Spa is a community center. Didnt use it because they wanted to keep my passport. Couldnt get a refund even though I paid extra for it. The reason was for the locker and the locker is mandatory. The buffet was cheap and lacked options. The people at the restaurant located within the community center were cold, rude and unhelpful. Impression left was that they didnt want tourists. We speak Italian and they were still cold compared to the warmth and hospitality we are used to in Italy. The door between the two places was broken making it slightly difficult to commute. The distance is short. We appreciated our room being ready, but towels had an awful smell. They smelled like they were put back wet. The air conditioner is controlled by front desk. Breakfast was a tiny extra small crossant, a apple, juice box and bottle of water. There was one small bottle of water per person in the room. We just used the room one night to wait for our flight. I booked because of the spa. Instead I watched my downloaded netflix shows. Tv only has italian channels. I would not suggest this hotel for a lay over unless it is the cheapest you can find.

Across the street from an abandoned building, the room was 27 degrees C because of a warm spell , and no air conditioning to cool the room. Front desk less than helpful.

It does not have private sport area or swimming poll at hotel, you have to go to a public sport center, the breakfast it's no nice, and the water on the bathrom not hot. Wifi does't work well. I don't like this hotel. The bed it's not nice .

The room was really bad really dark and it’s supposed to be a four star hotel. The sheets were dirty. The walls were cracked. If you need the just a one or tonight day it’s probably okay. The three receptionists were really good and really communicative. The restaurant/bar of the hotel was closed so we couldn’t get any food or coffee. Also, there was an additional tax cost at the end of our stay

This is the most real and honest review you’ll see of this hotel. Basically is very very little, is not as you see on the pictures. Rooms are ok nothing crazy and some workers are very angry always, some others are kind (very few). HERE IS THE CRAZY PART; the gym is a normal gym that is not part of the hotel, is a public gym basically and you pay it apart, also happens with the pool and spa, do not expect to enter to it for free because is not even inside of the hotel they should be ashamed honestly. Prices are 30 each spa, 15 each spa and the gym i dont know. You hear a lot or sounds outside of the room and i we didn’t like how they treated us. In conclusion the pictures are misleading and you can get something better in this area for sure :)

Poor hotel service. The room we booked included the indoor swimming pool, in this case we paid for the indoor swimming pool. When we arrived they said the swimming pool was broken and we could use the outside pool for an extra €30 a day for 2 people. Which is ridiculous!
3 days before we checked if we could stay 3 hours at the outside pool for the €30 and then get a cab to the airport, they said it was OK. After asking a second time, 2 days later they still said it was OK. When we wanted to check out and lay at the pool for an extended 3 hours (which we would pay for) they said NO. Even though we weren't able to use the inside swimming pool (which we PAID for already) for over a week, they couldn't keep their word and let us swim at the outside pool after the check-out. Ridiculous service at this hotel.

Also there were a lot of filthy stains in the blankets and pillows, sheets were not changed the entire week.

Would NOT recommend!
