(without invoice) The pool was closed when I went at night, the room was clean, but the outside was dirty. There are two dogs and 7 cats. A nightmare farmhouse!
We stayed last week with a couple of friends, bearing in mind that we have two children... we had asked for an extra bed per room, which was given to us only after showing the email because the owner didn't remember the reservation.
Not to mention that when we arrived on site we had to make 10 calls to get the gate opened.
When we got to the room there was an anthill in the bathtub, ants in the bed and birds entering the room. The following morning the lady had prepared breakfast outside on the terrace... which was welcome except that the cats climbed onto the table and licked the glasses (which were not changed).
When paying, the lady demanded cash when it is the law to be able to pay with the POS, after an hour and a half argument, the lady decided that we could pay by bank transfer but be careful... a bank transfer that she wanted to make personally because being Neapolitans she didn't trust it.
What can I say, rudeness, poor cleanliness, rudeness etc... never to see each other again
