Hotel opened in 2005, renovated in 2008. In this mini-hotel 68 rooms, 3 floors.

Departure according to international standards at 12 o'clock. why does the hotel break the rules? all guests have the right to stay until 12 o'clock

Not suitable for families. Our main reason for choosing accommodation outside the center was the swimming pool (for our children to relax after sightseeing). This, as well as the SPA area (incidentally in the neighboring building - somewhat inconvenient) was closed to children (under 18 years of age). There was (October 2023) only a very hidden note in the terms and conditions and an ambiguous email from the hotel shortly before departure (and only after the free cancellation period had expired). They weren't accommodating on site either. Since the large and beautiful leisure pools were already closed in October, this was a reduction in the overall value for us - we would have booked differently even with this prior knowledge (another hotel outside or a hotel without a swimming pool in the city center for the same price).

All in all I was very satisfied with the hotel. Only the guys in the breakfast room could have been a little bit friendlier, e.g. greeting back.

Stayed 5 days, hoping to have a good stay and enjoy the amenities that was mentioned in their hotel website(sports + activity facilities) getting there we find out you have to pay extra per person for each use of amenity. The wifi in our room was close to non existent, definitely overpriced and would not recommend

Stay from 25 April – 2 May 2023
Firstly, I will say what is good about the hotel. It was very clean, and the standard of hygiene and cleanliness was brilliant throughout our stay.
Secondly, several of the reception staff – were exceptional in making our stay very pleasant. They went out of their way to find out where we could get tickets to see the attractions and gave us information about the transport services
That said the hotel failed terribly in many other ways.
Most, if not all, of the pictures showed a hotel with brilliant sport facilities, including a state-of-the-art gym, sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor and indoor swimming pool and brilliant catering. The gym was actually a 3rd party company and outside of the hotel location
There was no welcome to the hotel, no information about the hotel, amenities and barely gave us the key to our rooms.
The hotel claims to have a 4-star grading – I find this most surprising in comparison to other 4-star hotels.
Breakfast was rationed and not 4-star standard
The restaurant is part of a 3rd party organisation along with the gym. So, a restaurant it is not – it's more of a café/bistro serving paninis, sandwiches and drinks.
Would not visit again

I am really disappointed with this hotel. I made a mistake and made two reservations under the same name for the same dates. I kindly asked the hotel to refund one of the payments given that clearly it was a mistake and they refused to do so.

It was clean appropriately air-conned. Comfortable bed. Free softdrinks in the mini bar.

Unfortunately, there is no less than one star.
We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was terrible. We did not get access to Wi-Fi (There was Wi-Fi that worked very slowly for 30 seconds and then you are offline again) and the hotel is built in a way that we had no network (Your sim card does not work there) at all. When we ask the hotel staff, they answer in an unpleasant way. We even booked the pool to swim and were not allowed to enter because there was a swimming course there even though we had paid for it.

Initially I was upset because Last Minute.com did not explain correctly that the hotel and sauna are seperate charges when I was booking however, the staff were lovely and they helped me to the best of their ability as it was not their fault.
On the last day of my trip I discovered my boyfriend of 5 years who I travelled with was cheating on me and I was very very upset. The staff, a lovely lady whos name I cannot remember comforted me, she was so lovely.
The night staff, Fabio not only listened while I was upset and ranting, but he went above and beyond his line of duty and he helped me to rebook my flights so I could go home to my family sooner on my check out day.
So, although I was initially frustrated over the unexpected charges which was out of the hotels control, I actually needed the staff help as I was on my own for the last day and all of the staff sympathized and helped me. So, I recommend anyone booking to do so directly with the hotel as all of the staff and managers who I met all helped me and I really appreciate it and I look forward to returning again to their fantastic hotel and leisure centre (next time with the girls 😉)
