Fabulous hotel! Rooms are amazing views are incredible. Convenient shuttle into town and to private beach. Fabulous breakfast. Staff is so nice and accommodating.

You can book it from your own phone when you are out on some trip and anytime with ease. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. They even upgraded my room for no extra charges

Location is bit far from city centre and if you are travelling in peak season even with the free shuttle, delays might irritate you. Breakfast buffet has less options especially for vegetarians

Not much car parking in Amalfi so make sure to ferry or bus into town. Once there you’ll be able to walk or ferry wherever you need to go. This hotel was in a great location for Amalfi. Easy access to everything in town

They went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. The initial reception and the complimentary bottle of wine—possibly the best I had in Italy—truly stole the show. I will definitely be returning!

Our room had access directly to terrace, it was great! The elevator, which I think is among few available in Amalfi is a great addition and quite a piece of enginering! Salvatore is such a great host, he's always happy, funny and available to any question and request

Breakfast was a delicious choice of cereals, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, fruit and a coffee to die for as soon as you emerge from your room

Random note which I’m sure some people probably won’t care about but they actually have good hairdryers as well! It’s about a 2 minute walk down to Amalfi town which is full of lovely restaurants and bars and Luciano has so many great recommendations! Overall would 100% recommend to anyone looking at staying along the Amalfi coast :)

What a little gem! A lovely little place with the most outstanding views over Amalfi. Spotlessly clean, free wi fi air conditioning and yes lots of steps up but worth it for the amazing view each room gets

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was incredible! Luciano (the owner) made such an effort to make sure our short time on the Amalfi coast was the best it could possibly be! The breakfast included was so tasty, couldn’t fault it! The rooms are a decent size and the view makes it worth all the stairs

Balcony was small but in all honesty that really didn't bother us, evenings spent with doors open and lovely, cold glass of wine was everything we wanted

The only thing that we weren't super impressed by was the restaurant's dinner prices and plate sizes, but that's pretty standard on the Amalfi Coast. Otherwise, we were so happy at the exquisite Marmorata

Nautical themed hotel with spectacular views located on the side of a cliff. Reasonably priced laundry service. Room was quiet and clean and had everything we needed including great water pressure

Situated just outside a busy road did not impact on us negatively at all. The bus stop was just outside the gates which was very convenient. The apartment was only a short walk into Minori Town

There is paid parking option, I came here with rental car and they take the car to the car parking easily. Breakfast is sufficient and location is very good, just near the beach and bus stop

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous Hotel. They gave us a gorgeous room very clean, was cleaned every day, fresh towels and toiletries. The room had a large private balcony with a beautiful view of the pool

The room was spacious and clean. There was a swimming pool with a relaxation area on site, but you need to book your visit in advance at the reception (it’s free). Breakfast is very varied and delicious

Best part is that there's a beautiful beach in Conca if you're willing to go down the gazillion stairs easily accessible to the B&B. You can take a boat back to Amalfi town and take a bus back from there

Absolutely beautiful garden with a pool which is very enjoyable as a change to the salt water of the sea which is also nearby. This is a great place to stay if you want to relax and wind-off for a couple days

Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits, egss, cheese, ham and with fantastic view. There is laso a beautiful garden at the top of the B&B. All the staff was very kind and helpful, gave us tips for exploring the area

We stayed at b&b Pavone for 2 extraordinary nights. Before we arrived, Salvatore was very responsive and helped us to arrrive at the B&B by picking us from the bus stop

I had requested them for a recipe for Tiramisu and guess what turned up for breakfast the next day! That was one sweet breakfast! The room was absolutely spotless clean (which I love) and the hospitality was amazing

This is a beautiful hotel with panoramic views of the sea and the city of Amalfi. Each room has a sea view, breakfast on the sun terrace and dinner overlooking the bay. The staff is always very helpful and attentive

The rooms are very clean, air-conditioned and cleaned daily. The pool has salt not chlorine and has a lovely bar and snacks. 10 minutes by bus or 40 minutes walk to Amalfi. 20 minutes by bus to Positano

Immaculate freshly renovated family-owned hotel across a small 2 lane street from a well appointed beach (umbrellas, lounges, small pool, bar). TV in room allows you to login to your Netflix and prime accounts

The beach club is a bit expensive but the pool can be accessed for free when staying at the hotel (there is nowhere to sit by the pool but it’s a great way to cool down)

Angelo, Manuella and Franco are the wonderful hosts they really looked after us and when I told them my brother was joining in they were very accommodating giving us quality rooms and exceptional service! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great Italian experience 🙌🏽

The room was a dream I felt like a highborn in a Roman times with the white tiles and the colon in the room and we had a balcony with wonderful view to the ocean. That hotel really made our vacation even more wonderful

The staff were so friendly and the breakfast buffet was a nice touch. Our room and bathroom were quite large and the AC worked really well (it got up to 38 degrees Celsius outside during our stay)

Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work

There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room

The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it

The beach is across the road, with many restaurants and Main Street close by with little cafes by the beach along promenade and only 10 mins walking distance from the port and 5 mins walk to the Path of Lemons walk

The best choice of stay in Amalfi coast, Maiori and we were glad to be here. Stayed for 4 nights, from start the comms with the hotel was excellent. Had booked paid parking space just outside the property

The had is just off the main road in from of the beach in Maiori with beautiful views of the sea and mountains with lemon gardens in the background from the terrace with similar views from the rooms

Great value accommodations in Maiori. Just minutes from the beach by foot with plenty of restaurants and a grocery in the area. The staff are welcoming and very helpful with local tips.

The properties set in a residential building typically for Amalfi, occupying 5th floor and the terrace that has breakfast room along with terrace seating

The reception staff/manager/owner is a gentleman and offers his assistance at all times with anything to make the stay comfortable

A window on the sea The B&B Relais San Giacomo is located in the center of Maiori and offers a spectacular view of the sea, on the third floor of a period building with lift

The entrance is poorly maintained but once you reach the rooms you will realize the quality of the structure. Excellent welcome from Giusy Angelo and Luigi

Unfortunately the negative reviews I read, before coming here, turned out to be true. This place is run down and the rooms (other than a few renovated rooms) are not good. Mould, tattered furnishings, etc

The staff - other than one cranky looking fella (who might be nice but he doesn’t speak to anyone if he can avoid it) - seemed to try their best. They weren’t unpleasant - and some spoke little English

However - in all fairness to them - I don’t speak any Italian and I’m in THEIR country. But I believe there’s a reason why it’s ranked as #16 out of 16 hotels in the area

The hotel does not offer a pool, but the staff make up for it. The front desk has two excellent day staff, and they advised us to do the Lemon Walk and visit the botanical gardens

The alcoves in the basement room have spider webs and lots of dirt inside the ceiling lighting. The outdoor balcony is ok, but certainly not beautiful or inviting

I have just returned from a week stay in this hotel and I just like to highly reccommend this hotel. The location is absolutely great , private beach opposite hotel with free towels, sunbeds and umbrellas

Excellent two weeks at this hotel, staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent menus for breakfast and dinner and restaurant staff were a treat. Private beach just across the road and an great pool at the hotel.

Cleaners are very good, every day changing towels and cleaning room. We had one night of entertainment on a Friday night. Well done to waiters and all staff. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and families

The hotel has also pool and plenty of sunbeds but we rarely used it. We went half board , breakfast is buffet style with plenty of food, cereals , cakes, hot food, ham , cheese, etc

Quiet hotel with truly dedicated staff who's mission is to give you the best holiday. The service was impeccable, particularly from Gerardo, Antonio, younger Gérardo, Angelica to name a few

30 , has 3 choices of starters, 3 main course and more choices of dessert. We visited Capri by ferry €45, Amalfi by bus 3€ return, 4. The views are absolutely amazing everywhere

Very accommodating and helpful host! Very clean room. Owner was extremely helpful with transportation to other towns on the coast and to the airport. Breakfast was simple, OJ was fresh squeezed daily

This Hotel has some lovely features, we stayed for 11 nights. Most of the staff were lovely , very courteous. The drinks and restaurants very overpriced, the food was ok but not the best especially for vegetarians

We weren’t sure whether we could pop in for a drink as non-residents but were warmly greeted by both the doorman and receptionist and escorted up in the funicular lift

We were shown around and offered a choice of seating areas; the service was excellent and prices very reasonable

We were staying at a hotel nearby and at night the Botanico San Lazzaro lit up was the view from our balcony

Maid service including bedding and towels was daily and the common areas and pool were spotless. Decor - I use the word traditional and I did stay here 7 years ago and nothing has changed (I say this as a positive)

I read some negative reviews about intimidating and I had 3 teen girls (18 - 20) in my party and they were well looked after and felt comfortable and safe (to expand on this the whole of Maiori feels an extremely safe place to visit) Breakfast - mainly continental and slightly repetitive but lots of choice and had a cereal / fruit station, pastries and toast area (lots of delicious pastries that varied...

They provide towels at the bar for free and they have some light background music in the bar playing in the afternoons (nothing loud)

The staff on duty were attentive and some mornings a couple of our group were clearly not going to make it downstairs by 10am 😂 and they would always put aside some juice and pastries for when they surfaced which was a really kind thing to do

I have had better breakfast buffets but this one was fresh, clean and more than adequate (it’s likely the night before you have had pizza or pasta so the thought of a cooked breakfast isn’t appealing)

The best grotto to the beach. 200 some steps down and so worth it! Right around the corner is a giant cave you can swim to as well! We loved this part of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
