Very nice staff! Everything went perfect :) would come again. The room service was great as well. Very friendly and welcoming. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room as well. The terrace was very nice with a great view. Also option to have breakfast which is great :)

everything is tight and small. The bathroom and the shower is too small for 6'-1" 270lbs man. I can hear the next rooms conversation and snoring.

We really loved the location, the staff and it wasn’t too loud. However the room and bathroom were very tired. Pillows old, yellow and flat. Bathroom shower head broken and sink wouldn’t drain. Felt too expensive for what it was sadly.

We had a good stay and loved the location! We highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot that is affordable and can easily travel into the major city sites and Vatican city. Bus stops were walking distance and very easy to access. If we wanted to cab it was very affordable to take that option as well. The area is very safe and comfortable to be in. Rooms were very spacious and had a/c available. The outside patio was very lovely to sit in. Staff during the mid-day shift were incredible kind and helpful with great recommendations. We were able to leave our luggage after check in to complete a morning tour which was great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying in this area!

I would not recommend staying here. My wife and I stayed in the garden area room, with a separate bathroom. From the beginning there were ants everywhere in the room. We left the hotel early morning to travel to another city, and ants are still crawling out of our bags. The location is great, with everything you need close by, and the owner was very friendly, but because of the ant problem and separate bathroom, I would caution staying here.

This hotel does not hold to their refund/cancellation policy. I booked a hotel stay through Chase Travel Services and unfortunately had to cancel due to sickness. I tried to get in touch with them prior to the cancellation period through Chase Travel Services. Chase Travel Services said they emailed them prior to the cancellation period, but they never responded, even after days. After following up, they claimed that I cancelled outside of the cancellation period, which is simply not true. Even if this were the case, they should still give me a partial refund per their cancellation policy (only a 1 night penalty). However, they said that no refund would be given, violating their own cancellation policy.

USA expectations... please leave in the US. This is a Roma Hotel, it was quaint, clean and location perfect. We went out everyday to explore. The attendant was kind and helpful. The only thing is breakfast can be massively improved. I expected a beautiful cheese, antipasti, crossiant breakfast. It is NOT that. Otherwise, it is what you need in a bed/bath and location. Enjoy ROMA!!!!

This was a lovely stay! The hotel room was very small but had everything we needed. The terrace is super nice as well. It’s out of the way from the hustle and bustle but easy to access everything in Rome!

The concierge was so rude. I was unimpressed with the room and did not like my stay. I had a bad feeling the minute I walked in. I should have left.
