Great rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. Great sporting facilities, sauna and massage services. Quiet neighbourhood but not vibrant so if you want a place to relax, then great.
Rooms and facilities are separate buildings which are not very helpful especially if you use the pool or sauna and have to walk back and forth however, the facilities are excellent. Outdoor pool area has lovely sunshine during the day and early evening.
Breakfast was also good.

This is the most real and honest review you’ll see of this hotel. Basically is very very little, is not as you see on the pictures. Rooms are ok nothing crazy and some workers are very angry always, some others are kind (very few). HERE IS THE CRAZY PART; the gym is a normal gym that is not part of the hotel, is a public gym basically and you pay it apart, also happens with the pool and spa, do not expect to enter to it for free because is not even inside of the hotel they should be ashamed honestly. Prices are 30 each spa, 15 each spa and the gym i dont know. You hear a lot or sounds outside of the room and i we didn’t like how they treated us. In conclusion the pictures are misleading and you can get something better in this area for sure :)

RARE FIND!
Excellent modern and clean hotel
Definitely at an American standard of satisfaction
The gym is only €10 for guests..who cares if they increase the price in the future to €15-€20 it is still worth it! The gym is huge! Comparable to LifeTime fitness in the states.
The breakfast is good, Antonio who makes the coffee in the breakfast area is kind and considerate
Roman, is a professional man who makes delicious cafe macchiato 👌🏻
If I need a hotel in Rome, I will stay here everytime in the future

Poor hotel service. The room we booked included the indoor swimming pool, in this case we paid for the indoor swimming pool. When we arrived they said the swimming pool was broken and we could use the outside pool for an extra €30 a day for 2 people. Which is ridiculous!
3 days before we checked if we could stay 3 hours at the outside pool for the €30 and then get a cab to the airport, they said it was OK. After asking a second time, 2 days later they still said it was OK. When we wanted to check out and lay at the pool for an extended 3 hours (which we would pay for) they said NO. Even though we weren't able to use the inside swimming pool (which we PAID for already) for over a week, they couldn't keep their word and let us swim at the outside pool after the check-out. Ridiculous service at this hotel.
Also there were a lot of filthy stains in the blankets and pillows, sheets were not changed the entire week.
Would NOT recommend!

Overall great hotel, we had breakfast included where they had a small but good range of foods. Staff were very helpful. The only down side was we book through an external company believing we had access to the pool, this was not the case we had to pay €15 per day that we wanted to access it

Departure according to international standards at 12 o'clock. why does the hotel break the rules? all guests have the right to stay until 12 o'clock

Not suitable for families. Our main reason for choosing accommodation outside the center was the swimming pool (for our children to relax after sightseeing). This, as well as the SPA area (incidentally in the neighboring building - somewhat inconvenient) was closed to children (under 18 years of age). There was (October 2023) only a very hidden note in the terms and conditions and an ambiguous email from the hotel shortly before departure (and only after the free cancellation period had expired). They weren't accommodating on site either. Since the large and beautiful leisure pools were already closed in October, this was a reduction in the overall value for us - we would have booked differently even with this prior knowledge (another hotel outside or a hotel without a swimming pool in the city center for the same price).

All in all I was very satisfied with the hotel. Only the guys in the breakfast room could have been a little bit friendlier, e.g. greeting back.

Stayed 5 days, hoping to have a good stay and enjoy the amenities that was mentioned in their hotel website(sports + activity facilities) getting there we find out you have to pay extra per person for each use of amenity. The wifi in our room was close to non existent, definitely overpriced and would not recommend
