele and the crew in the morning breakfast, Captain Palermo on the boat tours, Chef Vincenzo with his phenomenal healthy cooking and very patient cooking class, Mai and her kind, relaxing massage, the lifeguard boating and housekeeping team, Johnny and the wait staff in the restaurant and bar, the gardeners and bellhops all went above and beyond
The hotel is beautiful, our villa was perfect, spacious and had the most incredible view! The food, the drinks, the grounds, the friendly staff and the customer service was all 10/10
This was our 2nd trip to Villa Tre Ville and oh my how the prices have gone up in 10 years! We split our stay with San Pietro because of this, which ended up being so fun to do both because they're very different, but still very much enjoyed our 10 year anniversary stay
The beach club upgrades they've made are amazing, and we would wait out the Positano day trip crowds at the beach club and then head into town in the evenings
One of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been to, definitely worth going, the only problem is you won’t want to leave the hotel!!! The service at the restaurant is amazing and the hotel is just beautiful inside and out
Absolutely exceptional! The exquisite setting is unmatched but even more importantly, the attention to detail with excellent customer service is unparalleled. It is a very special place that deserves every accolade
